What I learnt after completing my RSA today:  - The best way to deal with intoxicated patrons is to adopt a thick and friendly  australian accent.  eg. "Listen mate ide love to give you another drink, but the law won't let me, and if a licensing officer just happens to come in here and see me pass you this drink, its gonna hit us both in the wallet!  You know what mate, I've had a few too many...you've had a few to many...how bout we just both go home and have a little cuddle aye!"
