Just checking up ♥  This is my traditional yearly post saying how I regret not being active and how I terribly miss creating and sharing CC. I actually regularly continue to save reference pics on Pinterest, thinking that one day I'll be back to it... I'd love to challenge myself and make a little set that is 100% made from scratch!

That must sounds redundant idk, but I need to thank you again for all the love you have spreaded since I took part in the community. Every time things aren't doing that well I know I can take a look back at the supportive comments I've received on social medias, which is a true luxury. This is a safe comforting place that YOU have created, and it makes me realise that I definitely should have expressed more often appreciation to the creations I enjoy, reblogged and left comments– all those simple supportive gestures that can enlighten people's day the same way they did and still do to me.

No one asked for my opinion but that has literally never stopped me.

Twitter is limiting on what you can fit into a reply but there are so many other wonderful, beautiful, unapologetically BLACK creators that deserve credit for their fight the last 6 years. The fact that it took High Value™ white simmers speaking up for The Sims to do anything is downright embarrassing. And the fact that they’re being seen as the driving forces behind this? Fuck that. 

Of course this isn’t to say I’m not thankful change is happening. I am fucking thrilled for better representation! But the journey to get here has been extremely disappointing and telling of The Sims and their views on “diversity”, and the process of this happening has been a double edged sword.

My gameplay style is to always hesitate between something pretty realistic with lively cluttered buildings and meaningful story details or something more vanilla with a cute minimalist colorful aesthetic, and never play

Witchy kid chemistry tables

I found frustrating how the young Spellcasters have been neglected in RoM, but since any kid is  litteraly able to craft powerful potions with the base game (because who cares about logic)(anyway), I wanted to give them at least aesthetically pleasing chemistry tables. Now they can wait for the awakening of their powers with more dignity. The Promising Alchemist’s table matches with the furniture of RoM!

Simple clothes racks

Hi! ♥︎  It’s been a while!! This is a tiny project that seriously started to get all dusty in my folders (I remember having started the pipes rack before the release of the Moschino SP trailer...) The items come in several frame colors, with different clothing variations for each. I tried my best to make them as versatile as I could! Have a nice weekend!

Hi, I just ran into a problem with the pufferhead readershaven bedframe, which I absolutely love! I don't know if it's just me having the problem but I'm not able to load lots and play the game I get a notif. to relaunch the game. Just thought I'd make you aware in case it needs a fix, thanks!

Hello! I’m so sorry for the trouble and thanks for the warning! Do you have University installed? I don’t have this EP but it looks like there is a conflict going on with the dorms? 🤔 @peacemaker-ic has mentionned a bug with his bedframes that looks similar. I have no idea how I can fix it since it works fine in my game! If someone has encountered the same issue/have an explanation/solution, feel free to share!

I’m MLys, I’m a 27 years old French simmer and I’ve been sharing maxis match custom content for The Sims 4 for three years.

I’ve discovered the game with The Sims 1 back when I was 9 and I immediately fell in love. I still remember when I’ve unwrapped the base game and Vacation EP at Christmas! Thereafter, I’ve been a huge Sims 2 player (gameplay wise it’s still my favorite of the franchise), skipped The Sims 3, and out of curiosity and nostalgia, came back to the game with The Sims 4 without a lot of expectations. I just wanted to play time to time in my corner, mostly as a builder, and didn’t have any intention to start a blog and create CC.

The need of creating my own custom content quickly came up because I felt frustrated to not find the items I needed to design my builds the way I imagined them. I already downloaded CC as a kid, and was sooo obsessed about it back then! I ingeniously wished I could be able to do the same and run my own sims download website, but it wasn’t easy to find proper tutorials in French (and I most likely wasn’t mature and skilled enough ahah) so I had no idea how all those things worked. I just accepted that it was some computer magic. Several years and more experience later, that sweet memory contributed to make me want to give it a try and take my revenge!

Is the Pufferhead stuff pack zipped?Or do I need to zip it? If i do need to,what program can i use?

Hello!  If you download the pack from the “Download all” button, you’ll got indeed a zipped file (.zip). If you’re on Windows and don’t have an unpacking software yet (you can unzip without the need of a software on Mac), I personnaly recommand you to install 7-Zip. Then you’ll just have to right click on the Pufferhead zip file and click on 7-Zip > Extract.
