Currently reading: I have actually set my books aside to go down a soul-searching path... but I definitely love (it took me time finding a book name I knew in English) the series Outlander.

harry sat in the gryffindor common room listening to hermione ramble on about the uses of dragon blood which he, apparently, should know by now but, obviously, did not. ron interjected something that harry should’ve heard but didn’t because he was thinking about ginny. the weight of exams was weighing heavily on most of the students’ chests, yet harry was caught somewhere between complacency and procrastination—which was not acceptable to hermione. after years of knowing her, harry had figured out that when hermione got into one of her long rants, it was better to sit, look ashamed, and take it. an “i’ll do some studying” was always a nice touch, but most of the time harry wasn’t in the mood to add it.

harry sat in the room of requirement. it had become equipped with beds and medical necessities to enable the treatment of the injured. he didn’t much like being here, surrounded by those who died for something that seemed to be his fault, but he felt it was his duty to mourn every loss the wizarding world experienced that day. especially the ones closest to him. he felt those the most.

harry sat up in his bed, awoken by what could only have been his own heartbeat. he was drenched in sweat and wiped away the perspiration from his forehead before turning to look at ginny, who was now looking up at him. “are you all right?” she asked, and harry nodded, gave her a quick smile to compensate for the shaken look on his face, then looked down. ginny sat up and put her hand on his back. “breathe,” she said, “it’s okay.” harry felt what he thought were tears slide down his cheeks and he took a deep breath. his hand instinctively found his scar which had only caused him phantom pain since the war—nothing more.

harry sat at the table, surrounded by family and friends. ginny sat down next to him and gave him a smile that warmed him on the inside. ron and hermione sat next to each other and teased harry for having a lovesick look on his face that hadn’t wavered in years.

for a while he thought that nothing would be the same after the war, but surprisingly, everything seemed to return to a normal he had never known. hermione still pestered him about his career, ron still made him laugh, and ginny still brought life to his heart every time he saw her. everything changed, yet so much managed to remain unaltered. he was grateful for that.

Lila’s illusion of Chat Noir cataclysm-ing himself had a flaw in logic and that’s probably why Adrien and Marinette didn’t freak out TOO much

They both know that cataclysm would have had to go through his indestructible suit first, and THEN his body would be vulnerable to harm. So, in reality, Chat Noir cataclysm-ing himself would really have just resulted in him ending up in those classic cartoon white-with-red-hearts boxers and having to politely excuse himself. Probably returning in a bathrobe or something
