My head cannon is that Neil never really figures out phones/texting/memes but that Andrew does understand them and secretly enjoys them

I saw some discourse about a pic with Neil with a 3 on his cheek and a Ravens jersey, I'm pretty sure Neil (or rather Nathaniel) was supposed to be 3 but when he ran Jean couldn't be 4 (that would look really bad on Riko) (Also a side note how does Ravens!Neil fanfic work? Does he like make up Neil as a fake name for himself? Or does the fic call him Nathaniel the entire time?) -- ope Neil even says he would have been 3 (Page 125)

I know we all know that at least some of why Andrew "gives in" to Neil's requests is because Andrew thinks he's hot but I wonder if some of it is also just that Neil knows how to ask the right questions and is willing to just ask and wait for answers

(I wasn't sure if I was going to reread this series, now because it didn't like it but because I generally don't love mafia romance... but Pinterest keeps shoving aftg at me rn so here we go)

I'm going to try and pay more attention to the cousins timeline because if I remember right Aaron and Nicky only kinda knew eachother and the 3 of them only knew eachother for like 5 years?

I think it a little funny that the betting pool is if Renee and Andrew are/ will get together and if Andrew and Kevin are together, like, I know that everyone knows Andrew is on protection duty but.... Do we ever learn why Riko is (not scared maybe sees an opponent) of Andrew? Is it just because if it came to actually blows Riko would 100% lose because Andrew "doesn't care" (I think he does but from outside it looks like he doesnt)

Poor Andrew he keeps toughing Neil now (not in noticeable ways but moving Neil around mostly)

Something about Nicky leaving the only place/ person that felt like home to be the guardian to his cousins he didn't know so his parents didn't do it. Also Andrew does trust him to let him drive his car...

So I'm starting to finally play Pokémon Violet (mostly because my sister is playing Scarlet rn and mentioned it)

But I was just playing Story Of Seasons A Wonderful Life (I got bored of it but I'm definitely a farm game person) and I loved that I could play a gender neutral character (clothing options were separate from pronouns but there was 3 choices for pronouns) and also it truly wasn't really a noticeable part of play...

I identify as female but honestly in games recently I've not really gone with the character looking like me (and tbh maybe I identify less female and more she/they if that makes any sense...)

Violet... I realized the options as I was making them and figured eh my person can have boobs (since that seemed to be the only unadjustable feature besides skin tone as far as i could tell) but they keep saying Miss Moe EVERY time they mention me and it gives me the ick...

(Also I spent time picking out the cute space buns only to put on a hat!)

Just a rant... hopefully it's just this guy who is doing it and I don't have to talk to him much....

(Also my game definitely says USA on it but Mom definitely asked about a Cuppa which I'm pretty sure is a very British thing and very much not a USA thing.... or at least it's not a thing around me...)

My car is in me and my brothers name so I think that's ok, do I need to put him or my dad on all my bank accounts quick? I'm 29 and never been on a date, do I need to ask my brother if one of his friends is interested in a lavender marriage or because I still live my parents am I ok?

I need to apply for a passport and get everyone in my family too as well. Emergency plan is drive north. No more time for pack rats, now I have to figure out what I need to grab in a hurry and have it somewhere accessible and quick.

I accidentally adopted a toddler! 😭😭

I am not a Legacy Sims 4 player, the last time I played with toddlers was before the infant update and I quit that save before they (because of course it was twins) aged up.

Usually when I play it's a Loner on a farm +whatever spice I'm going with (spice being the different thing I'm doing like Vampire or Spellcaster) and I generally stop before they get to be an Elder (because I get board and also then i dont have to worry about what im doing afyer they die).

But I've really gotten into this play through (trying to breed 2 Champion horses) but I knew my Sim wouldn't live long enough to see the Foal also win and have babies so I was going to check if I could Adopt a teen (my Sim is like an elderly Adult rn so i wasnt even planning on adopting yet just checking it out) but everything was set up differently than last time I adopted (like literally the first time I played the game in like 2016 I think because 🚫 babies for me)

So I clicked on the first one thinking it was going to show traits or something... NOPE and you can't cancel the interaction and I couldn't remember when last I saved and my horse JUST got pregnant...

So I got a Toddler 😬

I figured oh I can last the 7 days for them to age up, I'll muscle through it, NOPE.

Lasted 1 day and aged that baby up...

So I went from 1 Sim + 2 horses (all with great traits so they are very good) to 2 Sims + 3 horses and I don't think I've ever had a household that large! 😬 (except when I played with a crazy cat lady but that didn't last long because it was to stressful)

😭😭 if I let an Elder Sim die would I get to CAS a new Sim into the Household with my existing horses? (I've only ever had 1 Sim die with no one else to take over and I just made a new Sim who moved into their very cheap house but that was before Cats & Dogs so idk what happens to pets?!)

(Why didn't I Google any of this before testing it myself!?! I googled if my Elder house could breed! So dumb)

....in the 900+ hours I've played the Sims I've had babies I think 4 times + 1 adopted Child and I don't think any of them made it to teens before I quit the save (ok the adopted one I aged up playing a day and then quit so...) (oops I take that back the twins were Gen 3 in an attempt to do a Legacy save)

When you read a lot of romance books you can smell a series from the smallest things.

Headcanon that now that Joe isn't an Alpha anymore his features soften, he shrinks, and he looks younger.

In my head Alpha Joe is build more like Carter but Beta Joe is build more like Kelly.

I would just like to take a moment to appreciate the aro and ace rep in the Green Creek series.

The fact the Kelly is ace but still sex positive is amazing to see. I also loved that his sex scene in the book was very minimal compared to the other books.

And Tanner being aro but still having a platonic mate made me happy cry
