Bill Cipher or his alias “Golden Cipher” is a ancient being along with Discord. Though similar, Cipher is still a Dream Demon. He’s plagued many ponies and creatures alike that has caused hysteria, wars, Nightmare Moon, and even has been written in some legends that he helped create the divide between Unicorns, Pegasi, and Earth ponies.

Cipher has no real body, only possession of course. His origin came from the universe having a nightmare of chaos before Discord. He watched many others be created and grew bitter for wanting a true body. His possessions grew more rapid, but since Princess Luna has taken over as DreamKeeper he’s been lost to legend.. until one unicorn with six hooves grew curious of how magic and anomalies (like changlings) came to be.

In short, Cipher is only a darker and hazier version of Discord. And can only be stopped in the mind since that’s where he resides.

My child suffers from malnutrition and illness, lacking basic healthcare. He cannot play or grow in a healthy and suitable environment. My only dream is to see him grow up in a safe place full of opportunities

In the face of difficult circumstances, Samer Abu Ras and his family find themselves facing serious challenges in their daily lives. They reside in a modest tent lacking comfort and security, suffering from a shortage of clean water and food, and encountering difficulties in accessing necessary healthcare.
