My campaign has stagnated
I am like you, exactly like you.
I was a successful person in my life; I have always been proud of myself, and my family was proud of me too. I had a life, dreams, and ambitions that I was striving for. My life was full of lectures, volunteering, teaching students, and adventures, but for more than 389 days, all of this stopped completely! Can you feel my broken heart? Can you imagine how I feel at this moment? Tell me what I can write for you to feel me and offer help to me and my family by donating and sharing?!
Hello, I'm Ola, a graduate student from the faculty of science - Al-Azhar University in G@za P@lestine. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to fear, instability, and starvation, thirst, and poverty in northern G@za.
After the prices went up so crazy, I created this campaign to help my family provide food, drink and essential needs. I know for sure that you can't help all families that want your help but at least you can help those who come across your life.
I sincerely hope you can empathize with our dire situation and consider supporting us.
And yes, even the smallest amount can help because it's all about a collection of these small amounts until we reach our final goal and be able to rebuild our lives.
I am the eldest daughter who has to help herself and her family, but of course I will not be able to do it alone. Will you help me with that?!
Thank you for standing by me. ❤️
Please donate and/or reblog 🥺🙏🇵🇸

The main reason for the spread of diseases in the Gaza Strip is the prevention of the entry of personal hygiene materials, which led to war merchants exploiting this and raising prices until a single bottle of shampoo reached $50, when it used to cost $3.

PLEASE STOP AND LOOK! Help This Ghazzawi Family!
Eslam is a teacher and a young mother of 2; Hanaa (age 5) and Ana (age 1). Since last year, she and her family have been fighting to survive the siege on Ghazzah.
She and her family lost their home to the bombings, displacing them all to a tent. The unhygienic conditions have caused both of Eslam's children to develop skin diseases.
Medicine and soup are extremely expensive in Ghazzah, $30 a bar; since Eslam's husband Rasmi had his place of work bombed, these prices are are completely unsustainable.
In order to help support their daily life and be able to evacuate, they need to raise $50,000 USD. So far, they've only raised $14,262 USD; their last donation was 4 hours ago.
Everyone, please contribute what you're able; donate if you can and share their campaign. Everything helps.

Feel free to tell me about it in the notes to get some of this stuff processed. An unprocessed election is a traumatizing election afterall.
I know a lot of us are stressed about the future rn, especially queer ppl and women.
Please remember to take care of each other. Solidarity and community is all we have and are the only things that can save us. Marginalized people should be standing together right now, stronger than before.
Art by: Henry James Garrett
That said, here is a story that I would like to share, a request for solidarity and community support. This is not my story but Iyad's story, a Palestinian man who's had to live with the violent realities of American politics for longer than anyone should have to.
On October 7th, my family and I were subjected to an Israeli airstrike that completely destroyed our home. We were on the brink of death but miraculously survived. We fled to Al-Shifa Hospital, believing it would be a safe refuge, but even the hospital was bombed. We were forced to escape once again amidst the screams and cries of our children. The hearts of my nieces and nephews—Nasser, Jana, Mohammed, and Hind—were filled with fear and terror. Those moments are etched in my memory as we pulled them from beneath the rubble.
We fled to southern Gaza, but now we live in a tiny tent that barely meets even the most basic human needs. We have no food, no shelter, and our dignity and humanity have been stripped away.
Our only source of livelihood was lost when my father’s company was completely destroyed, its machinery turned to ash, along with all the goods and vehicles.
You can read more of his story on his Tumblr, @eyadnasir-6
If you would like to help him and I hope you do, please know he's vetted and has been listed as #24 on the Gaza Vetters list.
We are all suffering at the hands of the USA and it's in All of our best interests to help each other survive the fascism and violence that dwells within it.

Hallo...My name is Iyad from
Gaza,💔🥹
and I write this message with both a heart full of pain and a glimmer of hope.
Nasser, Jana, Mohammed and Hind are suffering from water because they have to get it from long distances every day. They bring it on foot because they do not have any means of transportation. Please help them as soon as possible.
Our lives have turned into a living hell. Fire surrounds us from every side, and the air is choked with smoke and phosphorus. I have developed a severe sensitivity to the smoke and phosphorus, leading to serious respiratory issues that worsen every day without treatment. I have not been able to find any relief, and my suffering continues.
I once dreamed of continuing my university studies, but that dream was shattered when my university was destroyed. I had always aspired to study accounting and become an accountant, but now it feels like all my dreams are slipping away.
I appeal to anyone with a sense of humanity to help me and my family escape to a safe place. I desperately need treatment for my respiratory issues, and I want to regain my life and continue my education to achieve my dream. I hope to travel abroad for medical treatment and to resume my studies, but I cannot do this without help.
Please, if you can offer any support, whether financial or emotional, you may be the only hope for me and my family to find safety and dignity again. Every bit of help can make a huge difference in our lives.
We live in a very polluted environment which leads to children getting sick.
Thank you to everyone who helps me and contributes to saving my life and the lives of my family.💝🌼
Iyad

the most depressing part is that it's not even kamala's stance on genocide that is costing her the elections. i wish it were. it's people genuinely shifting for trump. but it's the pro-palestine movement that's going to get the blame for it.

I fucking hate this country. It's rancid to its core, and I will live despite its rot. If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that I loathe the United States of America

Now that the election is over, let's not just roll over and fall asleep! The situation on the ground in Gaza remains terribly difficult.
Even a small donation to the Alanqar family, as little as €5-€10, can add up and be a tremendous help. With prices there being what they are, Dina tells me it can cost up to $700 just to get basic needs met for their family in a given week.
Currently at €75,768. Only €4258 away to €80,000. Lets keep pushing!

it does more harm than good to prop up the myth of the ‘neurotypical’ who completes tasks cheerfully with no issues. this person is a capitalist fantasy. the more you define yourself in comparison to this myth the more you justify social structures staying the same with minor accommodations to the ‘exceptions’ and the continued pathologizing of discomfort under hostile conditions

I made this print by using an old archaic photographic tecnique called cyanotype (or sun/blue print) for the phylosophical and mystical poem by Szilárd Borbély, the The Sequence of Three Secrets (A Három Titok Szekvenciája), which is a part of his series called Hasidic Sequences, where he reflects on Hasidic teachings and beliefs in literary form.
You can purchase this original and only one, signed copy through my Etsy if you like it.
Here's my english translation of the poem, below there is the hungarian original.
Taub Eizik from Kalev, a pupil of the Seer of Lublin said that there are three types of secrets in the world. One is is like this Self-Consciousness, which
that everyone carries within himself because of their previous lives. And have no idea what it is. And don't understand why hide it from others, because it is
hidden from itself too until he dies again. The second secret, is like a light hiding in the mind, nesting in the depths of the skull
until it knows the essence of speech: in the letters of writing the faint glimmer of the primordial light that has come to us from the beginning of creation
that gleams in the depths of life. When the Self begins to read a book written in human language, Finally, the third secret is that of the
one who says: I. While he sorts the stones at the beginning of the path waiting for you, already prepared the unturned stones by the entrance gate
and then reads the engraved for the greatest secret is the stone that only means the Self. And it does not say, Amen.
