I swear I could have screamed at my neighbours last night, though they wouldn’t have heard me as they were having a high school musical party till 4am and kept me up most the night. I might enjoy the high school musical song now and then but I really didn’t need to hear it until 4am. Do you think it’s time I moved? Like I am a nice person even on barely any sleep but its still so annoying.

Moving might be a bit extreme, but I would complain to the building manager if it happens again. Or if you really wanna get them, call the cops. Blasting cheesy Disney movie musicals at all hours of the night for sure violates sound ordinances.
