Same, I have Venus in my 8th and so most people from this generation with Pluto in Sagittarius will trine my Venus. They will also all square my sun and moon. That being said, you’ve gotta take natal charts in consideration bc I can’t avoid plutonic energy or relationships most of the time. One of my closet friends has her moon sun and Venus in my 8th house. Normal Tuesday night, we’ve been friends for a decade and I’ve seen our relationship transform many times.

I also really believe that everyone’s soul has a purpose, I don’t believe in dodging certain aspects or people bc of your synastry. You might miss out on lessons you need to learn. You meet people for a reason.

Look I don’t ever post personal opinions or viewpoints on my blog but I’ve been thinking and I’m gonna rant real quick.

So I’m tired of people only posting about the negatives OR positives of placements and aspects. The fact is there are two sides to EVERYTHING that especially includes 8th house/ plutonic/Scorpionic stuff and 12th house/ neptunian/ piscien stuff. This goes for natal/ synastry and composite. With everything you have to take into count your energy and the other persons energy, EVEN TRANSITS! You have to take into consideration how developed the person/ people are. That’s it.

For example; personally my best relationships are/ have been heavy with 12th house placements and energy. And there was never a “disappointing revelation” that happened or has happened thus far and I’m talking about my relationships with my best friends and my siblings. So over decade long relationships. Sure we’ve had our tough times but who doesn’t? But these have been the most joyful relationships ever. On a personal note my 12th house is empty on my end soooo make your own conclusions about that as you will I’m just saying from experience.

Another short example is from personal experience with the 8th house. I’m plutonic mkay? My own Pluto sits in my 8th house and conjuncts my sun so guess what other peoples Pluto does? Sits in my 8th house. And conjuncts my sun. Everyone from my generation who I interact with transforms me in some way and I’ve always worked to develop my plutonic energy so I always end up transforming them and let me tell you it’s never in a negative way (at least for them) because I’m the type of person to want people to do better. Always. So I’m not gonna try to manipulate you for your downfall mkay? Just not me.

Just something I wanted to get off my chest and I can go into detail and talk about my own experiences with placements and aspects natally/ synastry/ and/or composite wise if anyone is interested in that.

I’ve been into astrology heavily since 7th grade so I got a lot of content in my head lol

astro notes rant pt. 8

moon square/opposition neptune people often cry when they’re drunk and become very emotionally vulnerable, there’s a heightened sensitivity to their own problems and experiences when they’re under the influence

moon square/opposition uranus change their mind about things a lot, that’s why people may often see them as flaky. they just accept doing something when they feel like it and some time passes and they cancel cuz first, the way they feel changed, second, there’s an unconscious need to rebel against commitments - they don’t like the idea that they have “conformed” to some plan, odd as it is. these people dislike planning and it’s best for them to be spontaneous in their endeavors. btw there can be huge overcompensating for this “flakiness” in the area of life ruled by the house of their moon - f.e. if they have moon in the sixth house, they may try really hard to be super consistent at work and to get overly exploited there because they spread themselves thin to compensate for how erratic they’re feeling.

a lot of musicians known for their more alternative vision and presence have scorpio rising - grimes, lana del rey, prince, marina. they just possess a specific type of magnetism, also with aquarius in the 4th house scorpio risings often feel like there’s an unique vision for something at their core and it makes them who they are, it’s the foundation of everything they do, and it shows in their work, there’s a pull to express it to society - leo in the 10th house.

many virgo sun/moon/risings adore lana del rey and really recognize themselves in her music. it’s like she has this femme fatale thing going on, but at the same the whole I’m baby vibe. and this resonates a lot with virgos who like being in control (which is a main theme of femme fatales) but at the same time wish someone was competent enough to see them as they are - innocent, tender, in need of nurturing and babying.

moon in aquarius people are amazing friends, truly great. they’re super thoughtful and supportive and loyal, like they may be a bit detached at times and also like to roast others, but when you need help and support, they will be there for you. also a lot of them enjoy shows like Friends or Adventure Time that are centered around a group of friends and their life. and they like to make gifts such as a photo album with pics of their friends with some inside joke that connects them and so on, something that brings their squad together and shows how special is what they have.

pisces suns have two types of aesthetic, I’ve noticed: a pink & pastel anime-ish one that’s super cutesy and looks straight out of Puella Magi Madoca Magica, or an earthy one - beige, rusty, brown, dark green but like not the edgy one, long skirts or wide loose pants, natural fabrics, a lot of hanging and loose shapes in general.

much has been said about capricorns and their power of concentration, but I’d like to point out leos can develop a super strong focus as well. the thing with them is that they have a lot of creative bursting energy that needs to be expressed in some way and this can make them scattered, but once they learn how to channel it consistently, they can be really concentrated on their field of choice and to work persistently on it, achieving excellence.

i don’t know a single aries rising that has no curly hair. never seen one. actually i knew a girl with straight hair but she was straightening it lol. aries rules the head so i guess when it’s your rising it makes for like…boisterous hair if that makes any sense.

if you’ve been told a lot that you use really strong words, like say “hate” and “love” for trivial things, you probably have mercury conjunct/square/opposition jupiter and you need to chill about it. or other people need to learn you guys are just being EXPRESSIVE.

the most noticeable difference between the negative (earth and water) and the positive (air and fire) venus signs for me is that the first really see love as a state of total reception, they connect it more to a passive state in which you can fully grasp and empathize with the other. and the second see love more as a pull towards the object of desire, an inspiration for movement. it’s like earth & water venus is the being towards which the fire & air venus gravitate.

scorpios can be really conservative, they have this innate desire to be loyal to something long-lasting and crave stability that they can trust, that’s why they might be very keen on “protecting traditions and the old ways” and stuff like that. i may have ranted about this already.

listen to a musician with the same mercury sign as you. you’ll feel so deeply understood it’s uncanny. (i mean probably not by everyone and by every song of theirs but yeah, there’s a big change you’re gonna find some that really resonate)

something weird i’ve noticed is that when i recommend a book or series or movie to a leo, they always pay attention and even write it down somewhere so they can check it out. and then they give me feedback on it even if some time has passed and it’s clear that they were really attentive to it - as if from respect for my recommendation or smth. it’s quite nice. and when i recommend smth to their opposite sign aquarius, it seems that they never really get around to checking it out. it’s like they’re scattered or smth, or maybe they just don’t have this thing where they connect emotionally to someone by exploring the art they enjoy. but i gotta say it has felt hurtful quite a few times when i’ve really wanted to share smth i love with an aquarius and they’re like super detached and never seem to have the time for it. (before any emotionally immature person comes after me, i’m gonna write a disclaimer here: I DON’T THINK PEOPLE OWE ME TO CONSUME THE MEDIA I SEND THEM, RELAX lol.)

there seem to be two types of aquarius sun/rising as physical appearance. i think it really shows that aquarius is ruled by two planets, uranus and saturn. and the uranian aquariuses have like round/diamond shaped faces, smaller faces and noses, and they seem kind of like flat and smooth, mm a celebrity example of that would be shakira. the saturnine aquariuses have narrow oblong faces, longer noses, bigger eyelids…an example for that is paris hilton. and you’d see that uranus is the stronger planet in the charts of the uranian aquariuses and vice versa with saturn (f.e. saturn is more aspected, aspecting the asc, strongly placed, etc.)

people with mars/aries in the 3rd house often come off too strong when they’re talking, they don’t beat around the bush to the point of being rude and then they wonder why people won’t listen to them or often react defensively. bruh it’s a person you’re talking to, not a bull you gotta grab by the horns!! i have aries in the 3rd btw (:

folks with 12th house stelliums involving personal planets like long distance relationships. they find it easier to reveal themselves there - not cuz they are necessarily hiding something on purpose, but cuz they’re often not in touch with important parts of their psyche and that type of communication help them connect to them

i’ve probably ranted about this already, but you’re more affected by the phase of the moon under which you were born - some people say they don’t feel any effects from the full moon for example, but actually they get kind of moody and emotional whenever the moon is in waning gibbous phase which is the phase in which the moon was when they were born. people born on a new moon often feel this is a very magical time for them while for me, per se, it’s not much of an influence. i was born on a full moon (well a tad bit after it) and that’s exactly when i’m HIT SO HARD by it.

all people with pisces in the big three need to pay extra attention that they don’t become super extreme (be it extremely emotional and sensitive or the opposite, extremely insensitive towards other people’s feelings and totally self-absorbed). they’re especially prone to falling victims of black & white thinking as a defense mechanism against the pain that the subtleties of the world cause them. it can be easier to paint people as totally evil and angels on earth than to look into the complexities of their existence.

virgo moons are super mysterious and have a lot of trust/intimacy issues but in a…chill way? like they’re very reserved about it and while it’s kind of obvious in, say, capricorn and scorpio moons and they often look edgy or emotionally unavailable, virgo moons manage to appear caring and soft YET somehow unavailable at the same time. how?? it’s really hard for me to get this placement

the biggest deal breaker in synastry imo is harsh mercury contacts (square/quincunx/opposition/sometimes conjunction). ofc if there are supportive aspects and a lot of self-awareness in the relationship, it can be worked through, but it’s still really damn difficult. which makes it even more frustrating how mercury is sooo overlooked and underrated when it comes to synastry. this is YOUR COMMUNICATION for christ’s sake, if you guys can’t talk about what’s happening and understand each other you’re doomed.

(Keep in mind these are my own personal observations. Depending on the signs, what houses they’re in, their degrees, etc. this may not be your experience.)

- Water Moon/Fire Mars people play innocent as a way to try to seduce. The type to wiggle on your lap a little bit or put their hand somewhere on you and play the whole “what did I do?” while batting their eyelashes.

- Venus/Uranus aspects or heavy Capricorn placements in natal chart can show someone who is attracted to people much older or younger. Some might have a mommy/daddy kink.

- Venus/Jupiter aspects in synastry, especially the softer ones, can give intense “I’m going to take care of you.” energy.

- Virgo risings are FREAKS. That’s all imma say.

- Pluto aspects synastry can show a BDSM relationship. However, in order for this to be healthy, both individuals need to be used to Pluto energy. Otherwise things can get dark.

- Scorpio Mars... what’s with y’all and physically ripping people’s clothes off????

- I’ve found Mercury/Mars aspects in natal show a love for oral. In synastry, this can show a lot of oral in the bedroom especially if the orbs are close.

It's been a long time coming! So happy for spring being finally here! Here's the long ass observation post you guys asked for. Since it's quite a big amount of observations, I've decided it'd be a good idea to number them so that it's easier to reference them. As always, enjoy them!

🌸 1. Lilith in the 2nd house can indicate something fishy going on with the relationship between the native’s parents.

🌱 2. Malefic placements such as pluto, chiron, Saturn or Lilith in the 12th indicates a lot of skeletons in the closet when it comes to family and family history

🌸 3. Chiron in Aries/1st house or Leo/5th house is kind of bitch placement. The person basically feels like they can’t be themselves and there’s a lot of self-denial and/or not accepting themselves, how they really are, what they really want, etc. Lots of self-esteem issues

🌱 4. People with sexual placements in the 2nd house (Mars, Venus, Lilith, Eros, ruler of the 8th house) base their self-worth on how sexually attractive they are. If they don't feel sexually desirable to everyone, they feel like they're shit

🌸 5. Lilith is what people think Pluto/Scorpio is!!!! All that stuff about magnetic, sexual and intoxicating but dangerous? Lilith.

🌱 6. Scorpio/Pluto in 4th could mean that the person had to work hard to survive something growing up. But your moon represents under which light you always view your past and everything that has happened in your life in general. It also shows the type of stuff from your past you tend to focus on. Because it's ruled by the planet of love (Venus), which means Libra has a knack for being liked by everyone and making everyone feel liked. HOWEVER Libra is an AIR sign and air represents mind, NOT feelings. In conclusion, Libra can make you feel "loved" (venus) and still not give a damn about you bc its air nature makes them prone to emotional detachment. That's why they are able to roast you and make it look like they're complimenting you, specially when they have Scorpio mercury.

🌸 19. Just like you look at where’s the ruler of your rising sign to get more info on your rising, check the ruler of your Sun sign for more info on your personal identity (check sign and house). For ex. I have Virgo Sun in the 9th. Ruler of Virgo=Mercury. I have mercury in Libra in the 10th house which makes me more serious (10th house) and diplomatic/people pleaser (Libra)

🌱 20. If you found that you “couldn’t” do what’s previously described because you’re a Leo sun, check the degree and decan of your Sun

🌸 21. I’ve noticed mercury retrograde people are the type of individuals who always know exactly the right things to say. You’ll always see them take a couple of seconds before answering but they tend to give very good responses

🌱 22. I’ve noticed many women with Virgo Venus/Sun/MC/Lilith have been slut-shamed at some point of their life or they’ve been seen as promiscuous/sexual/etc.

🌸 23. Capricorn moons are not emotionless machines. The thing with these natives is that their mothers treated them like an adult the second they came out of the womb, so basically they skipped the “love and affection” stage and went straight to the “grow up” stage, but they can love really hard and real deep (Capricorn is deep down a very sentimental sign). 🌱 24. I've noticed that people at first deny their rising sign in Vedic astrology, but eventually they end up accepting it and they actually end up relating to it a lot. I feel like this is because our rising sign in Vedic astrology is usually the sign of our 12th house in Western astrology, which leads me to believe that our 12th house sign is not our shadow side but more like our deep subcontious personality and that's why we have a hard time accepting it when we see it as our rising sign in Vedic astrology. It's like your rising sign (in western) is the director of the play but your 12th house is the energy that previously wrote the script

They doubt themselves 24/7 and that’s not even an exaggeration and I’ve noticed they actually may have grown up doubting themselves for some reason or they had a family (their dad) that caused this feeling in them. Also I’ve seen that those Libras with Scorpio placements feel like they have to hide something about themselves otherwise they’ll be rejected. Yes they are endlessly charming, but that's because they have essentially created their personality around the desire of being liked/accepted. They always need to feel they have SOMEONE. Their sense of self, INDIVIDUALITY, independence and assertiveness is lost in the process. Unless they have fire and specially Aries placements to balance this out they can feel like they have no personality and that’s why they are often perceived as fake or shallow.

love for some underrated / misunderstood placements

i was a bit sick but i’m better now, please do not repost, plagiarize, “reword my work”

Venus in Virgo / Venus in 6th: The way you guys are so caring and are given the title of “picky and arrogant” pisses me the fuck off. You guys are so incredibly loyal even if you’re not the person to make a grand gesture or a paragraph everyday, you guys show such ways of caring for your loved ones by helping them out / advice / nurturing them about their health / being there for them & making time. And not to forget y’all are the masters of making anyone feel better about the themselves because y’all are so analytical & observant. Let’s talk about how you can literally eat fast food & cheesy burgers for a week straight and still look so bomb, the way y’all take care of yourselves is admirable. Also a beauty indicator a natural one.

Scorpio Rising / Pluto in 1st: I know this may come off as a surprise but this placement is wayyyyy too sexualized. They are also incredibly misunderstood, these people generally have a hard time letting people in completely and have trust issues, but no one talks about the fierce loyalty and love these people are ready to give. All I see is “sexy stare”, lol don’t get me wrong these are very magnetic & beautiful but y’all stop sexualizing them so much, they have much more to offer.

Capricorn Venus / Venus in 10th: “They only want money” Is basically all I see for y’all. This placement seeks for stability and someone on the same level as them in matters of worth related to them as a person, they just wouldn’t just date someone and y’all are not ready to hear that. Mars in Cancer / Mars in 4th: The amount of times I see “cry baby & manipulative” now, if extremely underdeveloped they have the tendencies to bring out their worse just like any other placement but, I barely see love for this placement. The way these people are literally so nurturing and caring & will literally take care of you so much. They remember the little things, your favorite color, your favorite Starbucks drink. Seriously, just because this placement isn’t comfortable being here does not mean it doesn’t have a good side. And the loyalty is 100%. Don’t screw them over though.

Virgo Rising / Mercury in 1st: This placement along with the 2nd house is lowkey.. crickets? Like where is the appreciation for y’all. Moon in Capricorn / Moon in 10th: The many times I see people saying “psychopaths & unemotional” is extremely disgusting like do better y’all. These people are EMOTIONAL but they handle it with logic meaning they won’t have a tantrum of someone saying some shit they know shouldn’t affect them. And they’re not the Cancer moon type of nurturing, but they’re extremely practical and maybe a bit possessive over their loved ones, they truly want the best and if you misunderstand how they show their love that’s on you. They don’t give second chances though, so don’t screw them over or that stereotype will come true for you.

Moon in Aquarius / Moon in 11th: This one is like in the same level of misunderstood as Capricorn moon. But the stereotype being “detached & uncaring”. That makes no sense, Aquarius is a very humanitarian sign and it being in the Moon shows emotional compassion towards others, even if it’s from a logical sense they’re not uncaring. These people are so giving once they like you. They’re extremely kind and never rude, they have amazing manners. If this placement doesn’t like you, maybe check your behavior?

Moon in Scorpio / Moon in 8th: This one is often talked about, but still incredibly misunderstood. All I ever see is “traumatic childhood & manipulative”, like okay yes a lot have gone through some hardships but why only bring that up? Sagittarius/ 9th house is ruled by knowledge & spiritual knowledge & expansions. These people are incredibly knowledgeable and soo wise in their approaches. They know a lot about almost anything!! They’re also capable of giving advice from the very single point of view (open minded as hell). Any Leo Placement: All I see is “attention seeking whores” like what? okay maybe we are at times;) is like people forget the amount of generosity literally any Leo placement has, in fact they give too much at times that they have to retreat to make sure they’re not loosing themselves in the process. If Leo placements are constantly seeking attention or too closed off it’s most likely because of a painful realization that they shouldn’t give too much love out right away.

Cancer & Pisces Placements: I feel like just in general water placements have a really bad reputation. Y’all forget that just because someone has water placements that they can also be logical. These placements usually tend to peep everything and at times absorb a lot of energy and become extremely exhausted & drained. All I really see is people labeling them as ditzy or nurturing (yes they are nurturing once they love you / like you). But people forget the intelligence of a Pisces placement they’re literally the wisest & have unmatched intuition. And for Cancers they forget once they’re wronged or peep something off how vengeful they get? And how closed off and unavailable they can get. They are truly kind but also very intelligent and they have ways they can use on people that aren’t usually seen.

Moon in Taurus: Just because the moon likes being in Taurus it does not mean these people don’t struggle like everyone else. A lot of Taurus moons have this beauty / standards they wanna be like and if something slightly crumbles in their life they can get to an extremely low point in their life as they seek for stability, they’re very very affectionate and loyal (it’s harder for them to see that you’re worth it though, so prove yourself.)

Moon in Virgo: These people are SERIOUSLY incredibly excluded. While they have more of a rational approach does not mean they’re uncaring. While they can be a little shy in their approaches, you’ll seriously know if someone with this placement likes you, they make time for you and are always sticking by your side / takes cares of you every day how you feel / your emotional state.

Aries Placements: All I see is these people labeled as “chaotic” no, y’all just don’t like seeing people taking risks because part of life is about having fun. HOW PEOPLE GET ADDICTED TO YOU BASED ON YOUR PLUTO

Pluto in 1st: No one can get enough of you on how you are as a person. Your personality is a tunnel with a light in the very end that is seeable, but not easily reached. You leave a certain appeal on people and when you leave, they get obsessed. They get addicted to your chaotic yet exciting ways to you, how you get shit done even if shit gets hard. No one knows how you deal with things, you approach life in silence, how you bounce back. You remain unknown on your ways, that is addicting.

Pluto in 2nd: People get addicted to the way you’re so independent & professionally. You are going through the hardest time yet you don’t ask for favors, you don’t ask for help, you remain to yourself and you get it done yourself. “Don’t worry I got it” But it seems clear you don’t, but you deal with it yourself because you know you’re the only one that you can trust with anything that is valuable to you. You are secretive in your hobbies and ethic. Anything that can be used towards you, you move in silence. Is it because you don’t truly trust yourself? Why trust others with a part of yourself.
