Someone posted him in the farmer clothes on FB, and someone in the comments called him McDohalim and I’m never going to stop laughing about it.

I put sunglasses on Dohalim. He looked too fucking beautiful for his own good. Then I realized… the power he held. I had to test it, and so I did.

And… even in the most ridiculous outfit, he somehow radiates beauty, all because of the sunglasses. This man is too powerful. Here’s how I normally have him, with added sunglasses, just cause he does actually look really pretty tbh.

TBF, Netflix doesn’t really need the advertising.  Anyone that doesn’t already know about it must live in a cave.  Also, I can’t even remember the last time I actually saw an ad for Netflix on cable tv anyways...pretty sure most of it is done via internet.

It's not just Black Friday, it's selling designs in general.  It's hard to get anyone to even look at what you're selling if you're an unknown.  I tried to auction off a premade because I really needed the extra usd, but I didn't get a single bite, e even when it was at the top of the forum.  No, I don't have a ping list, because you kind of need people to give you the time of day to even bother (plus I don't know how to set one up...no one even popped in long enough to answer my question about that).

It hurts me to see Mayday and Black Friday become more and more of a popularity contest every year. New artists are shoved out in favor of the old popular artists who inevitably sell out every year. I won’t name names of course, because I don’t want to hurt anyone involved and it’s not the artist’s fault. But in the few years I’ve tried to enter, I had people tell me my sets were super high quality and , and I put in so much work and then…they get ignored. Year after year. I guess this is just me asking buyers..don’t forget the little guys. I know we’re always excited for the popular artists but consider giving the unknown artists a chance, too?

i’d really like to start interacting with other people on aywas, but i’m really anxious about doing that because i feel kinda… intimidated by the community i guess? i know the site doesn’t have a large userbase and that a lot of people who are still active started playing years before i did, and in that time, i’m sure a lot of them have already made tons of friends. i feel like i’d be invasive if i were to try to start trying to socialize since so many people know each other already. i’m really torn between wanting to just post in the forums/join a discord and keeping to myself so i don’t feel like i’m just getting in the way.

I know your feels, anon.  Not that I really went in with high expectations for my set selling quickly (or at all), seeing as I’m an unknown on the site despite being around forever, since I never really take part in the art aspect.  But oh well...an attempt was made, so I should be proud of myself for that at least, right? And at least one sold, so...

I love Vixens art, and I know she works really hard, but I can’t help but feel really envious of her selling out her sets really fast. I know thats because its just how sites like Aywas work, but I just can’t help but feel a little jealous.

Wow, what a douche.  Makes me want to reconsider even submitting my own set, since I've been struggling with whether or not it's "good enough" since I started working on them, which makes actually getting anything done a living hell...but you know what?  The site accepted the design, and I'm getting paid regardless of whether or not they sell, so fuck you.

Creek’s set is so plain and unoriginal. Does she think its going to sell at all? No one cares about you any more Creek, your art is lifeless and overpriced.
