With an extensive background in dance as both a performer and a teacher I discovered yoga after a series of injuries put me out of action. From there I became fascinated with human movement and qualified as a personal trainer and after that, in Functional Range Systems (FRS). I offer both one to one sessions and group classes in a range of disciplines. I love working with people so they become their own masters of their body, giving them the tools and knowledge with which to build a stronger and ultimately happier body. Every person I work with is unique and I take care that I approach each client as such. Humour, acceptance and a want to understand your body better are the only prequisites you need.

A sneak preview of some things we will be doing in class this week. It's so interesting feeling my body responding to my practice after having the longest time away from it that I can remember. It is Spring (apparently) and I'll be officially getting back into teaching as of next week after 6 months hiatus to spend time with my wonderful baby girl.
