Superman's heart skips a beat and goes into a full-blown VT episode. He even feels and hears his own heart as it fails to beat properly.

From the latest season of Superman & Lois, the first half of the season is very focused on Superman's heart after his was ripped out, and he received a donor heart.

The image of someone lifting their shirt up to allow people to listen to their heartbeat has been in my thoughts a lot recently. I wanted to try and capture that here, and make a more natural-seeming recording: as if you came up to me after I'd done some squats and asked to listen to my heart. How does it sound? Can you see it beating?
