i’m so thankful we’re alive to smell flowers and touch saltwater and get chilled in the breeze and take deep breaths and make foods warm with love and dance and laugh and move and wake up and dig our hands in dirt and eat strawberries and draw mindlessly and remember and sing and joke and walk down the same street again and again and make meaning. we are so lucky we get to be and feel and keep going

Socks! It took me a month to make these at a leisurely pace.
80g of Nalle brand yarn and scrap yarn for the mushrooms. The pattern is identical for both socks, but each sock has a mushroom on one side, so that I'll know which is the right/left sock.

If I was your husband you’d never run out of rocks, shells, and plants to line your windowsill. Your vases would never run out of vibrant flowers. Your home would always be filled with laughter and song. Your kitchen counters would always be filled with freshly baked foods and pastries. You’d never for a second doubt how wonderful you are because I’d remind you every second of every day. If I was your husband your heart would always be filled with warmth and love. Your bed would never be empty. Our garden would be overflowing with life. If I was your husband I’d give you the sun and the moon and the stars. The world would belong to you and you’d never be lonely.
