Wow we're reading more into this situation and it honestly makes us so sad. UWO was the voice of MK Ultra info on Tumblr for many years which made them going after others so disturbing to us but this is a whole new low. From our system we're so sorry you went through this.

If you flip the first letter of UWO upside down what do you get? nwo. Its bold. The same user who told me nwo is "known to groom" also said he is a "big smoke screen".

What nwo did to Svali was unacceptable as well. Its no wonder he calls me a stalker, they're projecting about how the last woman he doxxed he literally cyber stalked after she rubbed him the wrong way when they "briefly" encountered each other in person, and then doxxed her, called her a liar liar pants on fire, picked apart her stories, and talked about her "body count".

The information being available through "research" (stalking) does not excuse the doxxing. It was malicious and so petty. He could have made all of the same critiques of their material and the same point about the supposed danger her digital activity/ foot print put other survivors at CARE in (Because Oz cares about survivors and that's why he's a bully and doxxes them) without actually publishing her info. He could have given his thoughts about svali misleading or lying to people without "exposing" her info. He should have pointed out that it's available to find without reposting it, that was completely unnecessary.

He seems jealous the way he mentions the attention svali got online, and he's probably projecting calling her a fraud as well. Potentially using her to boost his own platform.

He felt the need to comment that Donald Marshall "has some mental health issues" to dismiss him, because Oz is a mental health advocate.

I tend to have pretty radical views on the nature of consciousness and reality, and the way our world views mental health and the human psyche. The Greek word psyche originally translates to both consciousness/mind and spirit/soul. I think there is a lot of connections to be made and insights to gain, information to be gathered in these things and in the way they present. Larger stories unfolding waiting to be paid attention. There is no room for such alternative thought around Oz.

Oz picked apart Katy/Dylan groves, completely dismissing their experiences which has other external corroboration (csam/ra ring in central texas). Once again seemingly ignoring the tendency for ramcoa survivors to give imperfect information for one reason (or in one way) or another, that Oz themself has written about. He's almost communicating an expectation for survivor's to share perfectly "accurate" information within their own personal experiences, and share it in such a way that meets his own standards. Which goes against basically everything he presents himself to stand for. The actions speak louder.

I won't deny nwo's valuable contributions, and I won't let him use those to skirt accountability. Not everyone with a trauma history behaves the way he does, he can make contributions without being an abuser and shutting others down.

An internet warrior that holds his anonymity as his most valuable asset while ripping that same protection away from others. He's written about how important it is for a survivor who wants to remain active online speaking about their experience and knowledge to stay at least somewhat anonymous. He shows you himself he's not some sympathetic sick puppy who doesn't know any better or is trying their best, he's thought through and calculating. Don't excuse the idiocy and maliciousness as CPTSD or DID, its pure ego. He knows better, he likely gets sick pleasure out of feeling like some machiavellian puppet master pulling the whool over someone's eyes. Save your sympathy for the people he hurts and communities he poisons.

He puts on a guise of being helpful and supportive to gain trust and vulnerability and likely gets egotistical validation from flaunting his arrogance and ability to avoid accountability. Maybe he stays completely anonymous because its more like a weapon for his bullying and grooming. He doesn't want to share his own personal experience, he likes to sit back behind the curtain and pick apart other people.

Then they'll turn around and post about abusive and toxic behaviors, admitting they're sick and have mental health issues as well. To the extremes of eating off the floor and going impatient. Contradictions or something deeper? I'll let you decide. Stay safe.

Tbh I was very avoident of UWO because of the way they attacked Svali Speaks, their disgusting posts about Katy/Dylan Groves, and watching them attack survivors in their mentions. We had a post in our drafts about it we think we may post soon but this situation is new to us.

Unwelcome-ozian is an abuser

Here is a check list of common abuse tactics and Unwelcome ozian's perfect score. Reminder as of writing this the victim is a teenage girl, and was 15 when she began chatting with nwo.

Emotional abuse:

Silent treatment - refusal to communicate.

Gas lighting - playing victim after coercing a teenage girl to tell him more and then ghosting her. He implied he didn't want anything to do with her publicly after privately pushing her to talk to him .

Blame shifting / victim blaming - calling the girl obsessed after he manipulated her and trauma bonded her to them by love bombing and alternating between validating and ignoring her. Ignoring her for weeks and months after asking for updates, and then talking to them for 3 days, promising to read everything, then back to ignoring them despite her pleas to be acknowledged. Then using this trauma to further gas light and harm her by painting her as the aggressor.

Intentionally humiliating a teenage girl - putting her on blast, along with her deep personal traumas and thoughts, intimate details, and identifying information to his follows and the entire internet.

Manipulation:

Calculating - not responding to use the victim's emotional upset against her instead of asking her to stop. Using his followers to dox and humiliate her.

Hypocrisy - wanting others to respect his boundaries while violating other people's boundaries. Wanting others to compasionately consider his condition and mental emotional state while ignoring that of others, or better yet using it to insult and dismiss them.

Excuses - using sympathy for his trauma to avoid responsibility. Avoiding criticism (and growth) by acting as though anyone who takes issues with his behavior are trying to silence him, which is a disgrace to all that is being silenced, and further hypocrisy because he is the one who dismisses and silences so many other survivors.

Threats - saying he will post the (dox) stalkers papers again to another website multiple times after staff removed the content for violating community guidelines. Possibly suggesting he may sue the victim.

Stalking / hoovering - admitting to monitoring the victim's accounts, and saving their posts.

Validation/ supply - the people he is the warmest to are teenage girls who validate and adore him. I say this after speaking to many users. He gets a supply of validation and attention online and likely uses this justify himself and or soothe his extremely low self worth.

Lack of empthy - Cruelty and vengeance in his response. Not caring about the trauma he may have been inflicting or the long term damage to his young victim. Score keeping by looking for payback with a malicious attack on his victims reputation.

Lack of remorse - no accountability or acknowledgement of the pain and damages he inflicts. Instead of changing or growing for the better, this is a pattern continuing to develop and escalate.

Grooming:

Inappropriate boundaries - setting no boundaries on what the teenage girl can say or talk about with him one on one. This intimacy was wildly inappropriate.

Breaking boundaries - pushing her to continue when she wanted to stop.

Inappropriate displays of sexuality - responding to her and encouraging her after she calls him "Daddy", says "I love you", and "another part of me think you could never resist reading what I send you" directly after talking about experiencing sexual feelings. He replied saying he will not reject her

I don't like the pop psychology demonization of NPD, but Unwelcome-ozian himself explained there is a category of abuse specifically classified as 'narcissistic abuse', and this fits his behavior the best. Pedophilic narcissistic abuse.

This is a question that has been rattling around in many people’s brains for a long time. I will rephrase your question in a way that is even more blunt: why do people torture kids? Because that is what programming is. Torture.

There are two answers, one is the one that programmers would say. One is the truth.

What programmers say: to create a perfect slave, someone who will do what I want with a simple gesture, phrase, etc. No matter the risk of harm to them or others.

The truth: thrill seeking egocentric sadists derive pleasure from torturing kids, raping kids, and making them bend to their will. They often film it and sell the media to other sick fucks for profit. These sorts of videos are unfortunately extremely profitable. One snuff film made over the course of a night could be worth thousands of dollars. That is why they do it. They like hurting people, kids are easy to control, and they like making money doing it.

There is no real, justified reason why programmers do what they do. There is no justification for torturing children and animals, no matter what they say. And if they truly believe what they tell others, it is because it helps them distance themselves from their heinous acts. If they are creating something with it, it makes the actions seem justifiable to the right people. They may claim they are building an army of programmed soldiers, but don’t realize that if they sent their programmed system into a combat situation the gunfire would trigger them so such a degree that they would be rendered useless. They make subservient sex slaves for profit, but once they get too old to not draw in the same crowd, they dispose of them and let them out into the world with no care to the mental and physical toll that life as a sex slave has done to the child.

They are insidious, evil people. They do not see children as human beings, but products to sell. Animals to put down. They care a lot less about the final product and more about the product that is made along the way—the torture films they make money off of and the excitement and thrill they get from torturing kids to program them.

Programming is not like how Alison Miller and many other conspirators make it seem. They are not making super soldiers or spies. They are profiting off of child torture and then either killing them by the end or letting them go. The only true reason things like callback programming or loyalty programming or silence programming or omega/suicide programming exists is so that they don’t get caught. If the system goes back, they will either be killed or reprogrammed or retrafficked or convinced to become a programmer themselves. They will not be going to complete some sacred duty that the programmers told them. Loyalty is only so they never tell secrets. Silence is so they never tell secrets. Suicide programming is so that they will die before telling secrets.

Programming is all about profit and not getting caught. That is why they do it. My programmers told me all the time that I would eventually become a spy for them. Black Widow style—a seductress who would kill their targets. The reality? I was a sex slave who had to commit heinous acts on camera that they sold, and when they were done with me, they cared less about that “end product” they claimed I was working towards. They’d rather see me kill myself than say even a modicum of truth about their motives.

To which I would say: kill me yourself, you cowards.
