i think people often forget that matt is still blind. yes he has super senses but still he cannot see with his eyes. his blindness and the portrayal of its effects on him are just as important as its effects on the outside world—if not, he would be no different than from say, a sighted character with enhanced senses. it is because he needs to use his touch and hearing and smell to make out what he is unable to with his sight that makes him matt. say what you wish but i cannot agree that he can read/make out printed words without touch. sometimes people use his abilities as an excuse to make him sighted and i will not stand for it.

when i was younger (like 10 years old), whenever i held hands with someone when they were sad, i prayed to god and asked him to give me their pain and i imagined something moving from their heart, down to our clasped hands, and into me.

like, you know how in teen wolf, scott can take someones pain if he touches them. like that except i imagined that long before i watched teen wolf.

im so heavily in denial about foggy being dead that i was hoping — PRAYING — that the shaggy man in fisks dungeone was was foggy😩 had to rewind three times to make sure😔 i just saw the dude and i was like that is what foggy would look like if he had been held captive by wilson fisk for a year in a secret underground dungeon!!! i got so excited.

there may be more but i dont know im very fixated on his glasses. when frank brings up foggy and matt starts crying he literally covers the open side of his glasses. like his hands are cupped!! maybe he’s just adjusting his glasses but CUPPED!
