Living a nomad lifestyle can easily collide with your long term weightloss resolution. There is a reason most people can't pull through with it. Reading this article will prepare you for long term success. Here are 6 simple steps to begin with:
1. Accept your genetical body type
I see alot of naturally slim women squatting their life away for a nice bum these days. Sadly, many are not realizing their genetics can't achieve this goal. Stop swimming against your genetical flow but start letting yourself being carried away by its gorgeous potentials.
2. Learn to love it
Once you accepted your base at a point between mesomorph, endomorph and ektomorph it is time to let positive body vibes enter your life. Nobody will be like you. You have a unique position in our universe. Be proud of that! It doesn't matter what other people think about you. Simply love every single piece of your special physique. Nothing feels better than looking in the mirror and seeing that person on the other side smiling at you.
3.Identify the stressors in your life
This is going to be the most important advice of my article. Make sure to highlight it. Or atleast try to remember this part. Now you have a chance to learn where to loose the most heavy weight of your entire body. The heaviest weight is in your mind. You will not achieve long term weight loss if your life contains serious stressors. I don't mean a busy work schedule. Stressors could be all these things that prevent you from falling asleep at night. Such as holding grudges on a person who means a lot to you and being stuck in a crappy relationship or job. 4. Be thankful for your food
After these seriously challenging steps, I ask you for something more simple. Please become more greatful for each meal on your plate. It doesn't always have to be bio, gluten free, low carb, high protein or vegan. Your aversion to certain foods is a first world problem. Some people are skinny only eating carbs (such as rice). Be happy you are not one of them. It is a luxury to eat whatever you want whenever you want. Be thankful and simply enjoy your meals.
5. Practice the four previous ones
All points sound simple but require practice. If you haven't been raised by yoga teachers, buddhists or nutritiounists, shifting your mental outlook on these things is tough. Give yourself a chance and you will end up building better habits.
6. Integrate a workout routine
The simple formula for a healthy weight is: Don't comsume more energy than you are able to burn. I get it, you really want to do all these things but you just don't have time? Get over it. If Barack Obama has time for a workout, you do to. It is all about time management. You will see that after having tackled all previous points you will find yourself feeling much more energetic at the end of your day. The best part is you don't even have to break a sweat every single day. Try to be more active by taking the stairs or walking around town on all 7 days a week. The real workout date only happens 2 days a week. Until you can't wait to do more... Trust me.
After all, loosing weight isn't so much about working out and eating salad every day. Before you train your body you have to activate your mind. Be open for the change you want to see in your life. The art of running a startup without waging your best employee
Are you familiar with these mornings when you just want to hit the snooze button? Let me guess, these kind of morings happen to you almost every day. But lets assume you made it out of bed after all. Congratulations.
The next part of your morning probably is an awakening cup of coffee. Once hopped onto your medium of transportation you will get dropped off at your work space destination 30-60 min later. What a work space destination is? I call it anything where you excercise your projects of work. It could be a classical office but also a co-working, a library, or simply a café next door. Excuse me, I forgot to mention your own house as a work-space-destination, too. In that case, you can strike out the part of getting to work because you are already there.
Most of your work day consists out of high mental permormance, which is so high that sometimes you even forget to eat lunch. It is great to be highly involved into your own projects. Not many are in the position where you are. Loving your job and voluntarily wanting to achieve excellence and progress day in day out is a luxury. You are the main force leading your work towards failure or success. What goal has your project? To make a positive income, to make your shareholders happy, to create something, to build value for a cause in the world?
Whatever you want to achieve, this will only be possible if your work succeeds. The key for success is you. In order to build success workwise you have to become a success personwise first. It takes discipline and endurance to build greatness. The main force behind that is your entire organism. Your mind, your soul and your body. I don't want to encurage you to become a fitness model. Neither do you have to spend hours in the gym. Instead, I want you to treat your mind, soul and body as your most important employee. Amazingly, you don't have to pay any wages but get an income in return. An income of endurance, motivation, focus and new ideas.

Change your life by moving abroad
Are you ready to change your life forever? Look across borders and move abroad. My journey has taken me around the globe quite a bit so far. I have lived between Germany, Texas, Madrid and New York. It is beautiful to open your soul to new experiences. Trying something new enriches your life fully. To travel is part of most peoples life today. But is traveling the same as moving abroad?
As awesome and exciting the worldnomad lifestyle is, it bears a lot of challenges. Besides the organizational struggles such as visa applications, opening bank accounts, finding the right health insurance or finding an apartment without a binding 1-year-contract, the personal struggles will eventually come to its surface.
Many times you will find yourself alone, even in a 9 Million people metropolis. Most are work immigrants and are here for the hustle. Cities where dreams come true and every person reaches for their own dreams. Free time is a foreign language. But of course nobody can work 24/7.
My blog will focus on the lifestyle of high performance immigrant workers and how they keep their balance. I will adress the topic of fitness and nutrition in regards to every day performance and demonstrate own examples. Trust me, there are tons of nieches to fill within a busy workday!
