Headcanon time: MCU MK can now be brought back from the dead anytime, via Khonshu’s deal with Osiris!
Basically Khonshu was being all smug about stopping Ammit, and wanted something in return- which was to bring MK back from the dead if he so perishes- despite the consequences it may bring on them…

I don’t if this is an unpopular opinion or not- but it’s much prefer MCU Marc to be the more “violent and brutal” avatar over Jake.

Fun Fact: Goldfish are very sociable creatures- loving being with other goldfish… (I apologize in advance for what about to say)
Steven Grant having one goldfish was also a way to showcase how lonely he was in a such a big city-
And the fish having two tails means they are fancy goldfish- who need to have another one for the best quality of life!
The moon boys are like goldfish… and I need them to get a third one… (which is like considered like the minimum number to have them as- so Jake get your self over here NOW!)

I’m really interested on how they are gonna handle Marc- (especially if he doesn’t work with Khonshu right away)
Marc has been fighting for so long- from child to army to merc to avatar- having all that just stop- I wonder if he will find peace, or just feel restless…

Khonshu whole goal to me was always to keep Marc around- to him Marc and his alters are the best avatar he has ever had!
I do see Jake possible doing things even if doesn’t want them (in the current situation we are in) for Marc- so Marc can have that freedom- Jake agreed to serve Khonshu so Marc doesn’t have to anymore- sacrificing what he wants for Marc and Steven’s sake-
But if they found this they wouldn’t be happy in any way- my whole thing is they need have an agreement between them and Khonshu- so both parties are happy and we get keep MK!
How do you all think Khonshu first learned about Jake?
Did he know all along about Marc's DID and his alters? Or did Jake show up, maybe when Khonshu was trying to force Marc to do something he couldn't bring himself to do, and Jake was more willing - or at least willing to take over to spare Marc - and Khonshu realized he could exploit that?

I think he either learned about them when he first met Marc and he became his avatar or Jake came out during a mission and Khonshu took interest- especially since he seems very capable!
(He definitely exploited his protective-self, into doing more dirty work it kinda helps when Jake does believe in what Khonshu is trying to do at times)

i have a theory about the trashed hotel room in cairo - i'm convinced marc wrecked the room arguing with steven/trying to keep him from fronting. it would explain why steven in the mirror is kind of cowering under the blanket, and i think marc is drinking afterward because he hates himself for it 🥲

Yeah- that theory does check out- especially because in the last scene- they were fighting too!
Of course- he doesn’t want to hurt Steven, he just wants to keep him safe!

I know people believe Jake would be the main protector of Marc and Steven, but here me out…
Marc would- I’m sorry, if Marc knew he had another alter, had someone else, yes they would be mixed emotions, but he would also want to protect them from Khonshu, (also give them a life) no matter what, he is the one who agreed to it after all- it’s his duty, not the others. He is the only one that needs take on that burden-
Marc would protect Steven and Jake, the most- in turn sacrificing protecting himself, but that’s why he has them…
