Even though

something has been unchanged

for several years

some people will only have

a negative reaction to it

once it starts getting noticed.

But it still hurts to receive

a negative reaction

from people you "know."

If that reaction is from a total stranger,

I can handle it.

In the past I posted

"Just receiving a single word of love

can give you the immense power

to break down

so many negative thoughts."

But the opposite is also true.

A single word spoken

without understanding the listener’s heart

can also have the power

to unleash so many negative thoughts.
