POSTGAME | HUGHES VS. SHARKS (12/27/22) 

Going into the season I thought I was going to be able to score a bit more with the things I worked on this summer, so that was weighing on me. But it is what it is and I’ve liked my game. Sometimes they just don’t go in, and for me, even if I didn’t go ‘til another 10 games I was scoring, if I kept playing the way I was I was going to be happy with it. 

Sometimes you go through a stretch like that. And it felt like I was hitting lots of posts and just not, you know, getting the result. But, like I said earlier, I’ve been happy with my game last 10, 15, 20 games, so just gotta keep that going. And if the results come, great. And if not, it is what it is.
