THE BOOK OF LOVE
Invitations • RSVP Cards • Programs
Aug 2013 – March 2014
Designed whimsical and elegant wedding collateral for Mr. and Mrs. Wood.
The theme was based around the love this couple has for literature as the invite is like their own personal book they have wrote together.
JOHN WE LOVE YOU
John Collett’s Celebration of Life
September 6, 1958 - April 27, 2015
April – May 2015
Designed the environment, celebratory mood, order of service, programs, memorial buttons, and delivered the eulogy.
I branded my father’s funeral in the theme of John We Love You. My father was a man who treated everyone with the same amount of human dignity. Everyone was invited to his parties, everyone deserved to be smiled at, talked to, and loved.
Emily and Anthony desired classy wedding collateral for their black and white themed matrimony. Emily is a true beauty and Anthony is a man’s man. Her character is represented in the script font and Anthony in the serif. The design border is a union of 4 loops to represent their “tying the knot” simply created to be utilized on all platforms.
Their wedding invitations sparkle as much as their love and are printed on Pearl Shimmer Card Stock and the seals on Silver Metallic.
LEEDO ART & FRAMING
Logo and Brand Guidelines
2014
Designed the brand identity from concept to completion for downtown Gilroy's custom framing shop. When you enter the store rows of sample frames decorate the walls. The logo represents three sample frames colored in earth tones to partner with the owner’s beloved tagline “because the earth without art is just eh!”
The exhibition explores the artist's view that beauty has been imprisoned into a cell of standards that negatively hinder a woman’s pursuit of meaning and purpose.
Each installation ties to the theme of captivity; the bathroom vanity alludes to an interrogation room, the bikini aisle to a prison cell, and the dressing room to a chamber of torture.
The show is an interactive experience that evokes people to question beauty's place in the world and a need for her release.
Photography credit of documenting my work goes to the talented Miyuki Sarah.
The mural presentation was for Gavilan College’s Mural Class. The goal was to construct a mural from concept to a prototype final version for review and judging, which my team placed first out of six. My teammate Frank and I proposed to paint our mural at Gilroy High School, where we are both alums. We surveyed a total of 200 students with a paper questionnaire and video recorded 10 students on questions of what defines a man and woman and how can men and women work better together.
The colorful mural portrays different teenagers in reverse “gender roles,” such as a girl working in machine shop and a boy baker in home economics. Each teen is on two ladders holding up a letter that spells Equality. The message of our mural is that men and women should be free to choose whatever field they desire and not have social pressures of what determines a man or a woman deter them from pursuing their dreams.
Men and women need to strive to find the common ground to stand on, work together, and build up!
FRIENDS OF THE CHILDREN NY

Re-branded Friends of the Children NY with a 13 person intern team while at Interbrand as their Brand Management Systems Intern. Managed roll-out plan, designed brand guidelines, and built logo suite.
DENTAL PLAN INSURANCE VIDEO
Illustrative Time Lapse Video
2014
Illustrated this dental insurance video as a competition for a design position.
All the illustrations are my own creation and the video editorial work was done by my talented friend Gavin Heredia.
IN HUMILITY & LOVE
Promo Posters • QR Code Programs
2014
Designed custom posters and programs for the Master's Recital of Jonathan Lord. Jonathan desired a photoshoot themed around the title of the concert being, “In Humility and Love.” After multiple rounds of ideas the theme painting a fence was chosen as a representation of humility.
Jonathan and I sight inspected this beautiful field in the San Gabriel Mountains in sunny Azusa, CA and had wonderful friends volunteer as models. The fences were built by Jonathan and me.
Our amazing photographer was Miyuki Sarah.
Designed custom women’s fashion v-neck white-t’s. The designs are made with photographs, original illustrations, and photoshop brushes to create these unique illustrative collages.
Social pressures on women try to control us like a marionette on strings with the newest diet fad or weight loss program. A woman could spend all her years as a puppet to this system telling her she is never enough. Using the iconic doll Barbie to represent the ideal woman, I presented this metaphor visually to advocate for finding true beauty in all women.
The talented vocalist, Arie Moriguchi , gave me the honor to design her second album taking a photographic approach. Her music tells the story of how to be a child of God through visiting the death and resurrection of Jesus.
Working closely with Arie we portrayed her themes using a schoolgirl uniform, a fetal position dressed in red, a crown of roses, and a stoic pose in a white dress. The shots were taken in the beautiful forest of Crystal Lake Campgrounds, Azusa California.
Photo credit goes to the incredible Cody Clay and his beautiful wife Lindsay for lighting.
Arie Moriguchi is a talented Japanese vocalist who created her first album as a set of worship songs all sung in Japanese. Japanese Christians have a hard time finding worship music sung in their native tongue and so her first album fulfilled this need using her beautiful voice. The package design is folded like a traditional Japanese letter to deliver this CD as a gift to the Japanese people.
Teamed up with talented designer Mike to create a theatrical poster for the release of the B movie Zombie Drugs. The movie uses a comedic and satirical approach to reveal the danger and sad reality of drug use in America. The underlying theme is that victims under these narcotics become like Zombies as a result of their addiction.
Original concept, photography, and logo design was my work while the photo manipulation to the arm was Mike.
Check out his great work http://rogowskigraphics.com/.
Designed from concept to completion, Gilroy seamstress JoAnne Kerr’s sewing flyer. The purpose was to make a simple pamphlet that she could easily hand out to clients like a business card, but larger with prices and capabilities for a quick reference.
