I wish people would stop using euphemisms when I talk about my weight. Like don’t call me slim thick, say I’m overweight ffs.
Like even a month ago I weighed 142. And now I’m at 148 because I’m stress eating in a room by myself in a house I’m not comfortable leaving my room because of how shitty the landlord makes me feel. (Somehow it’s worse than the one that would harass me sexually)
But like wtf. 2 years ago I weighed 107 pounds (it was unhealthy looking with my proportions) but 119 was my happy place I think.. but how do I get back to that with low vitamin levels? Meaning I have very low motivation.
And there’s no gyms open right now... weather is poor still for long walks. Can’t work out in my room cause it only fits a bed.
Any tips? I’m not someone who can just stop eating I’m trying hard not to snack but it’s so hard when I don’t do anything with my day hardly... it sucks.
