CURFEW IS 10 PM FOR DORMS, AND 12 AM MIDNIGHT FOR APARTMENTS. OR ELSE, YOU'RE LOCKED OUT.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PASSING THE THIRD BASE ONWARD BECAUSE SOME STUDENTS ARE STRIVING TO FINISH THEIR STUDIES. IF YOU EVER DO, PLEASE CLEAN UP AND USE PROTECTION.

STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DO THEIR OWN LAUNDRY.

GARBAGE WILL BE COLLECTED EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

PLEASE PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME, OR ELSE THERE IS A 5% INTEREST RATE.

INSPECTIONS ARE SET AT RANDOM DATES AND TIME, BUT IT IS SURE THAT IT IS CONDUCTED MONTHLY.

THOSE WHO ARE RENTING AN APARTMENT MUST PAY THEIR RENT AND BILLS SEPARATELY. 

YOU CAN MOVE IN WITH YOUR OWN FURNITURE INSTEAD. IF YOU RENT A UNIT UNFURNISHED, IT WILL COST YOU LESS.

The Gwang-jong Suites offers a well-furnished unit with a good price. It is much more cheaper than the apartment complex, and you can pay it in small amounts if you are a poor college student. Just present your official I.D. and the form given to you (which includes questions about you and your parents’ salary and all). Maximum number of tenants in each unit is 3.

Ha-seon Apartment Complex B has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, and allows a maximum of 3 tenants.

The Ha-seon Apartment Complex A is a co-ed building that offers a furnished unit for you and your friends to live in. Because of this, the rent is quite pricey for college students, and the bills are separate payment.

The Ah-reum Dormitory is school-owned but is located off-campus, beside the Do-yeong Dormitory. Each room is set to have four students as roommates, and if you weren’t informed yet, this is an all girls dormitory. No boys are allowed.

The Night Market 101 does start inside the Mi-rae Park, but it extends farther as numerous street vendors keep on coming. Walking in the night would be less scarier and more adventurous, because you’ll see a lot of new things in sight every night! Food, clothes, secondhand textbooks and novels, shoes? They got it all for you.

What makes La Terra unique for an art shop is that they do not only sell artist-grade art materials, but they also showcase artworks or function as a gallery. You can truly appreciate art while you rummage their shelves, finding that perfect shade of teal-colored watercolor.

Technology has evolved into one of the most needed things of today. It has became a basic necessity for every human to walk on earth as of now, even if they are too broke to afford a 6-inch phone full of wonders. Fortunately, this was built to specifically cater students who cannot afford to buy expensive brands. They sell everything cheaper, and they can save you $15 (which is a lot) without sacrificing quality. Everything is original and not secondhand. They also often have promos but do not inform the general public because they’d also like some dollars in their bank account.

다른ㅤ/ㅤMY MELODY MUSIC STORE。

Do not be fooled by the beverages on display. This is not a hipster type of bar that you are thinking of. My Melody Music Store offers not just beverages but also classic or rare vinyls, albums of your favorite K-Pop idol, autographed albums from your favorite Western artist, or all the basic stuff you need for creating music. If you need a bow for your violin because you broke it, they have it. If you need a new guitar, they have it as well. It is all located on the second and third floor of the store.

다른ㅤ/ㅤAHJUMMA’S DDEOKBOKKI。

This restaurant, Ahjumma’s Ddeokbokki, is one of the most wonderful havens in the world. No one can resist the powerful and tempting aroma of her spicy rice cakes, and with one bite, all of your stress will fade away. (We are not over-exaggerating. It’s the truth.) 

Although our favorite ahjumma is known for her famous ddeokbokki, she also serves various authentic Korean snacks and dishes for everyone to dine in and have fun. Wanna get drunk? There’s plenty of soju for you! Wanna fill up your tummy? There’s plenty of choices in the menu for you to feed on! It’s just right down the corner, near the dormitories of Ah-reum and Do-yeong, three blocks away from the campus grounds.

"This gym is for the yummy papis," said one student in our recent interview for feedbacks or messages. Maybe this place is the reason why there is suddenly a flock of people running out of the campus grounds, but we can never tell, because others turn straight to the Dance Studio. (You can see your oppa next to La Terra Arts Shoppe and My Melody Music Store.)

Do not fret about the fact that the administration owns the park, but instead enjoy the beautiful scenery with a glimmering man-made lake and lots and lots of trees. Cafes and restaurants are present, but the most famous part of the park is the night market. The night market is a wonder of its own.

다른ㅤ/ㅤTIMES SQUARE MALL。

Legends say that this mall was built just for those who have the wealth and the power (which is quite wrong, in our opinion, because even the janitor can buy a white polo shirt from Gucci). Indeed, it is, as the exterior itself is already proof, for it looks like a 5-star hotel. There are a lot of famous brand outlets for you to shop from, as well as restaurants that serve premium and delicious meat. It's a walking distance from the university, but you can always call for a cab if you're tired.

다른ㅤ/ㅤMASHISOYO! PLAZA。

The Mashisoyo! Plaza is a public place located near the Ha-seon Apartment Complex (A and B) and Mi-rae Park. Students can relax freely in this al fresco type of plaza without the overwhelming stress looming behind their backs. There are lots of cafes, fast-food chains, and restaurants to choose from, as well as gift shops, crane games, and arcades. If you’d ask us, we would rate it 11/10 recommend as a dating place. A lot of couples who had their first date here are now forever bounded to each other.

Due to popular demand, we have decided to have an additional building inside the campus, consisting of different fast food chains and cafes. It is a two-story building, and also only has two rows of your favorite food. (Did this make sense?)
