Eeeeeeeeeek!! It's the Children of the Blue Grottoooooooo!! 🏃‍♀️💨 🤣 Just kidding!!! Bath day for the kiddos. Sophia loves bath bombs, so we have a little Blue Grotto going on. Liam loves splashing, so he's happy to provide the waves. And both of them are rocking @winknaturals Foaming Oil bath wash. This morning I spent two, AMAZING, hours with @msrachelhollis ! I took a WIIIIIDE step outside of my comfort zone, and I signed up for her life coaching sessions - and I am SO GLAD I did! Even though "life" was happening around me, and I need to go back and really dive in, I did take this away from the first session: I AM WORTH IT! I am worth the TIME, I am worth the EFFORT, I am worth the INVESTMENT, and damn it - I am WORTH showing up FOR MYSELF too!! I am so excited, and I can't wait to really dig in an get to work! Obviously you want to regularly clean and sanitize your diaper pail, but I don't know anyone that has the time (or energy!) to do it every day - I sure don't!!
