it's been half a year.  shout out to the friends I've lost contact with ;o;  I accidentally logged back in here while trying to get into another account lol but I think it was for a reason. so many warm memories <3  If you remember me, ilu & hope you're well! iwniff I’ve been out the roleplaying loop for so long idk if I’ll even fit in again but I’d sure love to try.

click! "wake, wakey~" there’s a big, satisfied grin on his face as he looks at the photo he just took of Noct mid yawn. he’s pretty sure he has more pics than necessary of Noct yawning or passed out in the back seat with his mouth open, but each one was golden in its own right. “not much farther. ‘cus it seems we’re here.” he pulls out his phone again to double check the information Vyv gave him. according to this, they indeed had made it. “now the fun part: we wait.”

“How far away is this photo spot?” He asked with a yawn as he followed behind the overexcited blond. Man, he didn’t know how Prompto could be so upbeat so early in the morning when Noct just wanted to crawl back into his sleeping bag and sleep for at least a few more hours before finally rousing for the day.

There was this spot Prompto wanted to visit though and apparently the best time to get the shots he wanted was early in the morning so Noctis had rather reluctantly agreed.

Honestly, she thought that she’d have grown more by now. With everything that had happened, it was hard to believe that she hadn’t. Not by much at least. Emotionally. She knew she probably wasn’t going to get taller or anything like that. But it was still so hard to distance herself from where they had come from and learn to live with things as they were. She wished she were better at this. Like Ignis or Gladio. But she wasn’t. Really, she was just a kid, barely old enough to even really call herself an adult. Barely enough of one to understand her emotions.

“Do you want to talk about it?”

part of him wishes he didn't say anything... but might as well now. first, he reaches his arms overhead high to get a good stretch & exhale deeply. "sure, but you first though. I don’t think what I’m worrying about is anywhere near what could be on your mind.” he turns himself slightly to completely face her. the silent cool air of the night made the perfect atmosphere for deep late night talks. hopefully they both find some direction to healing after this.
