I captured the exact moment Sam introduced his newest drink gag and it's art. Simply art. I hope he runs with it

I just reread Frankenstein. Few months ago! I really hope you enjoy reading it! Also your take on LotR being the bear of both worlds between poetry and fiction is beautiful and so correct and I never thought of it that way, but it required my brain. Right on.
3 and 4 for the books ask game?
3. What's an older (more than 30 years old) book that you're looking forward to reading?
I recently found a hardcover copy of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein at a thrift shop. It's definitely going to be my next read after my very meaty current read, Susanna Clarke's Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. Frankenstein is a classic and I guess I've developed a fascination for literature with slightly darker themes lately (the classics and dark tones have a lot of overlap.) I'm too interested not to read it though!
4. Are you trying to read more fiction, nonfiction or poetry this year?
In general I tend to read fiction. There's just so many stories out there that I want to experience. However, I would count the Lord of the Rings series as both fiction and poetry, since there is poetry in-universe that is important to the overall lore of the world. Song is an integral part of it so I got the best of both worlds!
