Greeted with James Blake playing in the terminal, and this sunset. If I had a billion dollars, I'd call this place home tomorrow. Man, do I love SF. Excited for a week at @tonkohouse !🐷🦊 (at San Francisco International Airport)

Crazy...over 12 years later and I still listen and go to the shows. On Letting Go and Juturna changed me deeply, and though it may not be reflected in my creative output, these guys are easily my most influential rock band. As always, awe-inspiring and terrifyingly powerful, Anthony Green. So good to be taking it all in with my Randy Boys. (at Orpheum Madison)

As soon as we walked to the side stage, memories of the last 5 years flooded my mind. It's absurd, surreal, and confusing to think that I have the experiences, relationships mistakes and successes that I have now. This little finale tour reminded me of what a special little universe we created together as a band, and how lucky we were to have the most amazing fans to support our wildest or stupidest dreams. Thank you for stepping into our weird world and celebrating our misadventures and giving us the courage to do something none of us thought possible on our own. Most of all, I love the people in PHOX. They are my best friends, my family and my inspiration. I know this is social media...blah blah blah...but my god, we have been through so much shit. The band began as somewhat of a social experiment to try to grow together...figure out how to move on from our failures and navigate the world. We grew so much and learned so much. I really can't express my love for them enough. There's a lot more in my brain, but I'm bad at words and stuff. I feel so lucky, amazed, sad, scared, and excited. So here's to everything that was, and everything to come! ❤❤❤❤❤📷: @grahamgardner_

Same to you, MKE. Thank you for consistently being one of the most supportive towns for our little band. And seriously cannot vouch more for the INSANELY wonderful hospitality at @pabsttheater . What a special evening! Can't wait for Minneapolis! (at Pabst / Riverside / Turner Hall)
