a post to compile all the things i made for my v in one place.

i) 94.1 “V” (playlist)

Designed to be heard as a hypothetical radio station; a free-flowing mix of character songs and some which are just for sound and atmosphere. [link (youtube)]

These picks are not relationship-heavy at all, but I would like to point out that "In Two" is imo a definitive Johnny & V track (I don’t believe you can even remember which one you are / It’s getting harder to tell the two of you apart) and "In My Head" is for me THE V/Kerry track (I keep on playing our favorite song / I turn it up while you’re gone / It’s all I’ve got when you’re in my head / And you’re in my head, so I need it).

But speaking of relationship-heavy...

ii) “Come the Glorious Day” (fic)

V/Kerry, Sun ending: "Between the Tower and the Palace, V and Kerry build something resembling a future."

Follows canon, just filling in a few additional scenes. Doubles as a dumping of my philosophical musings on facing an uncertain future whilst dwelling on mortality (no relation to Current Events of the Past Year, right, haha?). Ft. my contribution to the genre of writing fictional songs, the lyrics to which can be found in the final chapter if only that is of interest. [link (AO3)]

iii) V's drink (recipe)

Had to be done...

1. Cut half of a lime into quarters and muddle with 1 tsp. sugar and a dash of bitters. 2. Add 1 ¼ tsp. poblano chile liqueur and ¼ cup tequila; stir. 3. Top with ice.
