Tonight’s dinner! A low carb burrito bowl! It comes with quinoa, chicken, mushrooms, corn, and salsa! So good. 😋💃🏼

I decided to try this iced coffee/protein drink from Chike today! It’s super good! A great alternative to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts for those on a low carb diet but still want flavor. There’s only two grams of sugar and six grams of carbs!

Hey guys! The low carb diet hasn’t been bad at all so far! (Even though I really miss my bread, potatoes, and chocolate.) On the left is breakfast I made today. It’s two scrambled eggs (with Tajín), two slices of bacon, a sprinkle of cheese, and one table spoon of salsa. On the right was lunch! It’s basically greens, lemon pepper chicken, low carb Greek dressing, with a side of cheese and sausage!

A New Me
Hello all! Between last semester and this semester I have gained 25 pounds! I blame this on the fact that I lived in a dorm room and all I had access to was fast food, frozen dinners, and Ramen noodles. Any college kid would feel my pain. I noticed a lot of my friends started the low carb diet with great results! Monday I decided to begin my journey. I thought I would make this blog so y’all could also have motivation. I’m not really sure what direction I’m going to be going in with this blog, but I’m going to try to post every day that I can. Wish me luck!
