Lately my ADHD has been kicking my ass. I realize a lot more that it impacts me the most. It causes my depression, anxiety and ED to be worse. It is so complex and I just want more focused help with it.

But I don’t know how or what to do. And some things I can do cost a lot of money and I somehow want to tell my parents (mainly mom I guess??) how much it is impacting me and what I want help with but it’s so embrasasing because I am 25 years old and pathetic ugh

Things are just a bit of a clusterfuck shit right now with some family things (not really immediate family) and it’s involving police and investigations now and idk now to even process this

my benefits have come in and if they read correctly, i have pretty good coverage. but like also...i since i pay into a union i get a corporate membership at goodlife...so i just bought one....because i am an idiot...

in all fairness, i think i should be doing something that gets me active. especially days where i am doing nothing. so we shall see...

i also get some other pretty good discounts....

shit is actually hitting the fan and i am really fucking upset and i don’t know how to cope through this because things are coming to light in regards to family (not just immediate family, extended i guess?) and it is really difficult to listen to and be involved and i am super angry and upset and wtf is happening
