Enjoy the tastes of Southern California with this delicious California burrito. It has warm flour tortillas with soft carne asada, melted cheese, crispy French fries, and smooth sour cream inside them.
Ingredients: 1 pound carne asada thinly sliced beef. 1 cup shredded cheese your choice of cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 cups French fries cooked and crispy. 1 large flour tortilla.
Instructions: On a hot grill or skillet, cook the carne asada until it's nicely charred and done the way you like it. For about 10 seconds, warm the flour tortilla in a dry pan or the microwave to make it soft. Put the cooked carne asada in the middle of the tortilla after laying it flat. Spread the cheese shreds out evenly on top of the carne asada. Place the crunchy French fries on top of the cheese. Put the sour cream on top of the French fries. Carefully fold the tortilla's sides over the filling, and then roll it up tight to make a burrito. Place the burrito seam-side down in a clean skillet or grill pan set over medium-high heat. The tortilla should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until it's crispy and the cheese melts. Take the California burrito off the heat, let it cool down a bit, and then cut it in half across the middle. Enjoy your tasty Lolita's California Burrito while it's still hot!
