Mongrel Minds would be nothing without Darcy aka @rottensouldier. What started out as me monopolizing her question box and spending hours and hours plotting out this funny little fic is now something I hold so close to my heart 🖤

Being able to create something and see it come to life through Darcy’s drawings is so fucking magical. I say this a lot but friends through fandom are so important to me and I cannot wait to continue to create with you!!

Ok so I’m very much a perfectionist and I’m trying to break the cycle. I’ve been sitting on / writing this band AU for almost an entire year now and maybe posting about it will help me get the motivation to publish it 🤞🏻

This little video is a series of posters I’ve designed for the band. I love creating merch and little worlds for the things I write and this is very much a labour of love / passion project.

20th century boys is a fanfic turned love story to all the places I’ve lived. A story about falling in love and growing up and growing apart.

I will edit it and post it when it’s time and I plan on making printable posters and zines when I do because everyone should have something fun!

Below is a little snippet from Clash, the origin story of Wolfstar in White Knuckle Ride.

Hopefully chapter one will be posted in March! But until then, here's a random little teaser

There’s a knock on the bathroom door. Blood running cold, he stills, waiting, eyes trained on the handle.  “We’re about to settle in and watch some telly tonight love…do you want to join?” Mary’s voice from the other side, muffled through the solid wood, trailing like there’s more she has to say. Remus stays quiet, unmoving so he doesn’t splash around.  More silence, rustling from the other side and the floor creaks. Mary’s shifting her weight, foot to foot in the nervous way she does. Pete’s boisterous laugh comes up through the crack in the floor and he’s about to answer, about to tell her he’s alright here, when she continues.  “I’m worried about you, worried that you’re not—are you smoking in there?!” Her calm tone cracks, rattling of the doorknob and Remus is shifting in the tub, water splashing up and over the sides, soaking his shorts on the floor as she bursts in.  Mary stands before him, hands on her hips as Remus shrinks. He makes himself as small as possible, watching as her brows draw together, fists on her hips before she points a menacing finger at his mug turned ashtray.  “You are smoking in here!” She stomps her foot and he’s finding it hard to take her seriously with her pink bonnet on. Pastel and silky, it has little bows all over it and it shifts when she moves. Remus leans over, attempting to pull the curtain half closed but she isn’t done with him yet.  “You wanker, our towels are going to smell terrible!”  Remus rolls his eyes, the curtain caught along the rod and it won’t close. He continues to tug, shifting around so she won’t catch a glimpse of him naked in the tub.

20th Century Boys Marauder's band AU that takes place in 1979. The boys land a small time tour that takes them as far as Canada and these small town boys are in for a trip that will make or break them. One bed trope but make it a van. Lots of drug use. NYC in the 70s is a wild place. Moodboard Clash The origin story of Remus and Sirius's relationship in White Knuckle Ride. Sirius moves to Manchester because he's done and just wants to be anonymous for a while. Remus is balancing a lot right now, what's one more thing to add to his plate. Moodboard

When Remus wakes up, he washes the dishes from the night before. Water too hot but he sticks his hands in anyway and waits for them to acclimatise. He’s got the radio on, the little one in the corner of the kitchen because nothing in the CD pile was calling to him. He hasn’t touched Ocean Rain since that afternoon. 

His chest aches, it’s not a new feeling but it’s more persistent than it was before. Different from broken ribs, this is dull—and constant. He knows the cause and it’s his own stupidity, his own idiocy. 

The conversation with Pete replays in his head incessantly. An itch he can’t scratch, but it isn’t the same as it was before. He knows Pete cares, understands that it’s him looking out, but he can’t help the nagging feeling of being burdensome. 

How do I even start…I’m sorry Sirius, I’m just not ready for a relationship yet and you’re so…
