A few days ago there was a mass shooting/active shooting at one of my close family member’s work place (Grand Sierra) in Reno obviously & freaked me out the whole day. Glad she is okay. The shooter died yesterday at the hospital apparently.

My family member’s said someone said the shooter was a former employee at Charlie Palmer Restaurant near my family’s member’s workplace inside GSR. Scary!😱 🙏🏼Prayers goes out to all the families who didn’t make it in the shooting. 3 died & apparently several others injured. Reno made World News the other day again. Hopefully everyone looks out for one another because this is not the world I used to know. It’s NOT just in America but happening in the entire world in a lot of different countries as well.

Anyways, singing & dancing since I was literally 3 years old was in honor choir, made it to Auditioned Women’s Choir (Prima Voce), made it into Advanced Choir Chamber Chorale Auditioned Choir UNR in the past, always made it into the good choirs & accepted in auditioned, good choirs. Learned to sing most the songs on key when I was in middle school while my sister was in high school rehearsing for her show choir Intermezzo/Vocal Ensemble performances through the years. All pictures of me.

Also most of y’all know I did cross-country, track & Field for 6 years straight since middle school, all through out high school, dance, cheer, coach, gymnastics, color guard/Wintergaurd/ flag/dance team in middle school, etc with many extracurricular activities & clubs.

Being in Leadership in Middle School, Student Council in High School, Key Club, National Honor Society, Renaissance Community Service Club, Raiders Reaching Out Club, Raider Mentor Program (I was a mentor so was my sister), Circle K Community Service Club at UNR. I was 33 out of more than 500+ seniors in my class with Honors/Advanced High Weighted GPA Diploma Student.💁🏻‍♀️

Also senior year, I literally got to sing Star Spangled Banner National Anthem at my high school graduation in front of all my senior classmates with my advanced auditioned choir with the best teacher everyone knows & my older sister & I’ve known him & his talented, beautiful, intelligent family since I was in 2nd grade.

My older sister was in all the clubs I mentioned because I copied her to be very involved in the community. Me & my older sister received many scholarships (my sister received way more than me) including my Athletic scholarships, Kenny Guinn Scholarship, Kiwanis Scholarships, to name a few, because we were overachievers & seriously well-deserving simple super stars in the community.

My older sister Catherine Van-Schwartz (Catt Van, Former locally famous KOLO 8 News Reporter was president of Intermezzo (show choir) in 2008& in intermezzo 3 years, captain of the tennis team in 2008 in Edward C. Reed High School, elected as treasurer in 2008 in Student Council, my sister was top 20 out of 500+ seniors-she was top 11th valedictorian top 20 in 2008, she was also top 16 vocal ensemble advanced choirs for 3 years, later Gonzaga singing group Big Bing Theory around 2008-2012.

Catherine was a Gonzaga University Post college university graduate in 2012 graduated with Summa Cum Laude highest degree graduate my sister was. KATU2Portland News Reporter (7 years news reporter) & nominated an Emmy Award for the Northwest Television. So proud of her, myself , & everything about my family, & everyone connected to my family. Hard work, dedication, overachieving talents sure pays off. I love you.❤️High standards is a big deal.Overachievers & our Legacy.🙌🏼🤩

😭Feeling really sad because I just found out Former President Jimmy Carter just passed away.😭At least he made it to 100 years old. In 1979, 45 (forty-five) years ago my family moved to Northern Nevada & they remembered Jimmy Carter was president.

My family remembered him as a very genuinely good man who built homes for people in need, who put diverse different ethnicities and different races in congress-he cared about all people.

Jimmy Carter did not discriminate & we were allies with China. China is powerful and America is powerful so instead of seeing them as an enemy I hope being allies with our competitors will bring more good luck & good fortunes in the future. We could build bridges into a better America. Jimmy Carter was a smart man.

Jimmy Carter even said around October 2024, that he wants to live long enough so he can vote for Kamala Harris-a Democrat like Carter and me. Carter lived to vote for her & any Democratic candidate. We didn’t get exactly the results we wanted on Election Day (the day after my birthday) unfortunately but I hope Trump can be a good man & not be so evil in his new term.

God has better plans for Trump to do good unto others in his second chance at life. Hope his new second chance at life wakes him up to know right from wrong & to always put his shoes into every person’s life. I believe all people can change for the better. Please be a good 4 year term with Trump. 🤞 Fingers crossed.

💝❤️Here are all pictures of me & my wonderful family. Again, thank you for all the Christmas gifts & warm thoughts. Love you all. Loved all the blankets from several of my close cousins and one of my top favorites the Snoopy Pajamas from 1 of my favorite cousins I’ve known since we were literally babies.

Thank you for all the cards. Thank you to 2 of my neighbor friends for the gifts, also thank you to one of my old coworkers for the cute Heart ornament that says “love“ on it. Also thank you to my other coworker friend for the Starbucks Gift Card. And thank you everybody else for the cute Christmas cards.

Also if I gift you anything from Target or Scheels, in the past or now, it just means you’re EXTRA special to me. I also gave my favorite white neighbor friend named Sue a big cute stuffed Dog from Target. So I also got the same for myself. Also got Squishmallows for my favorite, close second cousins, & got my older sister ,brother-in-law, the same, & for my beautiful niece as well. Can’t wait to see them. And received a different Squishmallows for me I’m super happy again.

Have been feeling really sad again because of sh*t*y people in our city who are usually from out of state all the people originally from Nevada most are very nice obviously & just a bunch of you know whos who don’t know anything, most likely ruined the city. But it’s fine, life goes on...& always do what makes you happy as long as it doesn’t offend others. ❤️

Also there’s 3 pictures of me in a white shirt with my trumpet that’s when I was 11-12 years old in 6th grade band. Then all the other ones with my trumpet are pictures of me from a few days ago. Again I played the trumpet in 6th grade and used to be good at it. Wanted to play the French Horn because my older sister played the French Horn & I wanted to copy her but the French Horn was too heavy haha so I picked the trumpet because also I love our military & our veterans. ❤️

Another fact, I played the trumpet in 6th grade band. I was actually good at it back then & am relearning everything now. Back then I wanted to copy my older sister Catherine Van-Schwartz (Catt Van) and play the French Horn but the French Horn was too heavy so I picked the Trumpet😍🙌🏼 because I love our military & our veterans.

I miss choir been in all the auditioned choirs I made into through the years. Through Honors choir, Honors Advanced Auditioned High School Choir Prima Voce Women's Choir , College Advanced/Auditioned choirs,UNR University of Nevada, Reno Chamber Chorale, being in the GOOD choirs. Been a good singer since I was 3 years old.

The middle picture is of me in 7th grade in Mendive Middle School; I’m on the top of the pyramid in our dance group in Wintergaurd/Colorgaurd/Flag/Dance team. Our theme was Sailors! 😍We all look so cute & so extra young back then!

😍🤩I was a shy, bubbly girl who loved dancing & singing! Me making it into auditioned advanced Women’s Choir/Prima Voce for years in high school, honors choir, & made it into the auditioned advanced choir during college at University of Nevada, Reno called Chamber Chorale.

Whether it’d be singing/dancing/gymnastics/cheer/dance/flag/Wintergaurd, Colorgaurd team/Track/Cross-Country,all the Musicals I was in since I was 8 years old in “The King And I” at Reed High School, I’ve always done well in academics, athletics, extra-curricular activities.

Took all the Advanced Placement (AP) classes & Honors/Advanced diploma in high school & with 3 college degrees & 3 extra medical licenses. Also was number 33 top GPA out of more than five hundred 500+ senior students in my class. Talented in many different areas in life so proud & proud to always have been a successful person.

Me & my blood related family of stars. We are such superstars all our lives. So proud of my family & me. 😁😃😊😊

❤️Makes me extra happy looking at old photos of me because in 2023 was feeling depressed sometimes when I think about 1 of my aunts who died June 2022 & 1 of my cats died 1 month after aunt died. Sometimes I was super happy sometimes feeling not so great. But I never forget what I have accomplished & how great I am makes me extra happy. Never give up & my motto was always to live life to the fullest & try everything because anything is possible.

Happy Sunday! Also today I’m eating all vegetarian foods today. Today is also a full moon outside. 🌕 🌖 I remember when I used to work at the Emergency Room 🏥at 4 different hospitals in my lifetime, more than the usual amount of patients go to the ER (Emergency Room) during the time of a full moon. It’s always the planetary alignments & our birth chart signs hahaha. But I know it’s always a bad day if anyone has to go to the emergency room. Stay safe & healthy everyone.

Like I’ve said I’ve been working 11 eleven years in healthcare but the recent years with my hard work, as always being an overachiever, are when I became a Registered Nurse 🏥👩🏻‍⚕️& secretly working my way up to a Pediatric/Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, but like I said I’m heading to a new chapter soon & recently retired from cheerleading coaching & soon to be leaving my Registered Nurse jobs signed & contracted with 3 different companies part time through several different hospitals in town. I’m going to miss it & the few coworkers I’m friends with. Now, gotta focus on my physical health seizures, heart problems, scoliosis, & other health problems, etc.

🩵Throwback to the end of 2020 when I quit my job & was walking my dogs one of the mornings in November 7th (a few days after my birthday) & then my favorite white friend neighbor’s husband yells out their 2 storey house window, “Biden’s president! We got our country back!” And I yelled “OMG! Really?! I’m so happy!” 😁

I ran home with my dogs in my favorite sparkly cowboy boots to tell my family, Biden’s president! 💙 I remembered I was beyond happy/excited & cried a little silently but happy tears. I love that neighbor. My favorite white neighbor friends forever.❤️Also love Biden forever. It was literally 1 of the best days of my life.

When Trump was president, (2017-to the end of 2020) racism escalated. When newer neighbors who moved in the neighborhood between the years of 2017-2019, they have caused us the most problems & were obviously racist when we clearly did nothing to them.

Never had problems with anyone until 2017, But things got better when Biden got elected president. People started being friendlier again except for most (not all) of the out of staters. Please if there is any racism going on, stand up for others, stand up for yourself when safe to do so, & do something, or say something that can help any discriminating/hateful/verbal harassment crimes committed out there.

Again, I pray Trump will not be so evil & hateful like his last term. I pray he realizes his mistakes & feels apologetic because he almost got scarily assasinated which hopefully wakes him up that God has a better plan for him & hopefully Trump won’t be so hateful anymore. I’m gonna miss Biden alot. 😭

All pictures of me. Avoid the smilings in the pictures. Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day tomorrow. December 7th. I went to Pearl Harbor Hawaii with my family in Summer 2016. I’m an American.

I was born in Northern Nevada & have no Japanese descent but I look “Japanese” the funny thing is that I look “Japanese” but I really do have some small portions of German/French/Native American/ Ashkenazi Jewish/Vietnamese blood ancestry but mostly Chinese blood but no Japanese blood.

Please teach every kid to never be racist to any particular race when a terrorist attack happens. Remember, there are good & bad people in ALL races/ethnicities.

I remember in 2017 a boy who moved in our neighborhood yelled caught on my camera in front of my house “Die Japanese!” The boy (he’s probably 19 years old by now) was obviously uneducated & considered an obvious low life back then.

Please EDUCATE your kids because nobody is born racist. If you teach your kids early never to be hateful, your kid will always be successful & will for sure go far in life.

To everyone, tell your kids never to follow the uneducated “bad kids” crowd. Be smart. It’s always better to choose to be a smart “nerd” than to be “bad kid low life.” Teach everyone never to discriminate anyone. Love goes around. Love drives out fear. Love to all. ❤️🙏

Anyways, my white neighbor friend who I’m actually good friends for years, she says, since Trump is president now, we need to March & (peacefully) protest if anything goes downhill like racism or anything hateful goes on. I love her. Her name is Sue. I love white people like her. She’s the rare people still out there who will help anyone fight for justice & fight any forms of discrimination. 😭

😭My best white neighbor friend (Sue) we’ve known for over 30 years before I was even born. She’s the original homeowner like us-we are the only ones to live in our same house for years too. She’s been waving at us since our houses were first built before me nor my older sister was even born yet near 1989-1990.

There needs to be more good white people & people of all races/ethnicities out there. It’s very rare nowadays unfortunately. Sparks used to be so friendly with Sparks/Reno Nevada Natives waving at us-mostly white people wave at us. Now out of staters are so rude & make rude gestures at me on the road which was shocking at 1st & very offensive. They think that we’re from out of state but in reality my family has been living in Nevada for 45 (forty-five) years. Makes me so angry & cry sometimes.😭🙏She’s also one of the neighbor friends who gave me all the cute little gifts I loved on my birthday right on my birthday November 4th. ❤️

I cried my eyes out when I found out Trump got elected president again unfortunately. It was the day after my birthday Election Day this year was November 5th instead of on my birthday (November 4th) this year.

Maybe Trump won’t be so hateful during his second term as president since he scarily almost got assassinated a few months ago. Maybe Trump realizes that God has a better plan for him- so maybe he’ll be nicer & less hateful to certain groups of people. I pray Trump won’t be so bad as he was last term. I notice Trump is more smiley now maybe he learned his lesson not to be so hateful anymore. Please let Trump be kinder to people this presidential term. In God’s words, There can be good in anyone & anyone can change for the better.

Before cheerleading 🤸🏻‍♀️coaching season for kids ended this year some of you know, I finally retired. 😭😘Bittersweet. Thank you for all the loving messages & cute gifts I’ll cherish these gifts & best moments forever. I love you all. Thank you for still inviting me to cheer coach for the games! 💙

Recently, thank you for letting me work 3 different companies in several different hospitals in town part time floating me around to different units but my main unit the NICU.

Going to quit soon & go on Disability temporarily or permanently due to my seizures, scoliosis, heart problems, constant dizziness, had 8 vials of blood drawn from my arm a few days ago (lightheaded), & other health problems. Still feel blessed because I was always an overachiever way before people the same age as me.

Eleven years of me working in healthcare now including me being a Registered Nurse & when I 1st started as a CNA(Certified Nurse Assistant) in 2014 & started volunteering at Renown in 2013 & me as a Licensed Phlebotomist doing my both PAID & unpaid internships before I graduated with my 1st Bachelors Degree from UNR (college degree).

Thank you to all the hospitals for all these opportunities & thank you to my coworkers/friends, managers for always believing in me.

& No thank you to the ones that brought me down, belittled me, those who were jealous of me because they saw me as their “competition” when patients of mine complimented me & no thank you to the ones who clearly discriminated me or even misdiagnosed me in the past.

My hospital jobs both PAID & unpaid jobs over the 11 eleven years made me cry, laugh, & life still went on. Always be strong 💪🏼. Always CPR ready & ready to resuscitate anyone no matter where I am.

Thank you to the kids in the past that made me cute drawings for thanking me for being a hero. 😭🙏 I love you GOOD kids still out there & I love all my old people friends I made through the years.

Some have passed away. But they said they loved me as their nurse & kissed me in the past. I just get emotional about it because I loved them. Reminds me of both my grandmas & our best white family friends Eva Kathryn Satterburg Heap & Charles Wessels (Charlie).😭I love making a difference in peoples’ lives.

Life can be short. Whether I have a long life or not, I felt like I did what God wanted me to do & what my purpose in life was. Glad we are all connected in some way & that we all crossed paths & learned all the lessons in this lifetime. Love you all. Life is already predetermined before you were born. What is in my God’s Will, will be what it will be. Living my best life. Love to all.🙏❤️

Catholic & Buddhist is my religion (Long Story) Catholics only believe in 1 God but if you believe in more than 1 higher Gods, you will be extra blessed in your life.
