@thirdchildzki had also asked about Azys Lla.  I already shared this with them before.  This one is 48:9 but it is 5760x1080.  This is one of the ones I worked before going with the 4800x900 resolution I picked.

I have two things given to me by one of the Speakers of Hydaelyn.  They are the source of the challenges that I post about.  They like giving the challenges and seeing what I come up.  Some other people get involved too when I post them.

For today, I was given Income Inequality.  

I decided to try something I have been thinking about trying for some time.

This is a blend of two pictures from the Last Vigil and the Brume.  It truly shows how the two classes of citizens in Ishgard lead very different lives.

I was given another challenge.  This time the challenge was journey.  I think Kugane is all about Journeys.  More than any other city not named Limsa, but I think Kugane wins by a certain pictured airship.

One day I will learn how to properly post panoramas.

I decided to do a zone shot today instead of a particular area. Actually, was going to do reunion and scrapped it for now. I love the stars in this zone and with it being so open, you can see so much on the night sky. So many pretty stars to look at. I like watching the stars IRL too.

I was talking to @katarh-mest and they mentioned liking Rootslake in South Shroud. I like how varied it is, even as a swamp. I do particularly like the glowing flowers and the background. Cya tomorrow with another location!!

@thirdchildzki asked me to do Plum Spring in Yanxia. This is my first screenshot where I’m swimming. I like how it looks. If you have areas you like, send me a message. If I do one, I’ll list you as the source of my inspiration. :)

Hyomin Park asked for one from Raincatcher Gully. This is an area I like and she does too. I waited until night so I could capture the lighting. And a goobbue was nice enough to stand exactly where I wanted it to.

I did not have a request for today, so I did what’s on my mind, and it happened to be Gridania. I spent a lot of my night in town doing something else. I wanted to catch it just as the sky is starting to light up but the lights haven’t gone out yet. I’ll write a blog at some point this weekend about some things I was thinking about while doing this.

I was asked to do the Burning Wall today. I managed to get fair weather just as it was turning to daylight. I like how much the bright colors stand out, especially the blue brushes.

My challenge today was “purple”. Ever since 1.0, I have associated Mor Dhona with purple, so my choice of location was easy. @nihil242 loved it on first sight. I hope you do too. As always, if you want to play along, send me a message or an ask. I’ll be happy to see what I can do. :)

This is the alternative version of “Work” I posted last night. I wasn’t going to do a 48:9 since this isn’t of a specific location. Obviously, I did it anyway. This is my usual 21:9 ratio. Still of the same place at the same time using the echo filter.

For today, I wasn’t given a place, just a word. Work Nations will rise and they will fail. Wars will be lost and wars will be won. Lives will begin and they will end. But through them all, we soldier on. We fight for today, and for tomorrow.

I was given Xelphatol for today. I have two pictures for this area. This one reminds me of the fighting we had to do in order to cross the mountains.
