a/n: yay came here to upload my small drabble once in a blue moon..welp, it was just a sudden desire to write it while i listened to one song that i will recommend down below, so it’s better to listen to it while you reading it. Hope you like this work! (and that i didn’t forget how to write..)

You walked along the path among the different types of flowers. There were blue ones, violet, and yellow. All of them were so bright and pretty that you couldn’t take your eyes off them. However, you initially have to when from behind you on your left side appears a hand with a small bouquet of the said flowers that you admired seconds ago. Your face brightened instantly and you heard a chuckle behind you. There was a man whom you loved so dearly, that he didn’t even need to see your face to know that his little surprise made you happier. 

You carefully took the bouquet out of his hand and turned to him, seeing a warm smile that adoring his beautiful face you couldn’t hold yourself from smiling wider at him. “Thank you, love. When did you manage to make this bouquet though?” you asked him curiously. “Just a few minutes ago, if you hadn’t been so hypnotized by the flower field you would probably notice” Jeonghan giggled and tapped your nose lightly. 

He sneaked his palm into your and brought it to his lips, kissing the back of your hand softly. It’s not something rare to you, but the whole moment makes it more intimate that you feel your cheeks getting hotter. So you just lean to him closer and hide your face in his neck, that gesture makes Jeonghan chuckle. “Huh? Are you embarrassed?” He placed another ghost kiss on the crown of your head. “Oh just shut it Hannie..let me enjoy the moment” Of course you would not admit that it kind of flusters you, but still it makes you happy and you want to savor that moment cause who knows when you will have such a good time again.

The tranquility that surrounded you two, the light wind that went through your hair, and a soft swish of the trees and little flowers around you. His hands are on your waist and yours on his shoulders, nothing could ruin it.

a/n: idk i just suddenly craved something wintery, fluffy and a bit cliche so i wrote this short piece out of the blue eheh

You come through the office doors, it’s late evening by the time you finish your work, and that’s when you realize that you made the greatest mistake by throwing on a coat instead of the puffer. The temperature dropped significantly, unlike the morning you’re sure that it’s around 4 negative degrees but it feels much colder. “Uh well okay, getting sick is not in my plans so let’s pray I won’t” you muttered under your nose and buried the lower part of your face under the thick material of the sweater's neck. It’s not like it actually helps you the slightest bit to get warmer, but at least the cold wind doesn’t bite your chin anymore.

When you went a few meters from the office building, your hand, which you tried to warm up in the pocket, felt the phone buzzing. You thought that it could be your boyfriend but you remembered that he should still work and he rarely messages you unless it’s something important. You brought the phone closer and it was indeed messages from Minghao. 

Haohao <3: “Hey, love” “Are you free already? I ended earlier today, so i thought we could meet up” “Call me when you see this”

Once you read the last message you dialed his number right away, and after a few seconds, you heard the voice that brought you comfort “Hey, saw my messages?” the boy on the other line asked you. “Mhm, I just went outside of the office. Where can we meet?” you felt your teeth start chattering, you need to go somewhere as soon as possible. “Let’s meet in the “Cosmos” cafe, it’s a block away from your office,” Minghao said, and you felt grateful because it’s probably the farthest you could get without dying from frostbite. “Yep! See you there in a few!” you replied and disconnected. 

You almost run to that cafe and once you are in front of it you peek through the windows to see if Minghao got there or not. When you see no trace of your boyfriend you, for some reason, decide to wait for him outside. You don’t feel your limbs as they feel more like pieces of ice but you still stand outside of the building. A few minutes later you saw your lover getting closer, so you started waving your hand as energetically as you could (even though it probably looked funny considering your state) to greet the boy. “Hi, baby,” Minghao said as he stood before you, he leaned to place a chaste kiss on your cheek and then squinted his eyes at you, “Wait..is it your autumn coat?” you feel embarrassed a bit because it’s always you who can’t predict the weather correctly. “Well yeah…you know a funny story actually..” you didn’t finish your sentence when you heard the boy sighing loudly “God, when will you start checking the forecast before going outside?” The question was obviously rhetorical so you opted to not answer it but divert your eyes to the other side of the road. You heard the boy shuffling and a warm something placed around your neck. It was Minghao’s scarf that he gave to you to warm you up slightly. “Dummy you even waited for me outside..” he shook his head and took your cold hands in his much warmer one and then kissed them. “Let’s go inside, I will buy you a hot chocolate and then we will return home in a taxi, I don’t want you to become an ice princess and then get sick” he placed one last kiss on your forehead and you silently nodded and followed him inside.

late night adventure;

a/n: idk if it's even good pls..i haven't written for some time, i hope you will like it ehehe

“God, why have I even decided to agree to this trip?” you whispered to yourself walking in almost complete darkness of the small street. You came to this small town with your small group of friends. All of you planned this trip since spring because you wanted to have a vacation somewhere beside the ocean.

Now you escaped the company of your friends and thought about walking around and maybe going to the shore but then you found out that you lost and your phone died because you charged the device only through the night and you didn’t even spare a glance to see that it was discharged. “Shit..what should I do now? Where did I come from?” You stopped in the middle, no living soul around at this late hour. You don’t even have an opportunity to ask somebody where you should go at this point. You gave up the wish of going to the ocean, now you are more worried about getting back to your Airbnb. Your friends are probably worried, especially Seungkwan, he is freaking out if you do not pick up his calls, you can hardly imagine him now knowing that you sneaked out and your phone is off. You headed back, thinking in the direction where you came from when you suddenly heard shouts from afar. You couldn’t recognize a voice at first but it seems like the person shouts your name. You walked in the direction from where you guessed the sound came and as you came closer you deciphered the person’s voice, it’s Joshua. He is one of your really close friends that you met during your first year of the university, he seemed so shy at first but as you knew him better he only got wilder and this Joshua side attracted you so badly that you didn’t even know when and how you felt that pang in your chest that signalized that now it’s something more than silly friendship. 

You turned around the corner and finally saw him “Joshy!” You smiled and waved your hand excitedly, while the boy came to you in a rushed step. “Oh god, are you okay? Has anything happened to you? Why is your phone turned off?” he took your arms in his, a worried expression written on his face. “Yeah, I’m okay, and no, nothing happened to me, don’t worry. I forgot to charge my phone so it’s actually..died. And I kind of lost my way without navigation.” you sighed. “You can’t believe how everyone got worried about you and especially when we found out that you turned your phone off, we thought you got kidnapped or something. Never escape like this ever again, okay? ” Joshua said to you, as you looked into his eyes, something warm was sipping through them that made you feel loved. “Sure, I won’t do this again” You nodded to him. “Where did you even want to go this late?” he asked curiously. “Well..I wanted to go to the beach, I thought it would be nice when there are not many people around and it’s so calm you know..just the sound of the waves and light wind” you sheepishly answered to the boy in front of you. “Oh..let’s go, I’ll lead the way” Joshua stretched his hand to you to connect your palms. 

Once you reach the beach you immediately kick off your shoes and tug Joshua closer to the water line. The ocean looks majestic at night when there are almost no people around when you can see the flicker lights from the ships that are far from the shore and when you can see lights from another side of the beach that is more crowded. 

The boy sat down on the sand while you came closer to feel the water with your already bare feet. You then turned to Joshua who silently watched you with a light smile adorning his pretty face, and you smiled back. He patted the sand beside him as a silent invitation for you to take a seat and you, of course, did. “It’s so good here, doesn’t it?” you said looking ahead at the water. “Yeah, it is, I love it here,” Joshua said, his eyes wandering around your facial features, and your silky hair, until he lowered his gaze onto your hand that was right beside his, just a few centimeters away. He hesitated for a second, but then he moved his hand, and delicately took your palm in his.

You quickly turn your head as you feel a sudden warmth on your hand and lock your eyes with Joshua’s. “To be honest..”, he started with a shy smile “This view I like better”, you were so thankful that it was already dark and he couldn’t see your probably tomato-like face.”I…uh..” You couldn’t say a word cause you didn’t know how to form any sentence anymore. Joshua on the other side took your hesitance for soft rejection, so he removed his hand while telling you “It’s okay if you are not ready or maybe you don’t feel the same-” when you suddenly grabbed his hand in yours and shook your head “No..It’s not..I feel the same! I..I like you” you mustered all the courage that you have inside to say those words. When you caught Joshua’s eyes you saw how shiny they became, how many emotions they held inside and the smile bloomed on his lips. “That’s good to know because I liked you too for some time already” he smirked and abruptly tugged you by hand and encircled you in his embrace. You thought that there was no more comfortable place in the world than in Joshua’s arms. 

And maybe now you don’t regret your decision to come out late for this little hangout, cause it ended in the best way possible.
