hi moca! first of all, i really hope you feel better soon. always remember that it's okay to go through bad times ー it happens to everyone, and it's nothing you should be ashamed of.

i understand why you feel this way as i've had similar worries in the past. but i'm sure everyone you know won't leave you and wait for you. take all the time you need, you won't be left behind by your loved ones. the right people will accept you and never abandon you.

if you're feeling lonely, i highly recommend spending time with people as that's what usually helps me. of course you don't need to force yourself to socialize as it can be draining at times, but talking to my friends helps me and cheers me up! both long conversations and silly chats make me smile even if i'm feeling down.

if you want to take things a step further, i also recommend going out of your comfort zone and making new friends, as this has helped me in the past. i completely understand if it's too hard, though, and you definitely don't need to force yourself if you aren't ready! go at your own pace, step by step.
