Currently my favourite thing right now, as someone who became a sonic fan this year, is to go back and read comments from when the movie and cast was announced and see people’s reactions at the time and see what was accurately predicted and what aged horribly. Especially when it comes to Jim Carrey’s Robotnik.

But what really cracks me up is that there was apparently a few people that were either convinced that Agent Stone was secretly Snively or disappointed that he wasn’t.

Now I haven’t watched satam or read the Archie comics myself so I don’t know much about Snively as a character, but just the thought that there was more than one person that saw the beautiful man that is Lee Majdoub and immediately decided to associate him with that character just cracks me up.

STOBOTNIK NATION IS WINNING

I had been debating whether or not to finish this and post it cuz it was sitting for a hot second -- and in that time the way I draw these two changed so its sort of DIFFERENT from how I draw them now. But you know what!!! its fine. Who even would notice or pick up on it but me.

ANYWHO this started bc I was like "what if I drew stone kissing eggman on the cheek but the kiss was censored all cartoon-like by his moustache" and it turned into a whole pose that I really liked.
