Thinking about this one fic and this old post and the fact that Hannibal's employee's seem to have his insignia/kaiju symbol tattooed somewhere on them.

So uh in some kind of au where Newt works for Hannibal eventually hooking up and getting together with him, obviously getting the tattoo, but he gets it on his lower stomach so essentially a "womb tattoo" (yes like those succubus ones) just below his own kaiju tattoos.
