Heya! So, today I'm posting this piece, I'm really attached to it and I put all my efforts into it, so I hope it shows at least a little ;v;/ Chara is my favorite character from the game, I love them a lot and I did my best to make an illustration that could portray different aspects about them. If you want to read, I'll share what I wanted to represent with this drawing! (Warning for spoilers about the game!)

Chara here is supposed to be in the same place where they fell, so I tried to show the "cave" before the ruins in the background; I don't know if it shows though.

The hourglass symbolizes their life, this is why there is their name above of it. The golden sand in it has almost completely fallen, and this shows how close to death they are. Also, there is very little of it, showing how short their life was.

(If you squint, you can also see the hint of a photograph in the hourglass. It's the photo of them with the Dreemurrs the game shows too)

In the side structures of the hourglass, there is a little red light— that's their soul. It's being strangled by the vines of two little buttercups, also symbolizing how they died.

They're surrounded by buttercups, too, and their mouth also has traces of them.

There is a ittle Azzy plushie with them, because he's probably the most important person they had.

And this is it ; v ; / I wanted to show the last moments of Chara's life, a character that with time has become very dear to me. I also submitted this illustration to the Gamers for Good Undertale Charity ArtBook, but I don't know if I made it in > . < I'll let you know!
