how to try to deal with internalized biphobia:

remember you are valid. nothing anyone can say or make you think invalidates your bisexuality. it is your own identity, and no one can tell you it’s wrong

you’re not just in a phase, i promise. you’re not indecisive, or selfish, or greedy. it’s your preferences and it is beautiful to be bisexual. even if you do want to change your label, this is something that’s perfectly acceptable

there’s no such thing as being not gay enough or not straight enough, gay and straight are not the only sexualities and people need to realize this

do you feel like you’re faking it? ask yourself why you would fake it, and think about why it’s unreasonable that you would fake being bisexual.

try to find content that has good representation of bisexuality. seeing a fun and loveable and bisexual character on screen, in a book, etc. can help you to normalize bisexuality in your head

find bi positive blogs or talk to another bi friend or person online

-Yamato’s most common nickname for Rei is just Rei-Rei.

-Rei probably isn’t big on PDA so when she’s alone with Yamato then she’s more affectionate, but she doesn’t mind holding hands or a quick kiss in public.

-“Ah, yes. Me, my girlfriend and her 500$ 5-foot teddy bear.” -Yamato

-Rei has seen her boyfriend do the Nico Nico Ni thing so many times that she can almost tell when he’s about to do it.

-if Rei is feeling stressed out or just in general having a hard time? Yamato will sit down with her and just listen to her vent, then he’ll do his best to provide the comfort she may need.

-Yamato is a himbo, intelligence: 10 but Wisdom: 0. Rei lovingly sighs as her boyfriend types into his computer what color an orange is.

-Apparently the first time they shared a bed together Rei found out that Yamato sometimes sleep talks and nearly had a heart attack when she heard “Nico Nico Niii!” At 11:45 in the middle of the night.

-Yamato always leaves surprises around the house for Rei! Flowers, sticky notes with cheesy romantic poems or maybe a new teddy bear that’s on the kitchen counter.

-Rei is the one to stop Yamato from staying up far too long while working on an invention as she’ll hug him or give him some kisses to coerce him into halting his work so he can get some rest.
