Text
Love Of A Goddess
She gifted me with love and light,
Just as Prometheus gifted humans with fire.
Bound to hold my whole world upon her shoulders like Atlas,
Without regret she smiles.
Her beauty is that of Aphrodite,
And her mind like Athena's
For she is my Eurydice,
And I am her Orpheus.
I would bear the horrors of war like Ares for my love,
And look Charon in the eye.
Id overcome any trial like Hercules,
And fight Zeus himself.
I'd rather die than live without my Persephone.
Because I am Hades, shunned by society,
but she chose me.
