I’m so terrible at maintaining friendships but if I don’t constantly have people paying attention to me I feel like I’m going to unravel and die but it’s so hard to make people pay attention to me when I’m too depressed to do anything and I can’t even just like have conversations and friendships without randomly becoming disinterested in like 90% of people
It’s not like I hate them but I lose the ability to care or put energy into the friendship and most people aren’t just gonna keep being high effort friends when I barely respond to them
