yesod-sims MMSIMS Dr. Martens Molly boots 4t3 recolour + PU, CU, TU, EU versions

I love these boots conversion from yesod-sims, but they are not really maxis match and aren't 100% recolourable...so I decided to add recolours and also converted them for other ages (look at those tiny boots for toddlers 🤤🤤🤤). 4to3 Perfect Patio Nosy Neighbor Fence + Gate

kandiraver-sims and twinsimming already converted pretty much everything from this pack (plus aroundthesims for the hot tubs), so all that's left is this sweet combo of fence and gate to complement the conversions.

The fence has two CAStable channels with a price of §25, while the gate has three channels priced §50. The gate should open and close once sims pass through it.

Shining Nikki to TS3 - Devil's Whisper Shoes

My first successfull SN shoe conversion yayy!! These were on my WIP folder since last year april, and since now I have a bit more xp with shoes I decided to revisit it for Simblreen (but it also gave me a lot of headaches, oh well 🙄)

Polycount: around 2.8k (tried to reduce it but there was so much I could do without messing the UV map)
