The Paulownia Court

Presided over by the Lady of Chronicles, the Paulownia Court is a sanctuary, hidden in plain sight between the gaps in the world, where anyone in dire need can seek refuge from its gracious guardians. A tree planted in darkness that grew into the light, its roots reaching across the globe and blossoming into branches ripe with flowers and knowledge: the Paulownia Court was an oasis for all, outside of the government’s control, and if she could only reach it, she would be safe, hidden under its canopy from the searchlights above. 

The Paulownia Court is the one of the oldest known gifted organisations, founded long before knowledge of abilities became known to governments. It is a neutral organisation primarily focused on academic research across the twelve member countries, and prides itself on its generally non-combative stance, only fighting when required for the safety of both ability users and normal people.
