Hi! ♡

The little shelf is the Iron Wall Rack! I caught one of my villagers crafting in their home & they gave me the recipe for it. I believe you can also get it from bottles too. It comes with a tiny potted plant on it (I think that's what you mean by cacti?).

Meanwhile, I got the terrarium's recipe randomly from a bottle on a mystery island.
