Appetizer: 1 tapa made of: caramelized onion, 1 slice of boiled egg, tuna & bread.
Lunch: a small plate of rice with chicken.
Workout: 30 min of bicycle.
Post-workout: 1 tuna can.
Dinner: 4 slices of Havarti (sandwich) cheese. 6 slices of serrano ham. Beer. 1/2 a cup of vodka lemon. 4 wheat chips.

Lunch: 4 seasons salad with tuna and tomato. 1/2 cucumber, 3 turkey slices, 3 loin pork slices. 1 glass of crashed tomato with salt and olive oil. 1 glass of peach juice. Dessert: a cup of coffee.
Dinner: red pepper with salt and olive oil. 2 boiled eggs. 3 endives with goat cheese.

Day 5

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee & 1 peach.
Lunch: lettuce, tomato, corn, tuna, avocado, cucumber salad. Some turkey & pork loin slices. Dessert: 1 banana.
Workout: 45 crunches. Tried some pushups, I think I managed to do 2 & 1/2 or so. FML LMAO. 30 min of bicycle.
Post-workout: 1 tuna can.
Hang out: 3 beer jars. (~ 1 & 1/2 L).
Dinner: endives with goat cheese. 3ish turkey slices. Some raw red pepper cut in small squares with salt and oil. Like 1 L of beer. Like 2 forks of salad.
Early in the morning survival snack: 1/2 a bowl of the red pepper mentioned before with 1 can of tuna. I ate it along with a friend.

Lunch: 2 little Salisbury steaks. Dessert: cherries.
Workout: 30 min of bycicle.
Post-workout: 1 tuna can.
Dinner: 1 yoghurt, 1 glass of pineapple juice & 1 apple.
Party: 1/2 vodka bottle & 1 L lemon fanta.
After dinner getting home fuckup: I saw like a lot of different stuff in the fridge and I HAD to try it all. I don’t remember it well but I do remember some paella involved. Maybe gazpacho and a couple more things. But the quantity was really small so, not gonna die yet!

Day 3
23/07/2016
Breakfast: 2 toasts with crashed tomato. 1 glass of orange juice.
Lunch: 1 cup of salmorejo (I can’t really explain what that is, just look it up ^^”).
Snack: 1 glass of chocolate soy milk.
Dinner: some ham & cheese (1 slice of havarti & 2 tea spoons of philadelphia, more or less). A big plate of the best zucchini cream ever. 1 integral chocolate cookie.
Post dinner: like half a bottle of absolut vodka, and more or less a bottle of lemon fanta.
Kit-kat: I didn’t smoke tobacco, making use of the inexhaustible source of willpower that I have as the fucking pro I am. Jk, but I am actually proud of myself. Nor I ate fries or morcilla sandwich. I think I am a semi-god, because I was pretty drunk and STARVING, but I said NO!
Breakfast: I didn’t mess it up and wrote breakfast twice. No, during that time period of awakeness that included the 23rd’s daylight, and the 24th’s (today) night and early morning, I had breakfast twice :D This time the toasts included serrano ham, too.

Day 2

I woke up at 14:10, so no breakfast had whatsoever.
Lunch: A plate of green beans. Dessert: A big chunk of watermelon.
Snack: 4 chorizo slices and some salted almonds.
Workout: aprox. 1h 40 min of excursion, bike and hiking included. We even climbed up to the 2nd floor of a ruined castle :D
Dinner: menestra (it’s like mixed vegetables, including: cucumber, eggplant, onion, tomato, etc.) with an elvers, tomato, goat cheese, mozzarella & Modena balsamic vinegar salad.
Party: obscene quantities of gin, mixed up with lemon fanta, and I don’t really remember what the fuck else xD
Post party snack: this wasn’t planned, though necessary. More elvers etc. salad, a lime & lemon yoghurt & a bite of crashed tomato toast.

Breakfast: 1 mug of coffee & 1 peach.
Lunch: 1st dish: Bacon, chicken, lettuce, tomato & sesame seeds salad. 2nd dish: Hake in green sauce (with a couple potatoe slices). Dessert: melon.
Workout: 30 min of bike.
Post workout: 1 apple.
Dinner: 1,5 cucumbers. 1 tuna can. 2 turkey slices.
Post dinner: I’m not planning on making a habit out of this, but the festivals in my village are coming and I’m gonna drink an indecent quantity of rum :D
