50 Types of Kisses - Writing Prompts
Send in a number and a pairing!
Small kisses littered across the other’s face.
A small, fleeting kiss - which is immediately followed by a passionate, hungry kiss.
A breathy demand: “Kiss me” - and what the other person does to respond.
An accidental brush of lips followed by a pause and going back for another, on purpose.
Throwing their arms around the other person’s neck, hugging them close before kissing them passionately on the lips.
Wild, breathless kisses brought on by a heartfelt gift.
French kisses where they trace every tooth with their tongues as though trying to memorize them.
Laying a gentle kiss to the back of the other’s hand.
A kiss that lasts so long, they are sharing each other’s breaths.
A hello/good-bye kiss that is given without thinking - where neither person thinks twice about it.
Morning kisses that are exchanged before either person opens their eyes, kissing blindly until their lips meet in a blissful encounter.
Sneaking away to a hidden corner to share a secretive kiss.
Butterfly kisses against the other’s cheeks.
A kiss so desperate that the two wind around each other, refusing to let go until they are finished.
A fierce kiss that ends with a bite on the lip, soothing it with a lick.
One person pouting, only to have it removed by a kiss from the other person.
Tucking their hands beneath the other person’s shirt, just to watch them break the kiss and gasp in surprise at the sensation of cold/warm hands on their skin.
Teasing kisses where one person blows air into the other’s mouth and runs away.
One person stopping a kiss to ask “Do you want to do this?”, only to have the other person answer with a deeper, more passionate kiss.
Kissing in a stairwell, giving them an artificial height difference.
A chaste kiss given to each other because they are in mixed company.
A kiss that is leading to more, but is interrupted by a third party.
A kiss that tastes of the food/dessert they are eating.
Deep kisses where they have their hands tangled in each other’s hair to pull them closer.
Wet kisses after finding refuge from the rain.
Brushing a kiss along the shell of the other person’s ear.
Kisses exchanged while one person sits on the other’s lap.
One person tracing the other’s lips with a fingertip until they can’t resist any longer, tilting their chin towards them for a kiss.
Staring at each other’s lips for a moment before moving closer, as if drawn together by some unseen force.
Weak, sweaty kisses because it’s unbearably hot.
Pulling away from a kiss, whispering words of love against each other’s lips.
A kiss so passionate, so perfect - that after they part, neither person can open their eyes for a few moments afterwards.
An unexpected kiss that shocks the one receiving it.
Kisses that start on their fingers and run up their arm, eventually ending on their lips.
An awkward kiss given after a first date.
Starting with bunny kisses before moving on to soft kisses.
Cleaning the other person’s lips with a lick and a kiss.
Whispering “I love you” before a chaste, delicate kiss.
Kissing tears from the other’s face.
A gentle kiss that quickly descends into passion, with little regard for what’s going on around them.
Kisses shared under an umbrella.
Distracting kisses from someone that are meant to stop the other person from finishing their work, and give them kisses instead.
A kiss pressed to the top of the head.
Tentative kisses given in the dark.
Kisses exchanged as they move around, hitting the edges of tables or nearly tripping over things on the floor before making it to the sofa, or bed.
A lingering kiss before a long trip apart.
A kiss paired with a tight hug, knocking the breath out of the person being hugged.
One person has to bend down in order to kiss their partner, who is standing on their tip-toes to reach their partner’s.
Short and sweet kiss after meeting up for a date.
A kiss, followed by more that trail down the jaw and neck.

Coco
Note: Helloooo ya girl is back with another Cocoxreader story. I still have museum!reader in the works too! Sexy mentions, could be a part 2 if you guys are interested! I can't remember where this pic is from but credit to the photog and Richard Cabral for that face!
Ma you up?
She always despised those texts. They always made her feel a little cheap, especially coming from men who only seemed to text after dark when the clock hit double digits. Men who didn’t care if she finished, they were just sick of their hand again. Men who wouldn’t give her a second glance in the daylight but blew up her phone for another chance. Her women hook ups were usually more fulfilling, not leaving her feeling as empty when they went home.
Until him.
She met him at a casino with her friends, his friends and hers pairing off after a while of their groups mingling. His intense gaze, crooked smile and overabundance of tattoos caught her attention immediately. He looked her in the eye, not the chest, he paid for the entire night without so much as a frown and his laugh was contagious. The leather he and his friends wore was a red flag in itself but one night wouldn’t hurt.
Then he took her to his room.
She wasn’t sure what it was about him but as soon as he slid inside her, intense gaze locked on hers, she felt a shift. With each thrust, she became more and more addicted to the delicious feelings he pulled from her. He became addicted to her reactions, smirking as he played her body over and over all night.
She remembered watching him gently clean her up through the smoke of a cigarette he lit for her, her legs twitching at his touch. His eyes darkened and the wash cloth lay abandoned next to the bed as they started yet another round. Nobody saw her for two days, her friends mercilessly teasing her on the drive home.
But he didn’t call.
She waited a couple days, glancing over at her phone and tapping the screen in hopes to see his name on one of the notifications. She texted her group chat of girlfriends, who reassured her that he had looked at her as intensely as she thought. Then finally one night, her phone lit up with a text.
Hola it’s Coco. Been on a run. You up? I just got home.
The dance began. He would text, she would ignore it for as long as her will power would allow until she remembered the heartbeat between her legs after one particularly harsh session and she would invite him over. She would wait with bated breath until she heard the rumble of his bike, his heavy footsteps up her stairs and a knock on the door.
I’m here.
She would let him in, sometimes they would have a drink. Sometimes she would feed him some dinner, other times they would talk or he’d fix something for her. Sooner or later, they would end up tangled up together on some surface of her apartment, calling his name over and over like a prayer. He was always present, always focused on her pleasure. It was intense, all consuming and so fucking good she saw stars. After, they would lay tangled together and talk in hushed whispers until it was time for another round.
He was always gone when she woke up.
The first few times, she would try to reach out to him. She would text him to make sure he got home safe. He would send a simple reply, then nothing for days. She felt like an addict, needing the hit only he could provide. She tried to hook up with other people but nobody could measure up. She tried to pursue more but he would always blow her off, either by not responding or by pulling her into another session until she forgot what she said in the first place.
This is the last time.
She started telling herself that. She started telling him too, whenever she opened the door for him at a late hour. He protested the first few times but then he would just smirk, kiss her and reply with a soft, “I know, baby.” It just became another step in their dance.
Her friends tried to free her from his ties. She tried to resist him. One night, she managed not to text him back but a couple hours after he texted, he was at her door. He claimed he was checking on her safety then ate her out until she had to push him away, even his glistening smirk and dark eyes too much for her overstimulated body to handle.
She felt obsessed.
He had no social media to stalk. She googled him once when she finally found out his real name. All she found was a Disney character and some old charges. She thought putting his mugshot as his contact picture would help her stop until she opened it to see his middle fingers up.
The blowjob he got that night was her best performance to date.
She sat in her office, rubbing her temples as the numbers she stared at swirled back at her. Her phone lit up with a text from her girls group chat and she picked up her phone, needing a little reprieve from working on payroll. It was a memory from a year ago, the girls all packed into a car heading to the casino.
It had been a year since she met him and they were still doing the same thing. She wasn’t sure if it was PMS, her mind-numbing work, the fact that she hadn’t heard from him in weeks or a combination of all three but anger sparked hot in her veins. She texted the group chat, asking for ideas on how to shake up her situationship and stop feeling so goddamn powerless. A few replies came in before one made her eyes light up.
Do what we do best bitch! Make him jealous
She walked into the bar, arm wrapped around her date’s as he led her to a booth. She was already bored and knew the date wouldn’t go beyond the night. But she had nothing else to do and wanted a drink so she sat down, ordering off their drink menu. She knew his MC frequented the place and if he wasn’t here, at least one of his brothers would be. Her date ordered them some food to share as he told her all about his recent promotion to partner at his law firm. She asked him questions as they ate, ordering another round of drinks.
A few patches walked in, settling down at the bar.
She tried not to outwardly react as her heart sped up while she scanned the group. Her date looked over and reassured her that the bikers only bothered people who bothered them, mistaking her reaction for fear. She turned her attention back to her date for the remainder of the evening, turning her phone on Do Not Disturb when it started vibrating.
Her date got a kiss on the cheek and they each went home alone.
She changed into some cotton shorts and an oversized shirt, settling onto her couch for some trashy tv and more admin work when there was a harsh knock on her door that made her jump. She unlocked her phone to see over 20 notifications from him. There was another loud knock and she jumped up to pull it open, unphased by the glare on his face.
“It’s late and my neighbors are asleep,” she hissed.
“Should’ve answered the fucking phone then,” he walked in, “Where is he?” he started searching her apartment.
“Are you fucking kidding me? Nobody’s here,” she locked the door, “What right do you have anyway?”
He turned to her, “Who is he?”
She crossed her arms over her chest, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
He was practically seething, “No? You’re not dumb, mami. You know exactly what I’m talking about. My brothers saw you out tonight with some gringo.”
She shrugged, “He’s not here.”
“That’s all I get?” he arched an eyebrow, “He’s not here?”
“What else is there to say, Coco?” she challenged, “I don’t owe you an explanation, do I?”
“I thought-“ he tried to explain but she cut him off.
“I’m not your old lady or whatever you wanna call it. I’m just some fucking late night booty call. I don’t know what you’re out there doing,” she snapped, “You could be married with a family and I would have no clue.”
He frowned, “I’m not married,” he looked her over, “And you’re not just a booty call.”
She laughed bitterly, “That’s such bullshit, save it for the next bitch in your rotation.”
His eyes narrowed, “I don’t have a rotation, you know that.”
“How would I know?!” she exclaimed, “You don’t tell me a goddamn thing! We’ve been doing this for almost a year, Coco! I know you’re in the club and you were a Marine sniper till you got discharged. I know you have a kid who lives with you and some who don’t. I know what you like in bed and that’s fucking it. You know what I do know though? I know I can’t fucking do this anymore.”
His eyes widened, “What?! What the fuck do you mean you can’t do this anymore?” he reached for her but she stepped back.
“You can’t fucking touch me right now,” her voice cracked and his face softened, “Nobody makes me feel like you, Coco. I’ve tried to move on, I’ve tried to hook up with other people but honestly it’s not even worth it. When we’re fucking, you give me everything. I can see it in your eyes. But outside of that? Nothing. I can’t do half in, half out. If you don’t wanna be with me, then don’t be with me.”
“No, it’s not that,” he insisted, “I do want you.”
“Then what is it?” she threw her hands up, “Tell me the truth for once in your fucking life. I’m a grown ass woman, I can handle it.”
He sighed, “I wanted to protect you.”
She rolled her eyes, “Coco, for real?”
He nodded seriously, tapping the patch on the right side of his chest, “Do you know what this means, sweetheart?” she nodded, taking a shaky breath, “It means I do dangerous shit with dangerous people. People who wouldn’t hesitate to hurt people in my life just to get to me and my brothers.”
“Coco,” she frowned.
“So yeah, I was keeping you at arm’s length because you’re so out of my league, it’s insane,” he admitted, shaking his head when she tried to disagree, “It’s true. My mother was a whore and I never knew my father. I only went into the Marines because my other option was prison. I’ve done a lot of bad shit. You own a business, you have a fucking college degree. I didn’t finish high school and I work in a scrapyard when I’m not doing illegal shit in an outlaw biker club.”
“Coco, I don’t care about that,” she told him softly.
“I did,” he touched his chest, “I do. But I couldn’t stay away either. That’s why I always ended up back here. Because no matter what girl I was with, I was always thinking about you. Comparing her to you. None of them are even close. Then I heard you were with that dude tonight and I thought…”
She smirked, “So you were jealous.”
He scoffed, “Nah I…fine,” he rolled his eyes and smiled softly, “I can’t lie, I was jealous as fuck. And I’m sorry, baby. I never meant to hurt you.”
She took a shaky breath, “I forgive you,” they both stayed quiet for a moment until she asked, “So now what?”
“What do you wanna do?” he asked, “Do you still wanna be done?”
She shook her head, “With that dynamic? Yes. But not done with you.”
Her heart skipped a beat at the smile on his face, “Why don’t I take you out tomorrow?” he asked.
“On a date?” her eyes widened.
Coco nodded, “On an official date. I’ll pick you up like a gentleman and shit.”
“So poetic,” she teased as she felt butterflies in her stomach.
“Kinda is, no? Tomorrow is a year since we met,” he grinned and hooked his index finger with hers to tug her closer.
She pouted, “You remember?”
He nodded, kissing her bottom lip, “Of course I do, baby,” he whispered, “What do you say? Can I take you out?”
“Yes,” she smiled, “I’d love that.”
“I’ll behave tonight then,” he joked and kissed her softly, “I’ll leave you to your housewives or whatever the fuck that is,” he nodded to the tv, “Call me in the morning?”
“Okay,” she giggled as he kissed her again, “Good night, Coco.”
“Night ma,” he squeezed her chin and headed to the door, reaching for the handle.
“Or you could stay…”

thank you all who said you wanted more! i have some written but if anyone has anything they’d like to see, my asks are always open 🫶🏼
Coco
Note: Third time I'm trying to send this out! I missed sleep to write this, which usually means it'll end up being one of my favorites like the Vegas story. I do have more of this written, so please let me know if anyone would be interested! This is the first installment of Coco x museum! reader. Picture credit goes to @richardcabralofficial on ig & divider credit goes to @spideyspeaches. Enjoy!
Coco lit a cigarette as he walked down the sunny streets of downtown San Diego, Angel and Gilly planning their evening of bar hopping. They decided to head down to the beach for a long weekend, a getaway from the pressures of Santo Padre.
“Damn, that’s a big ass building.”
“Ain’t this the museum you wanted to go to?” Angel asked.
EZ nodded, “Yeah at some point. You guys don’t have to come in.”
The four of them turned down the street toward the entrance and Gilly laughed, “Oh I’m definitely going.”
Angel frowned, “You wanna go to a museum? You good, homie?”
“If all the chicks in the museum look like that? Fuck yeah, I do,” he scoffed and nodded over at the museum steps.
They all looked up to see two men in suits talking to a woman, her long curly hair flowing gently in the wind as she laughed. Coco’s eyes widened when he saw ink covering her throat, bright acrylics on her tattooed hands. His eyes followed her curves, covered up by her professional attire. He licked his lips when he heard Angel mumble, “Damn.”
EZ shook his head, “I didn’t mean we had to go now.”
“What better time than the present, boy scout?” Gilly smirked, “You guys in?”
Angel looked over at Coco, who shrugged, “Why not?”
“Alright,” Gilly clapped, “Think she dresses like that all the time?”
“She’s way out of your league,” Angel snorted, shaking his head as they crossed the street.
“You think you have a better chance?” Gilly arched an eyebrow.
Coco laughed, “You two gonna bet again? Since it went so well last time.”
Both men glared at him before going back to arguing over who would ask her out. The men in suits walked away and the woman turned to see the four of them heading up the stairs.
“Welcome,” she smiled and opened the door, “Ticket counter is to your left, let me know if you have any questions about the exhibits.”
Gilly looked her over slowly, “Thanks mami. I do have a question. Are you the exhibit?”
She laughed politely, “No, I’m not.”
“Too bad, I can’t stop staring,” he winked, heading inside.
“All these artifacts and I can’t take my eyes off you,” Angel smirked and followed him in.
EZ shook his head, “I’m sorry about them, it’s their first day in public.”
Coco took off his sunglasses as she laughed, “It’s all good, I’ve heard worse,” she closed the door behind them, “Enjoy the museum,” she winked at Coco before a younger employee called her over.
Coco watched her walk off, hips swaying. Gilly and Angel were still quietly bickering over her. While they were distracted, he took a few steps toward where she stood with another woman wearing a regular museum uniform. The woman went into the exhibit and she turned to Coco.
“Can I help you?” she asked him.
“Just wanted to apologize again for my brothers,” he told her, “They’re harmless.”
She smiled, “That’s sweet, thank you. Like I said, I’ve had way worse pick up lines than that. I was a little bummed I didn’t hear one from you, though,” she admitted.
Coco’s eyes widened and he smiled, “Oh yeah?”
She nodded, “See if it was more original than your brothers,” she teased.
He laughed softly, “They didn’t exactly get creative, did they?”
“No but at least they didn’t say they’d nail me to the wall,” she shivered slightly in disgust, “That one grosses me out.”
He shook his head, “I wouldn’t have let them get away with that one.”
“What’s your name?” she asked.
“Coco,” he held a hand out to her, “Yours?”
She introduced herself and shook his hand, “I guess you wouldn’t let them get away with that, would you, boogeyman?”
His eyes lit up, “You know that story?”
She smiled, “Of course,” she scanned the patches on his leather. Coco held his breath for a moment, waiting for her to dismiss him, “Santo Padre? What brings you to San Diego?”
“We wanted to get out of the desert for a few days,” he murmured, “Hang out at the beach.”
“That’s why I live here, so I can be on the beach whenever,” she smiled, “How long are you in town for?”
“Till Tuesday,” he bit his lip, willing his heart to slow down.
She nodded, holding his gaze for a moment, “So, you got a line?”
He shook his head, “No lines,” he licked his lips, “But I’d love to take you out later.”
She smiled, “I can’t tonight but I’ll take your number and call you tomorrow?” she pulled her phone out of her pocket.
Coco recited his number to her, smirking when he glanced over to see Gilly and Angel glaring at him. She nodded, “I’ll see you soon?” she took a few steps back, smiling.
“See you soon,” he smiled slowly, his eyes on hers.
She giggled and turned down a hallway, out of his sight. He rejoined the other guys.
“What just happened?” Angel asked, “You get her number?”
He shook his head, “Gave her mine. Thanks for making me look good,” he smirked as EZ handed him a ticket, “Thanks, bro.”
“Motherfucker,” Gilly swore, “You’re such a dick.”
After the museum, the four of them headed to dinner, then a bar on the beach. They stood around a pool table, EZ and Angel against Coco and Gilly.
“I still can’t believe you snaked her from me,” Gilly shook his head.
“You don’t have a claim on her, homie,” he smirked, taking a sip of beer.
“You come on too aggressive, bro,” Angel said.
EZ snorted, “You weren’t much better.”
Angel scoffed, “I wasn’t as bad as him!”
“All I did was give her my number,” Coco watched Gilly take his turn, “It’s not like I stole your girlfriend or some shit.”
Coco was in the middle of his turn when a loud cheer erupted behind him. He looked over his shoulder to see a high top all holding their drinks up, laughing.
“Wait, isn’t that her?”
Coco grinned when he saw her sitting at the high top, a pink margarita in her hand and a relaxed smile on her face. She caught his gaze and she smiled wider, waving at him. He held up a finger, turning back to finish his turn, “It is.”
He sunk two balls and missed the third, setting his cue down when he heard, “Lord have mercy. Look at that.”
All thought left his mind when he saw her heading toward him. She had forgone her professional attire, a longer asymmetrical skirt with a button up and blazer, for a tight black and white dress that hit mid thigh. Her long curled were tied up in a ponytail, two braids nestled among the strands. Her darker lipstick made him want to smear it.
“Hi,” she smiled.
“Hey,” he murmured, “You look beautiful.”
She giggled shyly, “Thank you. This is a coincidence.”
“Your plans for the night?” he asked, glancing at the table that was not so subtly spying on her.
She nodded, “College friends in town for the night. We’re going to the beach tomorrow before their flight leaves.”
Coco smirked, “We’re going to the beach too. The one down the road.”
“So are we,” she laughed, “Another coincidence.”
“Or fate,” he suggested, failing to keep himself from checking her out.
She felt butterflies under his gaze, “Could be. I gotta get back but how about this? If you find me at the beach tomorrow, you can take me out to dinner.”
His eyes lit up at the challenge. Between his military training and club antics, he knew he could meet it, “I’m down. See you tomorrow, ma.”
“See you tomorrow,” she kissed his cheek softly, walking back to her group. He couldn’t stop smirking the rest of the night.
Coco sat down on a lounge chair between Angel and Gilly, “Why the fuck do we stay in the desert when we could be here?” he asked as Angel passed him the blunt.
Angel laughed, “We should convince Alvarez to start a San Diego charter.”
“Coco just wants to be near his new girl,” Gilly opened a beer.
“You still bitching about that?” Coco arched an eyebrow, “How many chicks are out here, go pick up one up if you got that much game.”
“Oh now you got game?” Gilly asked, “With that crooked ass nose.”
Coco passed the blunt to EZ, retort on his tongue when his phone lit up with an unknown number. He opened it to find a picture of her smiling, sunglasses covering her eyes and her long hair tied up in a messy bun. He could only see from her shoulders up, a table with beer pong set up in the background. It was accompanied by a text.
I’m here! Ready for your mission?
He smirked, typing out, ‘Mission accepted’ before standing up, “Well you fuckers can keep playing with each other, I’m going to get a date.”
EZ grinned, “Good luck, bro.”
Coco fist bumped him, “Good luck with these two,” he joked and grabbed his phone and cigarettes, sliding his sunglasses on as he walked up to the top of the sand. He remembered the size of her group the night before and knew they wouldn’t be that hard to spot. He checked the picture again, his heart skipping a beat at her smile. Another text came in as he tried to study the background for clues.
No clues but I do have a drink waiting for you
He noticed rocks behind her and scanned the beach, grinning when he saw a cliff to his left. He walked down to the water, taking his time to smoke a cigarette as he made his way over. A large blue canopy with a long table under it was set up next to the cliff, coolers and bags scattered around towels and blankets set up on the ground. He swore under his breath when he spotted her in nothing but a black and green two piece, a drink in each hand. Tattoos covered both arms and curled around her long legs, a few on her back and sides. She was talking to two other women, one in a pink one piece and the other covered by an oversized white t shirt and men’s swimming trunks. Four guys stood at either end of the beer pong table in different colored bathing suits. He walked up, ignoring the looks the guys gave him as he tapped her on the shoulder. She turned around and grinned.
“Coco!” she leaned in to kiss his cheek, “That didn’t take nearly as long as I expected.”
He laughed, “I was a Marine, baby.”
“That’s not fair,” she pouted, “Here’s a beer if you want it. Let me introduce you to everyone,” she offered him the bottle.
“Sure, thank you,” he took it and followed her around the tent, shaking hands with everyone. They all went to college together, getting picked up and invited in by others in the friend group. They used to be a bigger group, she explained, but fights, moves and break ups splintered the group until it was the remaining seven of them. She hung back with him as the guys kept playing, one white boy, Dan or Dave or something, glancing at him often with a glare.
“Your friend in the green doesn’t like me that much,” he teased a few minutes later.
She looked over at the canopy and sighed, “He claims he’s protective, but he’s not like that about anyone else. He’s just one of those white knight guys.”
“White knight guys?” he frowned.
“Yeah, if I do something he thinks could hurt me, he acts concerned for my well being but he just has feelings for me and gets jealous,,” she explained, “He did the same thing in college when he found out I was dancing.”
He arched an eyebrow, “Dancing?”
She nodded, looking up at him, “I didn’t come from a good family or anything, so I had to pay my own way through college. I got some scholarships but it didn’t cover everything so I started stripping to help pay my bills and shit,” he watched her as she spoke, knowing this was a test of his reaction.
“That’s smart, you probably made bank,” he winked.
A smile lit up her face, satisfied in his response, “You know I did. No student loans for me.”
White Knight Dan/Dave called her over for her turn but she declined, telling him she’d play later. His disappointment was visible, tossing another glare Coco’s way as he went back to the game.
Coco smirked, “Damn, I’m making all kinds of enemies talking to you.”
She took a sip of her beer, “Who else?”
“My homie’s still mad,” he laughed.
“Tell him if he can find it in his heart to forgive you, I have a bunch of hot, single friends I can introduce him to,” she offered.
He laughed softly, “That might do it, thanks mami.”

anyone interested in more of these two? 👀

Working on my novel and couldn’t figure out why it felt so empty. I didn’t have any filler. It was all 100% plot. The characters only interacted when necessary. I didn’t prattle on about the scenery or how the birds sounded. I had all my fuller stuff that I loved saved in another file because I “didn’t need it”.
Y’all, I knew this existed in TV shows but it didn’t hit me until this that everything is being whittled down. We are so starving for filler that we snap up anything. I unload all mine on Tumblr or keep it in a massive Google Docs. It SUCKS.
Honestly? Death to plot necessity. Revive filler. Revive unnecessary interactions. Revive just vibing with characters sometimes. I don’t want to just consume the plot and I don’t want to just create the plot either.

Coco
Part VI: His Eyes
Note: I’m not sure when I hit 1k followers but I wanna thank all of you from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for reading my stuff and loving these boys with me. In other news, I'm back with our favorite jailbird and her journey with our favorite sniper. If anyone wants more, please reblog, like, comment or let me know in my ask! I love hearing feedback on my stuff and talking about Coco ofc. Gif credit to the talented @thesewickedhands and divider credit to @spideyspeaches.
Part V
Coco,
I’m so sorry our visit got cut short. I was so fucking pissed. When I first got in here, I would cause trouble all the time. I don’t really have a life outside so I didn’t care if I got extra time. I haven’t really been rolling like that for a while because I’m fucking tired of doing time. I wanna drink and fuck and be outside. Do whatever I want, you know? But one of my bunkies allegedly got in a fight on the yard and the cops assumed I orchestrated it which is fucking stupid. They suspended my mail privileges “as a precaution.” Pendejos. You’re literally the only one I talk to. They just fuck with me when they can. We were just getting comfortable :( Hopefully those dickwads didn’t put you off to another visit? Or put you off me in general? I liked seeing you. Did you ever cut that girl off? How’s your daughter? I’m working on another tattoo for you. I feel like I haven’t talked to you in forever and I don’t like it.
Nyx
PS I miss those beautiful eyes
Nyx,
Ma I’m not gonna lie. I was worried. I’m glad you’re okay tho. COs are always shit. They definitely didn’t put me off you or another visit. I’ll check work tomorrow and let you know when I can come back. My first stint I felt the same way. No family who gives a fuck, friends who forget about you as soon as the cop car is around the block. When you get out, we’ll meet up and I’ll help you do all the things you missed. If you’re down. My kid is good, she thought it was so hilarious that I was worried. I don’t usually get worked up over women like that. I did cut the one chick off, sorta abandoned the whole roster now that I think about it. What are you drawing me now? I’m definitely missing watching you squirm from just looking at you. Be good so I can come back for a full visit.
Coco
PS and your drama ain’t a burden. I got you.
Coco,
Your last letter made me feel more than my entire last relationship. Fuck. I’m good, I promise. All in one pretty little piece where you left me. Where do I even start? I believe you just offered to fuck me and the thought of your eyes during sex? I’m tingling. You were worried about me? Worked up about me? I have a feeling that doesn’t happen at all and that makes me happy. Because I don’t usually get attached easily either but I think I am. At least I feel it with you. I don’t wanna ruin this though, for once in my life. You’re saying all the right things which scares the shit out of me but in the way that makes me wanna keep going. Does that make sense? I might be rambling. I’m just happy that you’re still wanting to be around at all. You abandoned the roster?? How come? The new drawing is a surprise.
Nyx
PS you say that now. Wait till I fuck up.
Nyx,
You’re funny. Your ex really ain’t shit if one letter from me made you feel more than his whole time with you. But I like that. You really into my eyes baby? Cause I liked watching you. I’ll make you feel more than a tingle when I get my hands on you for real. You’re right, I don’t get attached. But you made a lot of sense because I felt like I was reading my own thoughts. I wanna be careful with this. With you. I’m not going anywhere. We just gotta go with it for now, see where it takes us. I got a brother who can teach you how to handle a tattoo machine if you wanna learn. Won’t treat you like a shitty apprentice or anything either. I checked my work schedule. Three weeks and I’ll be back. I promise. I didn’t abandon the roster on purpose. I guess I just got bored of them.
Coco
PS I fuck up too. So I get it.
Coco,
My ex definitely wasn’t shit. Storing my shit while I’m locked up is the nicest thing he ever did for me. Fuck, getting your hands on me? That’s what you’re gonna say to me? Remember tho, I told you no dude has ever got me off. I’m glad we’re on the same page about this. For once, it feels nice to give a fuck. Especially since I know you get me. I’ve always wanted to be a tattoo artist and learn how to tattoo the right way. I’ve done a few tattoos when I was locked up but that’s it. You don’t have to ask him if you don’t want to. I can figure something else out. THREE WEEKS?!!! :) I can’t wait. Can we hug this time? I wanna cop a feel ;)
Nyx
PS you always do.
Coco walked into the clubhouse, looking around quietly. Taza walked out from the bathroom, “Hermano,” he smiled, “You good?”
He nodded, “Yeah, man. You?”
Taza squeezed his shoulder, “All good. You looking for someone?”
“Hank?” he asked.
“He’s in the office,” Taza told him before heading to the bar.
Coco walked back outside, lighting a cigarette as he headed up to the office. When he opened the door, Hank was standing over Chucky’s shoulder with a stack of papers in his hand.
Chucky looked up and grinned, “Coco.”
Coco nodded, “Chucky. Hank.”
Hank glanced back at him through a pair of black rimmed glasses, “Bishop need me?”
“No, I uh…wanted to ask you something. Alone,” he added after a pause.
“I’ll be there in a minute,” Hank said and turned his attention back to the computer.
Coco went back outside but stayed close to the building, hiding from the harsh sun. He listened to Hank and Chucky go back and forth, a fond smile on his face. The door pushed open to reveal Hank, glasses off and no papers.
“Sorry, this customer keeps calling in, wanting impossible shit. Next time he starts demanding, I’m telling him to deal or I’m gonna beat his ass,” he shook his head as he lit a cigarette, “What’s up?”
“I just had a favor to ask,” Coco murmured, “I have this…friend. She’s a dope artist and she wants to learn to tattoo.”
Hank smiled, “Have her come in, I’ll teach her.”
Coco put out his cigarette, “She can’t yet. She’s uh…she’s serving time.”
“This the girl I keep hearing about from the other guys?” Hank asked, “Why you were so upset a while back?”
He glanced over Hank’s shoulder at Gilly and Angel, cracking jokes and fixing a bike together. He nodded, “Yeah, she wrote me again. She’s alright.”
Hank followed his gaze and looked back at Coco, “You like this girl?“
Coco was smiling before he realized it, “Yeah. I do.”
“Good for you,” he pat Coco’s back, “Bring her in when she gets out. Teach her everything I know.”
“Thanks man,” Coco smiled, “I appreciate it.”
Hank nodded and went back in the office.
Nyx,
Would you rather me hold your stuff? We can hug this visit. I wanna cop a feel too. I can’t wait to see you baby. I remember you telling me no guy has ever gotten you off, bet I’ll be the first. I’ll come pick you up when you get out. Get you some tequila, take you to a beach house and make you cum all night. Order room service for whatever food you want. Sound like a good first day? I did a few things and you’re probably not gonna like them because I know you don’t like asking for shit. But I did it anyway. My brother said he’s down to teach you to tattoo when you get out. I also put money on your books. Not a lot. Stop glaring at me, I can feel the dirty look from here. Trust me, it’s for a selfish reason.
Coco
PS I gotta head out of town for a minute so I probably won’t be able to respond to your next letter until after my next visit. 10 days.
Coco,
You did not just offer to hold my stuff for me. And you sent money! Why? You’re right, I don’t like asking for shit. I don’t deserve you. What’s the selfish reason? That description of a first day made my nipples hard. Can it be a private beach so we can spend the whole time naked? Also thank your brother for me. My bunkie and your brother (same one?) are planning on meeting when she gets out. She has way less time than me. I don’t think I could’ve waited that long, not with the way those eyes made me feel when I saw them the first time. Ride safe, come to the visit in one piece please.
Nyx
PS you’ll get your new drawing at the visit! 5 days!!!
Coco felt much different as he went through the motions for their second visit. He knew her better. He knew she felt something too. Something more. He sat down at the table, his eyes trained on the door. They swung open and he leaned back when a different inmate walked in. He heard a loud laugh from around the corner and his heart skipped. He stood up as Nyx walked in, a huge smile on her face as she joked with the woman in front of her. Her eyes found his while she was being uncuffed and her face lit up even more.
“There you are,” she rubbed her wrists as she walked over.
“You okay?” he asked, stumbling when she threw herself into his arms.
Coco pulled her into a tight hug, smiling softly when he felt her tremble. He rubbed her back and closed his eyes, holding her close until a CO called her name. She sat down and looked away, bringing a hand up to her eyes.
“You okay?” he asked again, a little softer as he took her hand. He felt remnants of tears on her fingers, still watching her intently.
“Even your concerned stare makes me feel squirmy,” she joked, squeezing his hand, “I’m okay. I’m happy to see you. How was your trip?”
He smiled softly, “Long, too hot. Boring. Missed you.”
Nyx pushed some loose hair out of her eyes, “I missed you too. Now tell me why you put money on my books.”
“Cause I want you to call me,” he smirked, “Don’t wanna just hear your voice when I can make it over here.”
“You’re a secret romantic,” Nyx grinned.
He held up a finger to his lips and winked. She laughed and reached into her pocket. She set a folded piece of paper on the table.
“For me?” he asked, glancing at a curious CO.
“The drawing, remember?” she murmured, “I finished it. I mean, this one’s not really a tattoo. I just…started thinking about you and this came out.”
“Really?” Coco took the paper, “Should I look now?”
She nodded, “I didn’t get to see your reaction to the first one.”
He let her hand go and unfolded the paper, his eyes wide. It was a drawing of the two of them, Nyx in a bikini, Coco in swim trunks. It looked like a photo from a beach day. He looked up to see her fidgeting nervously with her id bracelet.
“This is crazy, baby,” he murmured, “You did all this from memory?”
“Yeah,” she smiled softly, “I kinda guessed on your tattoos and shit since I’ve only seen you dressed. So far,” Coco smirked, “But yeah.”
“Good enough till we get a real one,” he smiled and folded it back up, “I love it,” he tried to play it cool but it felt like his heart was about to fly out of his chest.
Her eyes lit up, “Really?”
He nodded, “Hell yeah,” he put it in his shirt pocket, “Thank you.”
“It was inspired by your offer on my first day out,” she admitted, lacing their fingers together when he reached out again.
“Just let me know the date and I’ll be here,” he said, squeezing her hand.
“I still have a while to go,” she told him, “I get it if you don’t want to wait.”
Coco watched her body language change as she offered him an out. He tightened his grip on her hand, “Hey, what’d I say?” he murmured, “I got you. I’m not letting you rot in here. Not anymore.”
Nyx looked away before he saw the tears pooling in her eyes. He squeezed her hand again and she smiled uneasily.
“You gotta stop saying all the right things,” she joked.
“So I shouldn’t ask if you want me to hold your stuff again?” he smiled.
She laughed and wiped her eyes, “I can’t even help you move it, so no. It’ll be fine.”
He shook his head, “Nah, I didn’t ask for help. I don’t want him to pull some shit but if you don’t want to, I won’t.”
She frowned, “I just don’t wanna be a - “
“You aren’t a burden, baby,” he murmured, “I offered. And I got a team of brothers ready to help.”
“It would be nice to be done with him,” she admitted, “I just…what if something bad happens to us?”
Coco laced their fingers together, “I won’t take it out on your stuff, I swear,” he crossed his heart with his free hand.
Nyx smiled, “Cross your heart?”
“Hope to die,” he winked, grinning when she laughed.
Nyx,
Replaying the way you clung to me during our second hug. How you felt in my arms. It’s been a long time since I felt anything like this. I got all your stuff. I wish you could’ve seen his face when I rolled up 6 deep. He was pale as fuck. It was hilarious. It’s in my garage for now. My kid won’t stop making fun of me and my brothers aren’t any better. But you’re worth it ma. Gonna start coming up to see you more. I showed my kid the drawing, she loved it. She said she’s gonna ask you to draw for her too. Would you be cool if she wrote you too? You can say no if you want. I miss you.
Coco
PS I figured out why I abandoned the roster

popping in as a new follower to say that i loved your La Fantasma series! as a non beth / non brio fan, i loved seeing rio with a rider. also, i love the alias valentina (definitely suited the character’s vibe).
two gasp worthy lines for me:
When she ended up getting sentenced to prison herself, Rio helped her run her operation from her cell.
“Miss Rhea is my daddy’s cousin. That’s my mommy,” he pointed to his right. i can absolutely see rhea as a cousin; especially since she was never fleshed out as a character on the show, or had any scenes with rio.
ugh. 😔 what could’ve been in there were talented writers of color on set. i digress…
thank you for the stories. now i am going to binge everything in your masterlist 🥰🫶🏽
Can't believe I'm just seeing this now wow. Thank you thank you thank you for the love and support! I'm vehemently anti-Beth/Brio so I had to write what I felt Rio deserved, which is def a rider!! Manny Montana was absolutely snubbed in that writers room smh. Anyway, I hope you did binge my masterlist and enjoyed, I'm hoping to get some more Rio posted soon :)

Oh yes please!
#7. Tracing the other’s lips with their finger
For my DevilMan Angel Reyes💜 Thank you!
Note: Hellooo, hope you like this one! I wrote it with this reader in mind but could be standalone!
“Your girl fits in perfectly!”
The grin didn’t leave Angel’s face the whole night, only getting bigger with Cielo’s remark. They’d been on a few dates, with nothing more than a hug and a kiss on the cheek to end the night. Angel was never gun shy before but she was different. He knew she wouldn’t put up with his games. He learned that early when she would call him out for using overplayed lines on her. He wasn’t even sure she would actually come to the party but she was spinning around the dance floor with some of the other girls. Angel would glare at any man, patch or otherwise, who dared to get too close.
“2 minutes to midnight,” Bishop called, “Everyone outside!”
The party migrated outside and as soon as she was by his side, she took his hand, “What’s going on outside?” she asked.
Angel smiled, “We count down with fireworks and guns and then someone gets in the ring.”
Her eyes lit up, “My kind of party. Who’s fighting?”
“EZ and Hank,” he pointed out Hank, “Wanna watch?”
She grinned and walked onto the porch with him, wrapping an arm around his waist as the party counted down to midnight. He rested his arm around her shoulder, unable to look away from her.
“5…4…3…2…1! Happy New Year!”
She held his cheeks and kissed him, smiling when he pulled her closer. The cheering faded as they stumbled to the couch pushed into the corner of the porch, giggling against each other’s lips. She pulled back, tracing his lips with her finger. Angel shivered, lips parted as he looked up at her almost in awe.
“Happy New Year, Angel,” she whispered.
“Happy New Year, baby.”

Please, I can't believe I have to make a post about shit with common sense but if you're under 18, I'm literally begging you to either unfollow or block me!
I've had people from two different fandoms contact me about minors interacting with my content and though with followers it's easier to monitor, if you get hundreds of notes everyday, it's literally impossible to check each one.
I don't care if you think you are mature for your age or immune to inappropriate *for your age* content, it's still morally fucked to interact with blogs/creators who are adults and have said over and over again that they do NOT want minors interacting with their posts/work.
No one is policing you from reading smut, I've been doing that since I was 12-13 so I'm not gonna pretend to have the moral ground here for minors reading fics but please, PLEASE stop interacting with adult creators/adult blogs, it's uncomfortable and fucked up for us as well as it is for you. Thank you.

Coco x Reader
Note: Hello, back with some Coco smut. That’s pretty much all it is, so warning now. This could be standalone or with this reader series. I hope everyone likes it! I also posted some drabble prompts if anyone is interested! Credit to the best for the gif @thesewickedhands
“Bitch, how are you still here? Your man has been giving you bedroom eyes all night!”
“I would’ve been in the back room. They must be into some freaky shit, drawing it out like that.”
It was approaching four months of Coco being sober. Everything was almost back to the way it was before he disappeared. Almost. After dealing with withdrawal symptoms, addiction triggers, Letty’s understandable anger and Coco’s long hours to fix the clubhouse, he finally earned his bottom rocker back. He sat at his kitchen table the night before, sewing the patch onto his leather with such a proud look, it made her emotional. To celebrate, Alvarez decided a party was in order to continue to try and make amends between charters. The clubhouse lot was overflowing with friends, family and some out of town charter members.
Coco was sitting at a folding table, playing cards with Angel, Gilly and Manny but he rarely looked away from her. She was standing with some ladies, who were teasing her about Coco’s intense gaze.
She had researched recovery in order to help Coco in any way she could. Relationships, especially in early recovery, were discouraged. Even though they had decided to be together and had barely spent a night apart, their sex life had been virtually nonexistent.
She knew tonight would be different. He caught her getting ready in the bathroom in a black lacy bra and thong set. He smirked and looked her over, leaning against the doorway to watch. He opted for just a tanktop under his kutte, his tattooed arms on display. His long hair was hanging over his shoulders in two braids. His eyes were clear and he was getting closer to his old physique every day.
“Dude, she’s not even paying attention to us.”
She laughed as she tore her eyes away from his long fingers, “Yes, I am. It’s been a while and he looks hot.”
Her phone buzzed in her back pocket and she pulled it out, acrylic nails tapping on the screen as she unlocked it.
El Coco 🥵😍 I can’t stop thinking about what you got under those shorts ma
Corazón I didn’t think you liked it, you didn’t even touch me 🥺
El Coco 🥵😍 I had to show up here tonight. If I touched you we wouldn’t have made it out the house
Corazón You still feel that way?
She excused herself from the girls and went up the clubhouse steps, glancing over her shoulder at him. She maneuvered her way through the busy space until she got to the bathroom. She closed the door and leaned against the wall, waiting.
Not five minutes later and the door opened, Coco squeezing through and closing the door behind him. He licked his lips, putting his hands on either side of her head.
“Hi,” she smiled sweetly, her eyes on his.
“You haven’t been drinking that much today,” he murmured, smirking when he noticed her hands behind her back.
“Neither have you,” she countered, her face tilted up to his.
He glanced at her lips, “I don’t wanna get too drunk. I wanna remember every sound I’m gonna force out of you.”
His blood boiled when he heard her breath hitch, “I wanna remember every thrust that forces a sound out of me.”
“Too bad you didn’t wear a skirt,” he pressed closer to her, trapping her between his body and the wall.
She flushed and smiled, “I was worried the bike vibrating would feel too good,” she admitted.
An evil smirk crossed his face, “You wet for me?” she nodded, holding his gaze, “I don’t have to stay much longer.”
She leaned in and pecked his lips, “I’m ready when you are,” she whispered against his mouth.
They separated when Gilly knocked on the door, grinning when they walked out together. She went back to the girls, dancing and doing a couple shots as he finished his game with the guys. She felt his eyes on her when he came inside, like an electrical current getting closer. Surrounded by people but he still felt like they were the only ones in the room. A private dance just for him.
“Just go home and fuck her already, bro.”
He glared at his drunken brother, who was smirking at Coco with an arm around his shoulders.
“You wasted?” he laughed.
Angel shook his head, grinning, “Nahhhh. Listen. We all know you wanna fuck her. You two are turning everyone on. Go home already.”
Coco pushed Angel back, shaking his head before heading over to her. He slipped behind her and touched her hips as she danced, smirking when she felt his chest against her back.
“Ready to go?” he murmured in her ear.
She turned in his arms and kissed him, wrapping her arms around his neck. After they said their goodbyes, they met up by his bike. Coco handed her a helmet.
“Don’t cum on the bike unless I say,” he teased.
She laughed and held him tight as they drove home. He held her ankle, stroking her skin as they stopped at a red light. She rubbed his thighs, smirking against his shoulder when she felt him shiver. He pulled into the driveway and helped her off, kissing her as soon as they took their helmets off.
“I’ll meet you inside, gonna put the bike away,” he whispered.
“Any requests?” she smirked, tugging gently at his green scarf.
He smirked, “Don’t start without me. I don’t wanna miss a second of that ass.”
She kissed him again and headed for the door, giggling when he swatted at her ass. She headed into the bedroom and lit a few candles she had bought. She turned on some music, then set a pack of cigarettes and Coco’s rolling tray on his nightstand. She was grabbing some water from the kitchen when he came inside. His eyes lit up when he heard the music.
“It's like that?” he smirked.
She winked and crooked her finger as she walked backwards down the hall. He followed her and grabbed her waist, throwing her over his shoulder. She squealed, laughing as he dropped her on the bed. The water bottles rolled out of her hands as he leaned over her and kissed her hard, pressing her against the mattress. She held his cheeks, wrapping her legs around his waist as they started grinding against each other.
“I fucking miss you,” he breathed, lacing their fingers together and pinning her arms above her head.
“I miss you,” she squeezed his hands, untangling their legs to kick her boots off, “I didn’t cum on the bike.”
She gasped when his hand squeezed her throat, “Good girl,” he kissed her roughly. The friction felt good but he grunted in annoyance, his hand slipping between them to tug at her shorts, “You wore these on purpose.”
He locked eyes with her as he used one hand to pull her shorts down, “Maybe,” her chest heaved when he hooked a finger into the thin fabric of her thong and tugged it down. She pulled them off with her free hand, “You’re wearing too much.”
Coco growled and stood up, spreading her legs and quickly stripping his own clothes off. Her bright eyes moved up and down his body and he nodded at her, “Take it all off. Now.”
She sat up and pulled her shirt off, Coco squeezing her chest as soon as he was done with his boots. Her back arched, pushing her tits into his warm hands as she unclipped her bra. He groaned and kissed her tattooed chest, sucking her skin.
She tossed her bra off the bed, gasping when his teeth grazed her nipple, dark eyes on hers while he flickered his tongue against it. She couldn’t look away from him as he kissed down her body. He smoothed his hands up the backs of her thighs, pinning them to her chest, “I’m fuckin’ starving.”
Coco ate her just like a starving man. His crooked nose glistened as he groaned against her wetness. She writhed under his tongue, gripping the sheets as he brought her closer and closer to the edge. He pulled back and slapped her clit, smirking when she flinched and moaned his name. Her legs hooked over his shoulders, one hand on her stomach as he added his fingers. Her hips rocked with his fingers’ thrusts, his name falling from her lips over and over. She came twice before he gave her a reprieve, kissing her inner thigh.
“Fuckin…forgot how much you love eating pussy,” she laughed breathlessly.
An evil smirk crossed his face, “I ain’t done, ma. Just don’t want you passing out. Yet.”
Her eyes rolled back as he went back down, coaxing another orgasm from her. She gripped his hand, hips bucking off the bed. Her legs slipped off his shoulders as he pulled back. She sat up and kissed him desperately, reaching down to stroke his already hard cock. His own hips jerked into her hand as he sucked her tongue, pressing her back against the bed.
“You get that hard from eating me out?” she breathed, rubbing her thumb over his tip.
“Been hard since I saw you in the bathroom,” he shivered, “Been wanting to fuck you like this for months.”
He grabbed her hips and manhandled her so she was on all fours. She lowered her body onto the bed, her back arching and ass on display for him. Glaring, he slapped her ass. She jumped, giggling when he did it again. Her eyes rolled back when he slid deep inside her, her back arching as he bottomed out. He pulled out slow, lips parted as he watched her stretch around him.
“Look at this pussy,” he licked his lips, “Does that feel good, baby?”
“Yes,” she whined, “Oh my god, Coco.”
Hearing her voice crack around his name unleashed something primal in Coco. His thrusts hit deep and harsh, his eyes closed as he listened to her cries. Her thighs shook and she clenched around him, her walls clinging to him as he pressed deep. She gripped the sheets as she gasped with each thrust. She jumped when he slapped her ass.
“This is mine,” he stopped, panting as he slid into her as deep as he could, “Ain’t it?”
“Yes!” she cried, “Fuck yes, it’s yours! Coco, please!”
He resumed the hard and fast pace, smirking when she moaned in relief. He leaned over, kissing her spine softly. She was whimpering with each deep hit, body shaking from his movements and her prior releases. He reached under her to rub her clit, his eyes lighting up when she bucked under him. She released again, screaming his name when he didn’t stop. He finally slowed his hips and she panted, grabbing his hand and kissing his thumb.
“So fucking pretty,” he grunted in her ear, “You ready?”
She smirked back at him and nodded, “Give it to me.”
Coco did just that, pounding her into the mattress as she sobbed and begged him not to stop. He dug his fingers into her skin as he tried to hold it together. One of her shaky hands gripped his thigh and he wrapped a hand around her throat, holding her torso just off the bed. Her eyes rolled back when he laced his hands together and held her throat. She reached down to rub her clit, screaming his name as she came a final time. He grunted and came deep inside her, twitching as she clenched tight around him.
He pulled out slowly, smirking when she whined in protest, “You want me to stay?”
“Yes,” her hair covered her face but he heard the pout in her voice.
He laid down next to her shaking form, turning her onto her side and slipping back inside her. She hissed but relaxed back in his arms.
“I missed that,” she whispered after a few moments, their breathing slowed to normal.
“Me too,” he kissed her shoulder. She closed her eyes and pulled the blanket over them. He smiled, “You going to sleep, baby?”
“Till it’s time for round 2.”

anyone want some cute drabbles off this list? send me an ask with anyone i’ve written, oc or reader!
Twenty-Fourth Day of Gift-Giving
Twenty-Four Touches
Softly getting hold of the other’s hand, afraid to make a mistake
A casual touch on the shoulder to acknowledge them
Foreheads pressed together, a silent way to say “I’m here”
A gentle hand holding the other’s neck while staring into their eyes
Whispering, lips almost touching the ear
A quick brush of hands, almost unnoticeable
Tracing the other’s lips with their finger
An arm sneaking around a waist, holding them close
Pressing their face into the other’s neck, hiding from the world
A hand in the other’s hair, not quite grabbing it
Sighing into the kiss, melting together at last
A swift kiss to the other’s cheek
Brushing away an unruly lock of hair
A firm handshake, professionally at first, but a second to long
Gently kissing the other’s knuckles
A tender hug, just staying together for a while
Hands rubbing together to warm them up
A firm hand grabbing the other’s elbow to guide them
Feeling for the other’s pules with their lips
A quick kiss on the crown of their hair
Sitting on the other’s lap, being hugged from behind
A slow dance, entangled with each other
Cold feet warming each other up under the blanket
A gentle kiss on the forehead, a sweet goodbye
24 Days of Gift-Giving

Her foot tapped anxiously against the floor, her eyes watching the clock on the wall as it ticked by, minute after minute. The playlist on her phone was on its third round, the mostly-melted candles on the table were put out only moments before. The street outside was silent, no rumbling of his bike engine alerting her of his arrival. She looked at her phone screen, tapping the screen to illuminate it again. No notifications still. She took a deep breath, trying to suppress the prickling anger she felt in her veins. He had never stood her up before and was never late without an explanation. The hour hand moved to the 12 and she shook her head. He was officially three hours late. She cleaned up the remnants of their date, covering his plate with tinfoil and sticking it in the microwave. She considered how to approach him when he came home. While it was his first offense, it was their second anniversary. Two years of dealing with their own individual relationship traumas, the club, exes to get to the solid ground they found themselves on. Or so she thought. She entertained herself with going the toxic route. Texting him and telling him not to come home, locking him out or waiting up for him and blowing up on him as soon as he stepped foot through the door. Before she finished eating, her phone lit up with a call. From EZ. Fuck.
“Hello?” she answered nervously.
“Hey uh…Coco needs a ride home from the clubhouse,” EZ sighed, “Jesus, dude.”
She frowned, “Is he okay?”
“He’s wasted. We had some club shit run long and as soon as we got back, he hit the bar hard. Finished a whole bottle. He’s mouthing off to everyone. Can you take him home? He’s getting belligerent. Gilly and Angel said they’ve never seen him like this.”
She closed her eyes as she listened, hearing arguing in the background, “I’m gonna change and then I’ll be on my way.”
“Thanks,” he murmured, “The gate’s open, we’ll be here to help you get him in the car- bro, why don’t we go outside and have a cigarette? Your girl is coming over.”
She heard a voice she knew anywhere, slurring and harsh, responding to the suggestion.
“I’ll see you soon, E,” she sighed, “Thank you.”
“No problem,” he hung up and she pulled off her dress, changing into a pair of cotton shorts and one of Coco’s old flannel shirts. She slid some shoes on and grabbed her purse, the ride silent as she drove through the dark streets of Santo Padre. When she pulled up to the clubhouse, Coco and EZ were sitting on the porch steps. Coco was resting his head against the stair railing, a lit cigarette in his limp fingers. Chucky was cleaning the other side of the steps. Gilly walked outside as she got out.
“What happened?” she asked.
“I don’t know,” Gilly scoffed, “But he better get it together. I almost knocked him the fuck out.”
“Fuck off,” Coco’s retort was raspy and low but lacked the usual bite.
Gilly rolled his eyes, “Come on, boy scout,” the two men picked up Coco, helping him into the passenger seat of her SUV. EZ handed her a water bottle after they closed the door, “He threw up already but he’s been quiet since. Hopefully he just goes to bed.”
“Good luck,” Gilly nodded, “Text when you get home so we know you made it. We can come kick his ass if you need us.”
“I can handle him but thanks boys,” she smiled softly, “I’ll make sure he apologizes tomorrow.”
EZ laughed, “Want me to follow, just in case?”
She shook her head, “I'll call if there’s a problem. Good night,” she got in the car and started driving home. Coco’s eyes were closed and his head was against the door.
“You got anything to say?” she asked him a few minutes later.
He grunted, “Got a cigarette?”
She sighed, “In my purse.”
He reached down and opened her bag, lighting a cigarette and opening the window to let the smoke out. She waited for him to take a few drags, pulling up to a red light.
“Anything else you wanna say?” she looked over at him.
He rubbed his eyes, “We almost home? I’m fuckin’ tired.”
She scoffed, “Unbelievable.”
He narrowed his eyes, “What?”
The light turned green and she started driving, “You don’t call or text all day. You stood me up to get shitfaced with your brothers, who you pissed off so bad they almost beat your ass, and all you have to say is you’re tired?”
“Pretty much,” he grumbled.
“You can get yourself inside because picking you up is about where my hospitality runs out,” she snapped.
“I can walk,” he hissed, “I’m drunk, not paralyzed.”
She pulled into the driveway and got out of the car after grabbing her purse, slamming her door behind her. Coco stumbled out, following her up the path to the house. They went inside and he collapsed on the couch, closing his eyes.
“I don’t know where you get the balls to treat me like this, Johnny,” she glared, “I don’t know what your fucking problem is but I didn’t do shit to you. We were fine this morning, you were more than happy to let me suck your dick in the shower but now I get this drunk, pissy asshole who doesn’t even have the decency to let me know he’s gonna miss our anniversary dinner for what? Drinks with the guys? Something you can do literally whenever-”
“Celia has Letty doing fuckin’ porn.”
She froze at the admission, her eyes wide in shock as she watched his still form. She hadn’t heard his mother or daughter’s name since he first told her about their situation. They had been looking through some old boxes of his and a few pictures fell out of a stack of papers. One was of a newborn, her eyes big and her hair dark. His twin. It hung in his cell while he was inside. The other was a picture of 8 year old Coco next to a woman in a green dress, fixing his little matching tie. It was one of the few good memories he had of his childhood, the one event at school she attended. Celia had a sugar daddy and wasn’t on the corner or strung out. It didn’t last long and it wasn’t perfect, but at least he wasn’t cooking heroin to shoot into her veins.
Question after question tumbled out of her mouth before she could stop herself, “Are you sure? How do you know? You talked to them? Why didn’t you tell me? Do you want me to knock Celia's ass out?”
She stepped closer when he didn’t respond. She rolled her eyes when she saw his chest rising evenly, “Pendejo,” she mumbled.
She moved a pillow behind his back to make sure he was propped up, then set a bucket on the floor near him. She watched him for a few minutes, his face soft in sleep. She took his shoes off and set his gun on the side table, then covered him with a blanket. She texted Gilly and EZ, letting them know they made it inside unscathed. She climbed into bed and tried to sleep but her mind was still going a mile a minute. Last she knew, Celia and Letty were living in Fresno and Coco’s only contact with his mother was when she needed money. She tossed and turned for a while until she fell into a very uneasy sleep.
She woke up alone with even more questions and even less answers. She heard movement in the kitchen and decided to let him come to her. She was checking her phone when the bedroom door opened to reveal Coco with a mug in his hand, showered and in different clothes.
“I wanted to let you sleep,” he explained and set the mug down on her nightstand.
“Thanks,” she sat up slowly, putting her phone down in favor of the coffee.
He sat on the side of the bed by her legs, “I made it the way you like.”
She nodded and took a sip, “Hungover?”
“Pretty bad one,” he smiled softly, “Guess I deserve it.”
“At least,” she murmured, taking another sip.
“Good?” he checked, motioning the mug. She nodded, “Look, ma. Yesterday was fucked. And that's on me, you know? You were right, you didn’t do shit but I took it out on you anyway. I’m sorry for that.”
She set the coffee down to tie her long hair up in a messy bun, “Thank you for apologizing but I still have a million questions.”
Beeping from the kitchen sounded faintly, “I gotta get that, I cooked you breakfast,” he stood up, “You wanna come eat? I’ll answer your questions.”
“I’ll be there in a few minutes,” she agreed.
He went to the door but paused, turning back around, “Can I kiss you or am I still in the doghouse?”
She couldn’t help smiling at his serious face, eyes wide and sad. She crooked a finger at him and he darted across the room, pressing a few hard kisses to her lips.
Coco headed back to the kitchen, taking a steadying breath as he fixed her a plate. His military training still had him up early, long night or not. He woke up on the couch alone, still dressed with a bucket on the floor. Memories of the previous day and night flooded back to him and he knew he needed to stop wallowing and talk to his partner. She was his queen. She always accepted, never judged and matched his energy effortlessly. She deserved better than how he treated her, which is how he found himself buying a bouquet of flowers at 7:30 in the morning, the cashier smirking knowingly. He cooked her favorite breakfast, texting apologies to his brothers when he had a free second.
She joined him a few minutes later, sitting down with her coffee mug. He set their plates down, “How’d I do?” he asked.
“So far, you’re going in the right direction,” she admitted, taking a few bites, “This is actually perfect. You buy this?” she joked.
Coco laughed, “Damn, alright. I deserved that,” he lit a blunt, “So…the club and I were talking to Louie the other day and he told me he made a movie with my little sister but he didn’t know till she came back all pissed off about money.”
She frowned, “Shit. So it’s too late to stop it?”
“Already uploaded,” he murmured, letting the smoke out, “I saw the little picture thing. The thumbnail.”
“Coco,” her face softened, “Why?”
He shrugged, “I guess I was hoping he got it wrong, you know? Even though she threatened him with the club.”
“I guess he didn’t,” she took a drag of the blunt when he passed it over.
“It’s her. Remember when I got back late the other day? I found Celia on the corner,” he admitted, “Told her to arrange a meeting. I met them at a diner yesterday afternoon. Celia told Letty I’m her dad and she ran off with a trucker. I uh…I don’t know where she is.”
She set the blunt in the ashtray, “Baby…”
Coco shook his head, “Club shit went a little weird yesterday. Took much longer than we thought. I was so in my own head that time just got away from me. I know that’s a shit excuse but…”
She took another bite, “And the drinking?”
He leaned back in his chair, pushing his food around with his fork, “I was gonna have one and come home. It was like my brain shut off. Next thing I knew, I was throwing up on the stairs.”
“That’s heavy,” she held her hand out across the table, “You don’t need to deal alone anymore, my love. You know that.”
“I know, I know,” he squeezed her hand, kissing her knuckles, “I just…it’s Celia.”
She nodded, knowing his mom was one of his biggest issues, “So…we getting a bigger place?”
His eyes widened, “What?”
She stroked his hand with her thumb, “We don’t have a spare room for Letty, she’s what, 16? We aren’t gonna bring her here just to have her sleep on the couch.”
She barely had the sentence out before he kissed her with bruising pressure, holding her cheeks as she whimpered. They were breathless when he broke the kiss, their lips still brushing together.
“Why are you so fucking good to me?” he whispered, “I don’t deserve it. Especially after last night.”
“I’m good to you because we’re in this together,” she licked her lips, smirking when his eyes fluttered closed at the feel of her tongue, “And because you’re taking the day off to make it up to me. That’s not a request.”
A devilish smirk crossed his lips, “Does that mean I get to eat your pussy all day?”
Her eyes lit up, “I mean…at least.”
She laughed as he carried her over his shoulder back to their room, tugging her shorts down her legs and leaving them in the hall as the bedroom door slammed closed.
“Taking advantage while you can?” she joked as her back hit the mattress. Coco crawled over her, pushing her shirt up and kissing the skin he exposed before helping her out of her shirt, kissing her hungrily. She wrapped her legs around his, pressing closer to him. He groaned as he ran a hand down her side, slipping his fingers between her legs. She gasped, her hips rolling as he touched her. He kissed back down her arching body, his tongue and fingers moving slow and deliberate. Coco smirked when he sucked harder, his tongue speeding up on her clit. He loved eating pussy but there was something about hers that made him feel insatiable. Her taste, her smell, the needy sounds she made when she got closer. Her long nails were scraping his skin as she gripped his hair, moans getting louder as she fell over the edge. Hearing her cry his name over and over like a prayer had him grinding against the bed as he brought her over a second time. He looked up to see her trembling, her chest heaving as she collapsed back on the bed.
“So that was one?” he smirked, licking his glistening lips as she laughed. He didn’t wait for an answer before lowering his head between her legs.

I used to be kinda neutral on the whole likes vs reblogs thing but recently it’s started to bother me more and I’m getting where you’re coming from. People are coming in my masterlist and liking fics literally down the line and then leave without a single reblog or a follow. I get its the nature of the platform but like they clearly like my stuff so would it kill them to leave a little support behind
That's the thing anon, is that is isn't the nature of the platform.
Imagine if all the people you follow never reblogged anything.
Your dash would be empty. Nothing.
Tumblr, as it's original concept, was intended as a platform designed for sharing. You had to go seek out people with your interests and follow them precisely because they shared things from creators. Why would you follow a blank blog, or someone that never shared anything?
Things have changed a bit, yeah. We have the 'for you' page full of terrible recommendations, you don't have to go hunting through tags anymore and can just have them on your dash recommending you things passively, but the original concept of a platform built on it's main function being that of sharing works/art/media is still there. If we all stopped reblogging, hell if we all stopped tagging things, we'd never find anything on here. We have to reblog.
