Ugh. Everything I hear about Micah makes him worse. Can't believe people still try to defend him or make him seem like he's not that bad.
"He was actually the good guy because he brought down a gang."
"He just wanted a friend."
"He actually liked Arthur in the beginning."
"He looked up to Arthur."
Mind you, this is a man that would've knowingly orphaned a child and was racist toward like half the gang.
Arthur also Implies that he wouldn't stop talking about the Blackwater money. He did NOT want a friend. The only reason he'd want to befriend Arthur would be to manipulate him.
The people who truly fell for Micah's words were the ones desperate for praise and validation.
Sorry about rambling, these thoughts have been swimming freely in my head for so long
People will literally shame Abigail for her past occupation yet completely look over the fact that she's in her 20s and grew up in that environment. She was likely a child when she started. She also did it for money and to survive.
Micah's the one you should be shaming. Isn't he in his 30's? And he went after someone who was around 18? He also hit on and was a creep toward most of the women in camp. Is that not grounds for shaming?
Shaming people for being a creep > shaming sw(especially when they're just trying to survive)

Oh my GOD from Mary’s POV she just told her love to write to her sometime and then got ghosted for potentially weeks after hearing about his massive bank heist. “You never showed up.” She thinks he chose the money. Mary never knew about Guarma. Was just thinking about how she found the grave and realized this. I wonder if she ever learned what happened, or if she makes a widow’s pilgrimage to the tombstone of a dead man who she still believes scorned her for material gain.

A strangely common thing people will say doesn't even involve something Arthur actually does. Like, when talking about how violent/deadly Arthur is, you'd think they'd bring up what happened in strawberry or any other time where he is actively a threat, right?
Well, they do. Sometimes. They also bring up things they did outside of any missions or random encounters. Killing women specifically, massacring towns, killing animals for no reason, etc.
It's like if I threw dynamite on the ground and said that it was how Arthur actually died. Then I start bringing it up everytime Arthur's death is a topic.
What you do outside of missions or random encounters cannot be used to say Arthur is violent or irredeemable. They are more of a reflection upon yourself, not the character you puppeteer.
Lovely how people dumb Arthur's character down to violence, then get angry at you for acknowledging or enjoying his other sides or traits. Because it's a "mischaracterization" or whatever they think it is.

I hate going to pinterest and looking at pictures/screenshots of Javier, only to realize that they glued facial hair onto him.
I then travel through a sea of Javiers with an unusual amount of facial hair before I can find the Javiers with their normal facial hair

There are moments in Red Dead Online where the lighting and such is beautiful, and I have to decide whether or not I should stop to take a screenshot.
