I’m going to tell y’all something about myself. In high school, I had a very republican view of abortion/womens healthcare (ew). When I went to college, and left my abuser, I realized how fucking wrong I was. Forcing anyone of any age to carry an embryo they don’t want is cruel. Pregnancy usually lasts 9 months, and has permanent effects on the body. Whether the pregnancy comes from assault, a condom breaking, birth control failing, unprotected sex, ANY REASON, the right to terminate the pregnancy should be considered basic rights. No one should be shamed or outcasted just because they took care of themselves.

All of this to say, it is possible to learn and grow as a person, and to change your views. No one is born perfect, and no one does perfect, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try

you’re not automatically a good feminist because you were born with ovaries, and your opinions are not automatically right and worth listening to because of your cishood.

the solution for taking care of "unsightly" homeless people is to house us. that is the only solution. if you can't stand the look of someone living on the sidewalk, you shouldn't stand for them being put into that situation to begin with. housing us is the only answer.

Absolutely wild take: if a building is abandoned, instead of leaving it to rot, remodel the inside to make it affordable/free housing. The abandoned building problem where I live is absolutely devastating, and they could have been put to use.
