MARQUITA !!! by Mark L. Dodge Via Flickr: I was sitting in front of my workstation working on some photos, and my wife and stepdaughter were out in the studio space working with some new lighting setups. I could hear them laughing and cracking up in the other room. Silvia says to her mom, "Look! MARCO !!!" I heard more laughing and they called out to me to take a look. I was very surprised and laughing when I saw the shot. I suggested for Silvia to get the sunglasses I wore in Ale's shot "MARCO !!!". She put them on and Ale captured this. Totally cracked me up! Palo Duro by Mark L. Dodge Via Flickr: Evening light. Pushing through the veil of scattered clouds along the canyon floor. My wife capturing the drama along the trail on our journey back to the snow cone stand that was closed in the parking lot. This is Palo Duro Canyon. The second largest canyon in the United States. Had a great hike and managed to capture some wonderful scenery, in our minds and in our cameras. They Come Out of the Sky by Mark L. Dodge Via Flickr: This shot is from my Mono Lake archives. I really didn't know what I know now about photography. I went back three years in a row and never once saw conditions like this. Spotty rain. Partial cloud cover. Little to no wind. Perfect light. It was amazing. You never know when nature is going to come together with all of the right elements. It was a grand 45 minutes or so! Thanks for stopping by... :o)
