To get the snapshot, open your launcher and press the “New Profile” button. Call it “snapshots” and check the box saying “Enable experimental development snapshots” and save. To switch to the normal version, you can select it in the dropdown at the bottom left corner of the launcher.

I have no tolerance for jackasses on servers if they ever make a comment on my body I make comment on their's. It may seem like a fight fire with fire situation but who cares. If a guy ever makes a comment like that tell him fuck off he couldn't get u in a million years. The lame-os usually think they're being funny/flirty but it's completely inappropriate.

Playing Hardcore Survival mode in Minecraft on a Superflat world. Fairly difficult, but the last three days of playing it have caused me to amass a large surplus of cobblestone, wood, saplings, and bonemeal. So I decided to find myself a village to settle down in and live there permanently. It was then that I found a village that had four houses, a church, a library, and four farms. Building from the ground up, I built three butcher shops, another library and church, nine more houses, and fourteen more farms. From there, I planted a small tree farm, which eventually became the small forest covering a third of the town I have claimed.With more cobblestone than I needed, I constructed the icing on the cake by making a wall to keep outside monsters from wandering in, and keeping the livestock that freely roam the streets and fields from wandering out. Considering building a small keep somewhere in the lower part of the picture at a later date.

In the last week we got some information about 1.8 - here they are:

Doors:

crafting a door will give you 3 now

that means they will (probably) be stack-abel (16?)

Stone Variations 

different types of stone

maybe new stone pressure plates ?

different colored furnaces ?

generally different colors/variations of blocks crafted out of stone ?

this is (pink) Granit 

Mobs:

currently Dinnerbone is holding an AMA (Ask Me Anything) and I asked about mobs in 1.8 - here is his answer: ”Maybe. Mobs are difficult to make, but lots of fun for everybody in the end. We have a theme in mind for 1.8 which may impact mobs quite a bit, but not in the way which you’d expect.”
