Andrea shrugged slightly. "It would make her happy," Andrea said. "I want her to be happy. I just- I feel like if she found someone that did that, I would know about it, you know?" She wanted that for her mother. But it clearly hadn't happened yet. "I don't know," she said softly. "I look online sometimes, at all people. It feels... magical." The idea of the outside world and all the people in it. Andrea looked up at her with a wide smile on her lips when she said the words. "Okay," she agreed. "I'll sign up." That felt easy. "Plus, that feels like the easy part, not to put us with family." Otherwise what was the point?
"If your mom did start dating someone, how would you feel about that?" For the longest time, it had just been Andrea and Hope. Lizzie wondered if she ever asked about her father, or how she'd react when Hope had someone new in her life. At Andrea's comment, Lizzie laughs aloud, eyes crinkling at the sides. "Let's hope not, I wouldn't wish that luck upon anyone." She nearly choked on air as Andrea brought up the blind date night at the Grill, "Make you a deal, little Mikaelson. I'll sign up if you do. Then we'll just hope you don't get paired with one of the many Mikaelson's running about."

Andrea smiled. "I know," she said, she had never felt anything but love from her mother. It was impossible not to feel that kind of love. She nodded softly to herself. She had known that. She could see it in her mother's eyes, even if she didn't want to push her about it. "No," Andrea said lightly. "Not yet at least. Who knows? Maybe the person that would ask me just isn't in this town," she joked. There was a whole work out there, maybe she would find the person outside the walls of this town. If that day ever came. "I think I heard about a blink date night at the Grill coming up. Maybe you should go," she said sweetly.
"And she absolutely idolizes that time with you." Lizzie smiled fondly at Andrea. Andrea's question did little to throw her off guard, they haven't really talked about Hope's love life before, but Lizzie wasn't going to lie to Andrea either. "I think in the sense of relationships or otherwise... yes." Would Hope ever admit to it though? Likely not. "But in the sense of family and friends, absolutely not." Lord knows she had an abundance of them running around. As the two walked out onto the street, Lizzie locked the door behind them and gave it a tug just to make sure it was actually locked. "I'm good on blood for the day." Though she's been a heretic for over thirty years, it was still so odd to talk about it openly. "I do not." Lizzie answers with a small laugh as she and Andrea walked down the street, "Other than your mother of course, what about you? Any prospects?"

"T-teee, Teagan," Andrea sung as she bounced over to her mother's cousin. Though given her age, she felt like Andrea's cousin too. "Nope," she giggled. "Just wanted to see what you were doing. What are you drawing?"
Teagan, sat on a street bench beneath the gentle glow of a streetlight. With her sketchbook in hand, she captured the scenery before her with skilful strokes. Immersed in her art, she found solace and a deep connection to the vibrant energy of the city. As she continued to draw, the streetlight illumatied her work, casting a beautiful glow on her creations. Unbeknownst to her, a figure had been trying to get her attention, but she reminded oblivious to their presence.
Feeling a bit discouraged, the passerby let out a soft cough, hoping to catch Teagan's attention. Startled, she finally turned her headand noticed the person sitting next to her. Apologising for not noticing them earlier, Teagan offered a warm smile as she closed her sketchbook and her full attention was now on the other sitting next to her. "Is there anything you needed?" she asked poliety as she looked up at the figure,

Rebekah or Freya?
I don't like to choose. Choosing it mean, but... Auntie Freya. She is like me and Mom. She is first born. Her magic is powerful like ours. That is something that Auntie Bekah wouldn't be able to understand, not really.

Andrea nodded happily to herself. "Well she had plans on Valentine's day," she said. It was her and her mother's thing. Andrea wondered if before her, her mother had gone out and see him. But the only memories she had from Valentine's Days' growing up, was just her and her mother. "With me," she said, sniffing one of the flowers with a happy smile before she looked up to Lizzie. "Do you think she is lonely?" She asked softly. She didn't want that for her mother. And she didn't see it, but she knew at least Lizzie would be honest with her. Andrea bounced towards the door, picking up a stray flower that was mostly 'dead', bringing it back to life enough for her to smile at it happily as they headed into the street. Maybe she would give it to her mother. "We could get blood from the blood place if you want... after?" They needed that in a way she didn't yet. She skipped as they walked before she looked up at Lizzie. "Do you have a date for Valentine's Day?"
Oof, can you imagine being named Kayle Hayes? Seemed a little too close and Lizzie would likely trip up massively on that. "Katie, I think." She was now second guessing herself. "I hope she does, he ordered a lot." Lizzie replies with a laugh. "If you want to take a couple to your mom, I'm sure that'd be okay. I don't think they'd notice if a couple were missing. Besides between you and I, I think Hope could use the little... gesture." She'd been relentless in trying to get Hope set up with someone. "The florist doesn't have enough room for all of them, so I'm the backup apparently." Lizzie's lips quirked to the side though, "I'm gonna let it be a surprise." And hopefully, a good one. "Perfect." A smile matches Andrea's as she grabs her phone, purse and keys to lock up. "Cupcakes and bear claws for lunch?" She chuckles, "Sounds good to me."

"Oh, that's sweet," she said, leaning down to sniff some of the flowers. She had always wanted flowers. "Kate... Katie? Kayle?" She started thinking about what Kyle's girlfriend's name was. "I think she will love them!" She paused looking at them for a moment. "You think we should steal some for mom?" She joked. Before looking up at Lizzie. "Why are they here? Are you helping Kyle with... something?" After all she was an event planner. Event was in the name. "Wait, no. Don't tell me. I want it to be a surprise," she giggled. She nodded. "Of course, i'm dying for cupcakes and maybe a bear claw."
Bad mood? Diminished. Was it a bad mood though or was she just tired? Either way, in a room of Andrea Mikaelson - you could not be tired or in a bad mood. Her bubble of cheerful optimism was contagious. "These are for Kyle Hayes and a little party he's pulling together for his girlfriend." Soon to be fiancé ( if she said yes ). "Trying to get the florist to come pick up the flowers and make some room in their own shop. I'm glad vampires don't get allergies because I would be a mess right now." She laughs, listening as the song started again. With a sigh, Lizzie hung up. "Want to get some coffee and lunch? I need a break."

Andrea giggled as she stepped into Lizzie's shop, looking at all the flowers with a massive smile. "Who are all the flowers for?" She asked as she looked at her Auntie Lizzie on the phone before she bounced over to the counter. "Who is on the phone?" She asked before looking around at the arrangements. "I have time. If you need help."
With Valentines Day right around the corner ( ten days, but who was counting? Not her. ) Lizzie was up to her head in work. One of her clients wanted to throw a little proposal party, where he'd propose at the party and she was in charge of setting it up. Her office smelled strongly of the roses her client had ordered but because he ordered so much they couldn't all be held at the florist. The overflow ended up in her office and it took the grace of her vampire side to not bump into an arrangement. Hearing the bell to the door chime, Lizzie kept the phone pressed to her ear as she listened to the hold music repeat itself yet again. "I'll be with you in a moment." Her tone was a dead giveaway that she was tired and in dire need of a pick me up. If she had to listen to this stupid song for the tenth time she may very well throw her phone against the wall. Just when it seemed like someone was going to answer, the song restarted. It took everything in her to draw the phone away and just hang up, gently setting her phone on the desk. "Please tell me you're here to save me from the mass amounts of arrangements?" @sanguishqsstarters
